      As soon as I walked in, I was shocked! I have never seen a Dollar Tree so neat and well stocked! The aisles weren’t cluttered with boxes. I’ve worked at a chain retail before and know what it takes to keep a store maintained. Kudos to the management & team. I complimented the cashier Judy on how nice the store was. She was pleasant.

      I remember a time when it was humanly impossible for me to drive past a dollartree store. I was there 5 days a week and never left empty handed. I haven”t been there in a while, but, i did go today. I found the place very sad. It is a crying shame what inflation has done to you.

      Today I had a bad experience when I entered the store. one of the workers went towards me telling me that I had to leave my bag in the box where you pay without giving me a reason to do so, I look around and all the people who were buying brought their bags this caught my attention because I didn’t I was not complying with the regulations of the store, I really felt very uncomfortable when listening to the tone of voice with which the older man spoke to me, I felt discriminated against for being Latino, I think they should be more careful with the treatment of the population. to treat everyone equally.

      While I was shopping my blood sugar dropped I’m a diabetic right there in the candy aisle in the manager and just about everybody in the store man look out for me toug it was great you just one woman was holding my head I thought she was an angel she was beautiful. If I’m going ever get married I want her to be just like her. So everyone in that store was good. It’s rare to find people like that nowadays and to be so kind. . So this is a shout out to the manager thank you very much for managing the situation and taking care of me. So thank you to the store manager and thank to the type 1 diabetic who helped me and gave me my glucose. And thank you to the beautiful lady who held my head hope to see her again. She left before I could thank her. Thank you to everyone.

      I visited this Dollar Tree in June 2022. The staff was very pleasant. I lost my phone, and when I back tracked where I lost it, it was still in the shopping cart where I left it before leaving the store. I was so blessed to have been there.

      This dollar tree is the best dollar tree I’ve ever been too. It’s like all the other ones in Louisville put together into one. It has EVERYTHING!!!! Its organized, neat, clean and just overall awesome! 🙂 I could shop in there for hours and there’s only 8 isles. Lol

      Stop here just to grab a few things. I’m not too surprised about it, but I did not getting greeted upon entering. Cashier was not welcoming at all as if she didn’t care about her customers but more engaged with her coworkers. No thank you or have a nice day when I checked out. It’s very sad that we pay these individuals to do a service for us. No smile or light conversation. Just take our money and sho us on our way. I don’t know but if you are a store manager of this store you need to teach your staff about customer service. That’s a big thing to most of your customers. Customer service is free and appreciated. Losing customers is what you need to strive not to do. Do better!!!

      Again this is one of the newer stores in Detroit and it’s kept very well clean the associates are very friendly and I love the wide variety Arts and crafts item that they have four little children and their teachers corner especially since I’m homeschooling my Preschooler, it’s very affordable to provide her with early learning materials. I really like the fact that they’re open early and stay open late.

      This store has changed. Now they never have new or different products anymore. It’s stock has really been reduced and seems like there is no interest in keeping restocked but more like restocked whenever they get to it with no goals of having regularity. So now you get what you see (nothing ever in the back So don’t waste your own time even thinking to ask for someone to maybe ask about anything that is not already out or you can’t find after walking to look fit yourself.

      It was great, the new Christmas items were out, and due to circumstances, I had none. I want to be festive this holiday season. I also picked up some bits and bobs. I like how, for the most part, it is cheaper than box stores, and if I am not dawdleing, I can be in and out at a max of 30 minutes!

      The manager is exceptionally rude the previous time he told us we had to check out and leave it was 10 minutes to closing. I pointed that fact out. he still said it doesn’t matter you need to go we’re closing. my son and I had a lot of stuff I had told my son take this out to the car well I finish up and pay. The manager said no you cannot take this stuff out until you have paid for it. As if My Sons going to run off without me. This time in the store I saw him be a complete jerk to two other customers he wasn’t really rude to me he just didn’t speak while he checked me out

      Dollar greeting cards? Dollar everything! I have been to a few of these but this one is close to my neighborhood. I get candy, art paper, greet cards, garden stuff, and of course whatever my wife wants! The staff is responsible. Most of the time they have inventory. The customers… Uh well… They are foster but not 82nd. I go and will keep going.

      Cashier Jason clearly doesn’t want to be working there. He had a very nasty attitude towards the customers and for his co-workers. While in line he was complaining about his co-workers being a**holes because they all had left him alone to go on break at the same time especially his manager who was out taking a smoke. When a customer ask for a bag, he angrily threw her items into the bag. Jason…maybe you need to find another line of work??

      This is the worst dollar tree ever. The staff always arguing or closing the place. There’s always a problem with the machine or something happens that they always have to close early or something.and on top of that there’s never anything I’m looking for at the store they need to restock. Is so annoying they never have anything there. Also the staff are so money hungry for a bag. They really get mad for 5cent bag.

      My first time in this Dollar Tree. Needed some Christmas decorations from the office without breaking the bank. This store was very well stocked with more getting ready to go on the shelf. I was efficiently and quickly checked out. Pleasant experience. Definitely will come back

      First and foremost, the employee at the register did his best, being the only cashier on a Sunday afternoon. He remained calm and collected, letting folks know that he was the only one in the store. I think anyone who has had a public-facing job felt terrible and appalled about the situation.

      I got what I needed, and this store is more stocked than the one in Dorchester. That being said, I was in line for 20+ minutes.

      Great place to shop for occasional consumed goods and events. Properly staffed. Well managed. Friendly customer service. I asked the lady who appeared to be the manager in order to take photos and she allowed under one condition (not taking photos which include people’s in them, so I abided. Just for the sake of full disclosure). This was a professional decision by the manager.

      Be careful. I was in this store today. The seller was unfriendly. When I came home, I saw in the receipt that she counted one thing twice, but most importantly that several things (including the one that was counted twice) were simply not in the package. I understand that they are not expensive, but it is a waste of time, and this attitude is unacceptable. ???

      Locks people out before 8pm but checks people out well after 8pm. Of course the X2 was over 40 minutes late so I arrived at 7:58 instead of 7:30 and even though I expressed I only needed one single thing the lady said she didn’t care and locked the door on my face and two other women who arrived as I did. They’re still checking people out at 8:10pm at least lock the door at 8pm if it’s of no consequence. Who closes so early anyway! Won’t ever return, I’ll take just as many busses to a better dollar tree, not that it matters to them since they are constantly out of stock of everything! They need a competing dollar tree so they actually have things past restock day.

      If I can give this store a negative star rating I would. My sister has been missing for weeks and is an employee there. Myself and other family members have visited the store asking for info. and if she’s been working. The response we got from the General Manager was “I’m too busy to check.” and when I called again the GM says she wasn’t there and wouldn’t provide her name as the manager. It’s clear that they do not care about their emoloyees and are super ghetto and disrespectful!!! As a whole this location has the worst management and are the most disrespectful, unhelpful service interaction you will ever receive in the city of DC! Expect to get cussed out and stand in a 30+ min line to check out. This store is the absolute worst! Sorry for anybody who shops here.

      Iam only giving 1 star but they need a 0. Everytime you go to the store they have 1 nasty cashier. The line is always down the isle. The manager watching the line getting long but he too busy putting products back instead of helping the customer’s. I guess those things are more important than getting the money that keeps the store open and pays his salary. Customer’s walking out because you have to wait so long to check out. And don’t even look for decent customer service. It’s no where to be found.I wish I didn’t have to go to this store but they are sometimes stocked with items I need.

      I am a grown WORKING woman, do not ask me to put my bags to the side by the front entrance with no tickets or staff to monitor my items anyone can just grab my bags like come on get a good system going on and then it won’t be a problem but don’t ask me to do something yall just came up with that day because the young kids keep stealing. Staff are BARELY at the register I had to knock on the office door one time after waiting in line 6 minutes to get a cashier because they were understaffed with no one at any of the registers. The shelves look a mess and it’s rarely stocked. The young people they have working their are rude,one guy thought he was slick and scanned an item multiple times and when I said something he tried to act like it was a mistake because I was on the phone I guess he thought I wasn’t paying attention. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS and expiration dates. Michigan ave NE is my go to,I can’t deal with this.

      Joselyn really needs an attitude check, no only did she dump all my items combining them with another customers, when I explained what was mine and what was the customers just rolled her eyes. Rang up my items didn’t even bother to give me a total stood quiet til I entered my card then puts my receipt in my bag and doesn’t even say a word. I get she might hate her job but jeeez a little bit of a manners would make things a little better!

      My wife is addicted to Dollar Tree, she wants everything from the store, Everytime we go we end up buying stuff that we not even need jajaja. This place is cool, the only bad thing is the cash registers, all the time there is only one register open and the employee seems to be frustrated, ask them for a helium balloon that is not inflated already and you will see how their forehead vein popps.

      It’s actually the “Dollar Twenty-five” store. But dang. That’s still a great deal on some stuff! The one I went to had an entire section (like 40’× ’25) just for PARTY SUPPLIES!! Some really cute stuff for baby shower or birthday. Lots of home school stuff. (No adult coloring books. Bummer.) And all kinds of pot gardening stuff! Look around. Think outside the box! I spent $27 and had 4 bags of stuff. Mostly organizational bins and stuff like that and cheap lotion. I actually found my Black Cohosh there for $3! That was a couple of weeks ago. It has worked just fine!

      I was just in the store 5 minutes and went to check out. The cashier lady was so slow and the line was getting back up. Then the people in front of me decided to get a reloadable card and had to wait on the manager. I couldn’t purchase my 2 items due to being on a lunch break and having to wait on a store manager to check these people out. You would think that the lady could have gotten on another register or another one of the managers could have gotten on a register. Simply pathetic.

      Brought Grandsons to OKC from Waco TX to visit the science museum. We stopped here after! They did not greet us upon entering just frowned at us , one hollered at me because two green baskets had been sitting for 15 minutes that we had been standing there looking at toys so I told my grandson I would grab one to use and she came running from two isles over screaming at us that’s my baskets for damaged items I’m pulling ? my grandchildren got humiliated and I had to explain some people are just rude!!! Customer service is lacking if you aren’t a local it seems. When checking us out the cashier gave me dirty looks and said nothing before, while ringing me up , are after!

      Do you mean, “one dollar and twenty five cent tree?” It’s always a horrible and messy store with items still in boxes unstocked and rude cashiers. It looks like Walmart is starting to corner the market on actual $1 items of the same caliber and better than dollar 25-cent tree. I predict the shutdown of the corporation within next two years. It’s that bad there, it’s a failing corporation going down.

      Dollar Tree is what it is, inexpensive essentials. However that’s experience was unusually pleasant. A young lady (Kiki, I believe) was working and her energy was contagious. Not the annoying fake happy that you sometimes get. This was genuine, she was helpful and polite, all with a smile. I know I will revisit dollar tree and I hope that my next experience is as good as today’s.

      Just got out of this store. There’s 2 older ladies that are the rudest people ever. First I asked to use the bathroom for my 3 year old, one of rude ladies answered with an attitude “our bathroom heater doesnt work and it cant be use, go use king soopers bathroom” so I went on and came back. Then when we were on the line, i grabed a lighter from the shelf next to it then told my older daughter never mind I dont want it, right away the cashier said “if you dont want anything give it to me so I can put it back” not done she didnt even asked if I wanted to purchase some bags. She just said “you have a lot of stuff you have to get buy them”. Mean old ladies!!! I get it I was there @8:30 pm and you want to close and go home truely looks like you’re not happy with your job.

      Inventory in the store is very sparse! Many of the shelves were empty or nearly empty, only one cashier upfront with lines of 5-6 customers. Also, the floors were filthy.

      Place was clean, like stuff in it , been going there for years, last time went to dollar tree , cashier asked if I can start bagging my stuff while she scanned my stuff , not enough room for it to sit there.I’ m not getting paid, she is.I went ahead and sacked my stuff, Wow did not know u sack ur own bags!!I got told to start bagging them I dont have room here for your stuff.I think she is nice lady , I bagged my stuff k??

      I used to go to this dollar tree & it was never this bad but every single time I have gone to these last few months it is always closed when the sign clearly says open. I have seen the manager there a few times, watching from inside the store with the doors locked & yet doesn’t bother to unlock the doors I find that very unprofessional on their part. This store should be closed or get people that actually want to work.

      Terrible service

      I took a box to put glass plates and the cashier named DEE said that she couldn’t take the box because they had inventory I asked for a manager and when Dave arrived the handler hit him with a box and said that he didn’t know the bad way I asked why and he told me that it was money for dollar tree and they recycled them

      I have worked a lot in stores as a general manager and I thought it was incredible the bad service they have since customer service is the main thing in this type of business

      There were many boxes and the one I was going to take was not complete. I even get annoyed a lot and I invite people to avoid leaving their money in this type of business that do not have a good attitude with their customers.

      We all know that dollar tree is known for having cluttered stores and no customer service but you can’t get mad at them. They try.
