      Have purchased heaps of these in Australia and tried my first 2 in New Zealand recently. They do not taste the same. I had King William Chocolate. It was like a normal milkshake. It wasn’t very chocolaty and you couldn’t taste the banana like the Australian ones. The Australian ones you usually get a bit of a head freeze from them, they are that cold and the straw doesn’t move, nice and thick. The NZ ones are also more expensive. I wont be buying anymore in New Zealand, they aren’t worth the price.

      Ordered on the app, says 3-8 mins, waited for 11 mins, saw something I didn’t want to see, probably won’t go back again.

      Here is what I saw.

      Staff Eve or Evie(girl with brown hair, nose ring and purple nails) was making some yellow coloured drink(mango something, maybe), she made a batch and was trying to split into three cups. When she finished pouring the third cup she realised it was not enough so she used the blender as a spoon to get some from cup number two. No success. This time she poured some from cup 2 then split it into cup 2 and 3.

      Probably not a health issue, but makes me feel sick.

      But I do believe if you hire someone, no matter how old the person is, following correct procedures is necessary.

      Absolutely ridiculous, me and my wife were standing around for 40 mins having ordered just one fresh watermelon juice. While their was only 2 ladies working being pumped with orders which they said had around 50 orders when we asked. We were standing so long and saw customers who came after us being served. We are understanding people and saw how busy it was but waiting around for just a fresh juice is ridiculous. They finally made us our order, when they noticed how long we were there for. Who evers managing the joint should be given a prize. Wouldn’t even think twice not to get a juice from here ever again.

      15 minute wait for 2 drinks, no “sorry for the wait” or any form of conversation at all in fact. Store wasn’t too busy and there was 3 staff working – with the customers they did have serving themselves on the kiosk so they didn’t have to stop to serve anyone and yet we still waited long. Drinks not full to the top and kinda runny, I order the same drink every time so easy to notice when something is different.

      I attended Boost juice at Highpoint on level 2. The ordering experience was easy and the staff member who took my order was very friendly. After ordering I observed staff spending more time chatting rather than completing what was admittedly a very busy period. The staff member who was responsible for completing the orders left her spot to hug another staff member and repeatedly berated the staff member taking orders. Multiple people served after me received their orders first and I had to go up to the counter to inquire about my order and the team realized they had just left it finished without giving it to me. There was no apology and generally a very poor experience.

      Ordered 1 drink and waited 20 minutes. There wasn’t that many people waiting either. I asked twice if I had missed my order because I went to a deli after ordering. It looked like chaos behind where the drinks were being made no organisation. Two young family’s waiting for drinks after me were also totally fed up with the waiting.       Went there at 6.23pm 18th Jan; the girl working there had no interest in serving the customers, and was forcing everyone to use the machine to order while she was busy taking photo of the watermelon display.       I drink watermelon and lychee juice almost two or three times a week, but today, when they finished making the watermelon juice and gave it to me, I obviously ate lychees that had not been completely crushed. When I went to report it to the staff, a male employee he replied very confidently that there will be no problem with the juice they made. This is a cup of watermelon and lychee juice. This store has been opened in the city for many years. I thought the reputation would be very good. I just want to give feedback on the service level of the staff, but When I opened this place, I found that the score of this store was much lower than I expected. I will not come to this store again because the quality of juice production is not worthy of the price, and the service attitude of the employees is very arrogant.

      Incredibly slow – I work in the Broadway centre and would often go to Boost on my break for a quick pick-me-up, but sometimes I would spend the entire 15 minutes standing around waiting for my drink which is unreasonable. The place is understaffed considering the high demand and the staff who do work there are slow and have forgotten to include things in my orders a couple of times as well. From now on I’ll go to Starbucks instead; despite the demand there they are a lot more efficient.

      This is more of a Boost problem as a whole, but the straws are too small for the drinks as well. Recently bought a drink that included “dates” (they were actually sultanas) and the sultanas kept getting stuck in the straw so I couldn’t drink it. Went back for a refund and the only option available to me was a cash refund which was fine. I asked if I should hand the drink back as well and the manager said no and told me to “try and finish it” and offered to give me a second straw as if that one wouldn’t just get jammed as well. I threw it in the bin.

      2 blondes and one brunette working today at 2:30pm are standing at the back having a chat while the nice male worker is at the front constantly taking orders and cupping finished drinks by himself Appalling service and management. After cupping one drink they’d be back to having another 2 min chat break while the other blenders are done.

      The word “insulted” doesn’t even come close to how I’m feeling. No word can describe the magnitude of my rage. After waiting half an eternity for service at the counter. I was approached by a rude clearly inexperienced staff member. I don’t even know if she could read as she took literal minutes to input my order. Two simple items. One Mango Magic. One Super Fruit. Upon waiting another age for the drinks to be finished. My friend and I left. Soon only to discover that the supposed “Superfruit” was a made from celery, carrots, warm water and spite. Last time I checked the dictionary. Spite wasn’t a piece of fruit.

      I suspect that the employees were playing from sort of sick joke. The friend I was with had recently stopped dating the manager of that small stand of hate in the centre of Belconnen. So as a sick joke they changed his drink to from a delicious treat to a original cup of hate. Was it not enough the manager cheated on him? Now he has to deal with constant abuse from boost employees.

      From the wait times, to service, to actual product. This miserable Belconnen boost is an insult to the core ideals of the jucing World.

      We were served by a girl called Gem and she had no customer service skills. She was rude from the start and her facial expressions said it all. It would be nice if she also looked at the customer when she was taking orders and not act like she was owed something.       I got the All Berry Bang and it was very disappointing. I saw them make it and it was mainly ice. I counted 2 blueberries a couple of raspberries and the rest ice and juice. Very watered down and not at all berry tasting. Disappointed to say the least!

I believe we were served by a Gemma (blonde plated pony tail, working Thursday evenings), perhaps it’s the same ‘Gem’ that’s been mentioned in a lot of other reviews, really representing the business well…

      We were served by a girl called Gem and she had no customer service skills. She was rude from the start and her facial expressions said it all. It would be nice if she also looked at the customer when she was taking orders and not act like she was owed something. Very very poor customer service Bit of kindness and enthusiasm would go a long long way. Won’t be back

      I was served by a teamed member “Gem”. Customer service was absolutely disgusting No greeting just “scan your card” in a abrupt stroppy tone and glared at me for 10 seconds before abruptly saying “what do you want” with no thank you or have a good day afterwards. No smile or eye contact also.

      There’s a really tall guy with a neck tattoo and a nose ring that works here. Couldn’t read his name badge but his service is next level. Not even towards me, but towards another customer who was slightly unhappy. Such a genuine guy. 10/10 service from the bloke.

      I got the All Berry Bang and it was very disappointing. I saw them make it and it was mainly ice. I counted 2 blueberries a couple of raspberries and the rest ice and juice. Very watered down and not at all berry tasting. Disappointed to say the least!
