      Wish could be no stars here that’s what they deserve rude staff i preset the pump to $30 and it continues couldn’t stop i looked back it came to $60 and even after their mistake they refused usually i don’t do negative reviews but here’s one for rude staff. Hopefully nobody ever going to meet across staff like this.

      I wish I could give them in minus or negative in my entire life I have never get this worst kind of service ,I want to fill up my car but the pump was not even open, my husband goes to person an Indian punjabi guy, who was attending the till, he was rude and not at all supportive or welcoming the customer, this was the first time in the last4 years of my going to this place. I cant imagine how unwelcom I have felt, being in retail industry I can understand the dellima to open the pump or not but a person is coming to you asking to open it so he can fill up the tank but I assume the person not interested in Business rather just want to make it suffer by giving rude attitude. I m furious after this I will never come to this place and will definitely going to our friend and family.

      Shocking service Indian girl with short hair avoided at all costs to serve me as her colleague had another till open. When I approached she made every effort to make it difficult. My Woolworths rewards card wouldn’t scan she made me read it out still didn’t work and then said in no uncertain terms ‘move over to other counter.’ The owners of these stations are better allowing us to pay at bowser or with robots so we don’t have to deal with these workers who have no pride in themselves or the job they are getting paid for and contempt for the paying customers. Leave if your don’t want to be there.

      They are clowns … called them before driving there due to having a near to flat tyre and asked if their night staff If they had air pump which they had no dam clue what I was asking for. As I was explaining to them they hug up and did not answer a call back.

      Good place petrol etc available but not for 98 lovers, and deli food some Times they put them on 50 percent when I think near to expire. But coffee minimum 2.50 as I m addicted to 1 dollars one though.

      Went there on Thursday the 7/7/22 and the male staff member that was on spoke very rudely to my partner and swaring at Customes will be putting in a formal complaint. A 40- 50 year old man should be swaring and abusing women Especially someone beening pregnant…will never go to the servo ever again

      DOESN’T ACCEPT AMPOL GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS Was going to use an Ampol voucher for my fuel only to be told they don’t accept Ampol gift cards or vouchers for Ampol fuel?????? ?? The service attendant explained (like I was stupid) and said “see the sign?” and that they are an EC service station owned by Woolworths that serves Ampol Fuel but they don’t accept Ampol cards. How am I supposed to know that before putting fuel in?!?! Lucky I had cash to pay for the fuel!!!!!??

      I always visit this store but today I really had a bad experience from one of the CSRs. I bought 1 coffee and gave her the money and because I was carrying my baby I but the cup on the bench but accidentally my hand hit the coffee cup and fell on the floor. Then the CSR seemed very annoyed, I said sorry many times but she did not respond to me. When I asked for some tissues the man (another CSR) hurried up and got the tissues and cleaned the floor, although I offered him many times to clean it but he refused and he cleaned it and said that is fine But really the way that lady dealt with the situation and her response made me very upset and felt uncomfortable.

      Terrible customer service, complete lack of awareness in terms of interaction with customers (no eye contact): fuel owed was $xx.05 sarcastically smirked when I couldn’t find 5 cents in pocket. zero empathy/ emotional IQ. Didn’t allow me to enter store to buy milk!. Pathetic excuse when Ampol spends millions on advertising to make out it’s “fuel for Australians”, this means nothing in reality they obviously do not care when they hire these 7/11 sour-faced robots that can (and hopefully will be) replaced by actual self service bots within the next few years.

      I visited ten minutes ago. They use the night window and they should only serve petrol. I value bang for buck and they have a very wide product range. I’m used to going in stores and finding the best value myself. I figured out what to get, but he had misinformed me of a non-existent deal on Oak milks. When I tried to find another suitable product he lost his temper and told me I couldn’t shop that way. To avoid any more interaction I said to forget the drinks and just bought the chips. In hindsight I should have left without buying anything. I do not blame the attendant, night shifts are difficult. The night shift window dehumanises and by extension destroys the possibility of positive customer experience – unless you’re drunk perhaps.

      I went in to buy a meat pie a couple of nights ago and the bloke working at the counter was very rude and falsely accused me of shoplifting and doing a runner on the night before which I did not do and nor was I there and claimed that he had me on video and asked me to leave. This is unacceptable and I will be in touch with head office.

      Puma fuel station on Guildford Road in Bayswater has to be one of the best experiences I’ve had going to any fuel station. The ladies there were super kind friendly and their detail to cleaning was very noticeable. The store is well laid out and clean, it was obvious that it is a very popular store with the people that I witnessed entering and the service they received. Being on Guildford Road just near the Tonkin Highway overpass imagine it gets quite a bit of traffic throughout the week, so I still can’t quite get over there detailed cleaning even when you walk in walk up to the counter you can see no marks or dirt on any part of the counter So if you ever in the neighbourhood getting some fuel make sure you drop in and say hello to the ladies as they are more than welcoming
