      The worst dental experience I have ever had. The only man on this earth that I have paid to hurt me, and hurt me he did, with everything he did. I suffered for at least 2.5 weeks after. He also stuffed the job up and I ended up having to have the tooth pulled out so with that in mind I told them I was on blood thinners and was told “You’ll be fine”. Am so glad I went to another dentist – who did not hurt at all and he rang my doc re the blood thinners and NO I would NOT be fine. I had to go off them to have the tooth removed. God knows what would have happened if I had it removed there. Terrible experience. Just awful..

      A simple check up appointment for my 2 children ages 12 and 13. They were in there for 10 mins each. We had to ask for the dentist to come and speak with us after the appointment to see if there were any findings. Terrible service for $200 per child – over priced

      I had a root canal done years ago elsewhere which made the tooth turn dark grey but Dr Devvrat done an incredible job at getting it back to normal. Can’t thank him enough.

      We are so very grateful to the service we received from Sam when it mattered most.

      We had a dental emergency with one of our young children on the weekend and Sam, unbelievably, communicated with us to seek further information. He then proceeded to respond and make suggestions, helping ease our family’s concerns and booked us in for the first session the next day for a fantastic result.

      We’re very conscious of trying to not set anyone else’s expectations as Sam may have been free just at the time we reached out via email. I don’t know another Dentist here in Coffs that who would do this though and he gave us all reassuring peace of mind.

      Our family has been patients for some time now and always found the service to be excellent. This was something quite extraordinary however and we felt obliged to share the experience.

      Coffs seems to unfortunately really struggle with available specialists I’d suggest. We have found the contrary, when it comes to this practice.

      This practice lives up to it’s name. Dr Kate and the team went above and way beyond when I needed to transfer my son’s Orthodontic care. They contacted the previous Orthodontist and sourced equipment needed to maintain my son’s braces. Payments were transferred and more manageable. My check up with Dr James was the best dentist appointment I have had to date. Was gentle and extremely thorough. The whole team was friendly and the practice calming. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

      Had my invisaline done here and highly recommend Kate and the team. Everyone was so lovely and gentle through out the whole process always checking in with how you tolerate things as they go. Initally I was told by a Canberrian dentist I would need to have a front tooth removed and old school braces to achieve the same result I got in just 10mths with Kate. So greatful!

      I’ve been going to this place since I was young and I have no mind to stop.

      There are such amazing, friendly staff here who always give me a good laugh.

      My dentist, Kate who has been my dentist for maybe 17 years, has been just incredible. I had to see another dentist here at one point and even though we had never met each other before, he was super friendly and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart.

      The advice and help I’ve received from these guys has me coming in only once a year, sometimes less! But even when it’s been such a long time between visits, when I walk in I’m greet with smiles and happy faces.

      I Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist.

      I can’t even explain how happy I am with the service and care that I have had since changing to Ethical dental. I used to be so nervous to go to the dentist and now I am fine going. My teeth are looking and feeling amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the dentists and nurses.

      Sam put so much planning and perfecting into my smile and made me feel so comfortable and helped me understand the whole process of what we were doing. My teeth are perfect.

      So very pleased I went back to Burnie Smile Care and met Dr. Clarke Eom. Dr Clarke is a highly skilled dentist who I have complete trust in. His expertise with a complex root canal was handled very professionally and he explained and expressed concern throughout procedure and follow-up. The tooth was then capped with a perfectly fitting crown. Price was very reasonable. Very impressed with this Dentist. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!!

      Very happy with work done. Dr Nohra was meticulous and thorough. I had 6 teeth fixed to 3 implants. Prices competitive with Perth and saved me heaps in time and money not having to go there. My friends have been very complimentary of my new look. I strongly recommend Dr Nohra if you need implants.

      I can highly recommend Dr Nohra & his lovely team for any Dental procedures.

      After being told by my local dentist that I needed to get my urgent root canal done in Perth, I decided to shop around locally & Dr Nohra’s team fitted me in short notice to have a consultation prior. I had every confidence in Dr Nohra after hearing his experience & after a few visits, my root canal was done. During the procedure, they accommodated my needs to make this pain free & comfortable for me.

      The cost was much more affordable than what I was quoted in Perth & the clinic was local, so more fuel cost savings. So, so happy!

      I have since been back for a scale/polish & must admit, it has been the most thorough clean I have ever had. So pleased with the service, availability of appointments to make it work for you. To top it off, they are such a beautiful team of dental professionals.

      Glad to have them as my regular dentist team!

      I always had dental anxiety since i was a child, I’ve tried so many places to find a good clinic. Warrnambool Dental is the BEST. Five star is not even enough for the service that they provide.       I called to make an appointment for my 4year old (nearly 5) she broke her tooth the lady on the phone told me it was covered completely by Medicare no upfront payment that was a LIE. Then I said she would need it pulled they said yep we can do that not a problem. Go to our appointment to find that the dentist refused to do anything as she was to young an didn’t want my daughter to be traumatized so she will need to be sedated ?(she has a few things needing to be fixed but could have at least helped with the tooth causing pain) an here is my 4yr old laying there with her mouth wide open waiting for him to help stop the pain to be told I won’t do anything she was not happy (she had a filling at 3 n didn’t even budge) safe to say unless your kid only needs a check up maybe a clean I wouldn’t bother going here. Honestly it was like he (the dentist) was more scared of my 4y old (nearly 5) daughter than she was of him an to top it off is we were waited 40min past her appointment time. Have definatley already recommended to family an friends to stay away from this place.

      The dentist determined my daughter had 4X wisdom teeth that were coming out causing her discomfort. Dentist was friendly and explained the diagnosis to us. He advised therapeutic interventions that i could try along with OTC analgesia. He also advised i return bring her back if non of these measures were effective. My daughter is fine now.       Patient care was very good, eg numbing gel applied and given time to work before an injection was administered is in my view good care, explaining the process is good communication. And then the work process was to a high standard. Could’ve used lip balm for an excellent review. Only one has done this but she is now in Perth, Dr Jessica Chu.

      Friendly staff but unfortunately was not happy with my clean. A new pressurized machine was used which sprayed water everywhere, teeth were not polished, the drill tool they usually use at a routine clean to get rid of stubborn plaque was not used & my teeth still had plaque afterwards & so I had to go back the next day but was still left with plaque. It was just one dental hygienist working on the teeth so I think it was difficult to be thorough but after the visit I felt like I could have just brushed my teeth at home. When I go to the dentist I expect all plaque to be removed. It’s been 5 months & I went somewhere else where they used the drill tool & polished my teeth with 2 people working on the teeth & my teeth actually feel and look professionally cleaned & have no plaque & stains. So with this comparison, I would not recommend this business.

      Well hello once again, about a month or so I had a big-ish filling done, no problem first class, painless, I was and still am very happy with this wonderful practice, now here’s the thing I had a feeling something wasn’t right, I rang knight Street the director of first contact organised a visit straight away, I had tests Xray and was advised that It may be after procedure thing that’s my word, so my dentist said let’s see what happens. I was happy with that, the kicker was no charge brilliant, this is the dentists for you.

      Very disappointing The dentist who attended my son, appeared to be lacking experience with children. When she applied the needle, instead of stopping when the child showed discomfort, she continued to keep pushing and injecting the anaesthetic into the tooth, then proceeded to do the back of the tooth. The whole time this was happening to chi,ld was in excruciating pain and crying. It was without doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve seen of a professional dealing with a child.

      My wife had to wait in the waiting room and the whole time she heard our son crying in pain.

      I had previously had my child in the Royal Children’s Hospital for a period of around 12 months during that time he had to undergo an enormous amount of procedures and exposure to needles, Not once did I ever see the disregard for the patient’s well-being as what I saw at the dentist.

      As result of this harsh treatment by the dentist, my child will continue to have a phobia in regards to dental work. Thank you very much for an unpleasant experience.

      Dr Shah & his assistant Ella are incredibly patient, kind and supportive. I have always had a fear of the dentist but these guys have been very kind & made my visits fun, laughable & most importantly bearable. I absolutely, highly recommend dr shah for not only adults but kids, he is very patient and will talk you through your options, giving you space, advice & time to decide what will be the best treatment option for you. Really reasonable priced too!
