I love it here! Clean! Some friendly staff and some not friendly stuff but professional. The kids love it, lots of varieties for all ages and lots to play with and be creative with if you have time to explore. Adults can buy alot roo here. Come here for my office stuff. Love that’s it’s all a dollar and they mean it!!

Store was disorganized and had a cluttered dirty floor. NOT the employees fault as he kept trying to sweep and pick up. Prices now ALL $1.25 which means a 25% price increase on all items!! Low inventory too on items I usually get. I interviewed worker who said they could not keep help. No benefits and minimum wage in an expensive city so no wonder. CORPORATE IS TO BLAME!

Customer service is lacking. It’s not entirely their fault. Everybody’s in a hurry. You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for something you’re pretty much on your own since staffing is limited.

This is the best dollar tree in the area. The location is clean and well taken care of. Aisles were clean and nicely organized. Also, the workers there are knowledgeable of where all the things are, and they are very friendly and willing to help as much as needed. I just moved to a new apartment in this area and I needed a few things and I kept asking the same girl questions of where things were and she nicely answered every time and even showed me exactly where I could find the products I was looking for. The size of this Dollar tree is huge and they definitely had everything I was looking for, but again is huge, so the girl saved me from spending hours there (which honestly if I had time I would have loved to) but I didn’t so her kindness was highly appreciated. I am planning to come back with plenty of time and check it all to see if I can get some new things for my new apartment. The parking was also great, I had no issue finding parking pretty close to the door, which was pretty nice since the day I went there was a rainy day. This business is definitely saved on my favorites on Google Maps!

This store is in an unfortunate place, near Walmart.

This is one of the smaller stores in the area and they do a good job of keeping the inventory current.

The staff is usually friendly and overwhelmed. Like many of the franchise, the staff here have the difficult task of keeping the shelves straightened amidst disrespectful clientele.

I love this store, they have a little bit of everything. What I really like is the good selection of items in the food area. Both frozen and shelf items. One in particular is the whole milk on the shelf, it’s great for just me, when I run out I just pop another in the fridge and I’m good to go. Another couple shelf items I really enjoy eating is the white chicken, yes chicken, not tuna, in a can, along with this rice they have that’s already cooked, you just need to heat it up for a few minutes in the microwave and mix them together and it’s awesome! You can also get tortillas, cheese, and pinto beans in a bag to make some great burritos, ?

A good Dollar Tree store. Large with good arrangement. There are quite large parking area. In time of my visit (9/26/2021, evening time) the cashier was very helpful and friendly. There is a Macdonald next to this store and a gas station nearby. All in all I recommend this store!

I love Dollar tree. They really increased the different supplies for crafting. They have supplies for painting, beading, wood crafts, yarn, dye for fabrics and the tools needed to make the crafts. They have good pantry items, Betty Crocker cooking utensils and Rubbermaid Tupperware. They everything for parties and toiletries I can spend an hour in there. Addendum: With the change in price to $1.25, I do watch what I buy now. Sometimes other places can sell the same thing for less. Dollar tree has updated their inventory now and the floral section is bigger and the flowers are nicer.

Good selection of kids’ crafting supplies (glitter, paint, paper, glue) so, before you go to Michael’s, see if you can buy $6 glitter for $1.25. I got 2 spray bottles that work better than the one’s I got at the hardware store for $7 each. The quality of the items I needed was better than other dollar stores and seemed to be far better than Daiso.

This location has a decent selection of items, but it didn’t make sense to only have two registers out of SEVEN (7) open, with lines down the aisle. Someone coming back from their break in 15 minutes just to have another lane open (“I’m still on my break”). Come on. Even the redhead Asian guy with the glasses who is working on inventory should’ve helped out. This is trifling.

This Dollar Tree is a decent sized store w/ a diverse selection of basic necessities. The layout is easy to navigate, even though I dont believe I saw any signs saying what is in each isle. I ended up getting enough to make my checkout total $43.09, on my first visit! The only thing that I disliked about my experience was the foul pungent odor of mold. Literally it hit me like a wave the moment I walked in the doors! ? Otherwise, to end my review on a brighter note, the cashier lady was very kind to me. And the bathrooms were open to the public, fully functional, AND… they were clean! ?

Overall, I would probably return to shop here, and would maybe recommend shopping here to a friend.

I really don’t appreciate being discriminated against & harassed by the one & only sorry employee that y’all had in the store smh. The mf was standing next to me and my kids the whole time I was in the store and even FOLLOWED ME to the REGISTER while watching me like a hawk trying to make sure I paid for everything. I work hard for my money and am very offended that because I walked into this establishment dressed down with my head wrap on I was profiled and assumed as a thief smh I will not be coming back to this location ever and will be spreading the word to everybody I know and others to do the same. It makes no sense that me & my children came to enjoy our evening and give our business to this store when we could have went ANYWHERE else and left feeling uncomfortable having been harassed and accused of such a thing for no good reason. I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with the state.

I have read the comments and I’m shocked because as a former employee that has opened multiple locations and a current customer, this Dollar Tree looks awesome! It looked so well merchandised I thought it was just opened recently. Not saying other stores are lacking but you can tell there is team culture inside the store. Employees were friendly.

Visited Saturday 1/26/2019: This place is such a horrific mess. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed. The photos only tell a small story. There was broken glass and liquids all over the floor. Long lines stretching to the back of the store. It is clear, this is a mismanaged Dollar Tree location. Close this place down and clean it up. These conditions could pose liability risks.

Pretty much all the shelves are near empty. The cashier is also trying to look like he’s straightening up product up front has both earbuds in and doesn’t even hear you when you’re talking to him at the register. I went to buy the planner for the year 2023 to this location. I was highly impressed by the customer service provided. The employees were busy keeping/ arranging the inventory. I asked the employees about multiple items at different times. All the employees were very helpful responded with smile and positive attitude. Hello employees, Thank you so much for your help. Definitely leagues beyond most Dollar tree locations I have been to. Spoke to the most delightful woman who was supposed to work night shift but I was blessed to encounter her during the day. Praying for her knee. I don’t know if Dollar tree is increasing their standards but she should be in management. Never in my life would I think to give them a five-star review save for this outstanding customer service of this woman! She should be teaching customer service from a corporate level.

This store is highly unorganized. They’re often out of stock for common items. They reorganized the center of the store the 2nd half of 2018, but it did not help with current problems. Coming from an inventory background, I have zero idea how they could possibly have any sort of inventory at all. There are boxes, bins, and shelves cram-packed of miscellaneous items from various departments.You can take a surprise visit to this store just about any day of the week and it’s ALWAYS in this shape. The customers seem to have zero respect for the store and management seems to have the same level of respect. The employees are often stocking new product in a hole in an isle instead of cleaning up current stock. I feel sorry for an auditor…

I was sadly disappointed with this location. The floors were extremely dirty and caked with debris as well as long lines. In addition, unfriendly cashiers and just not a good look. If your looking for long lines, dirty, filthy floors and bad service then perhaps this location might work. #notafan

This site is so convenient, often finding things that are difficult to find at other stores. I visited on a Sunday, and the aisles were full of incoming stock, with only two staff members in sight. This made it difficult to maneuver through the store, and the 2nd staff was constantly having to stop putting up stock to open a second register. I could not help but recall back when I worked retail under these conditions. It was apparent they were doing the best they could do, focusing on customer service first.

My first time at this Dollar Tree was Christmas Eve and I was pleasantly suprised. Store was well stocked and pretty clean and organized. My friend who I went with needed gift boxes and wrapping paper. When she asked the sales associate a few questions he was very helpful. He even chatted with us for a few minutes about how busy the store had been two days prior and was surprised it wasn’t busy Christmas Eve. The check out lanes were all open therefore there were no long lines (one person in front of us and one behind us). The cashier was a sweet old lady that certainly did not rush us through check out. Overall, my one and only time at this store was a good experience.

Thre shelfs are always empty. There’s always boxes blocking everything and all thre aisle’s! If you want something I suggest taking a box cutter because you have to open the boxes yourself you get what you want. This id one of the dirtiest, packed store I’ve ever been in. I love dollar tree allot but this store needs help! More people to stock the shelves! They’d have so much more sales $$$$$ if things was actually out in view and accessible! Disaster disappointed use to be the biggest nicest one in Columbus staff should be putting stuff away in the isle and keep it organized they will have 3-4 staff working and only 1 lane open but the other 2-3 staff are more worried about getting on intercome every 10 mins tell us they are closing in 30 mins then 20 then 10 ans then literally came n found who was in store and told us goto check out now they are closed. SMDH NEVER AGAIN AND I DO ALOT OF CRAFTS AND WILL NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

The last few times I went there it was closed. Signs on the doors saying no staff so we’re closed. When they are open it’s always unorganized with boxes all over. And the ignorant cashiers don’t make it any better. It’s the only one in the neighborhood but I won’t be returning I would rather go to the family dollar

I went in there today I heard they had a new GM n im happy about that everything was getting stocked and I hope they keep up the good work of keeping it stocked because the one before would wait til everything and I mean everything to be gone for him to restock some of the stuff it feels good to go in there and to get everything you need at one store rather then to go to different dollar trees to collect some of the items you need and please have at least two cashiers at all time people go in to shop get what they need and leave not to stand in line because they would put down the items and go else where keep that in mind

I’m not sure if these sale Associates hate their job here. We’re dealing with the homeless come in and out or we’re having bad day? But nevertheless Every time I come here there’s always so rude.. I come to shop and buy and sometimes ask if they have an item that im looking for…always a rude response.. I say buck up buddy or or find another job that suits you.. Kind of killed my vibe. And just to note this store is a disaster and messy… I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

I asked an employee if they had three different items. She told me what aisle to go look on for each and none of the items were in stock. But I went to the associate and said I don’t see it on the shelves. ? She said “well I guess we don’t have it then” and she was not polite in the slightest!!! I didn’t mind looking for myself because I had time. So disappointed understood items aren’t always in stock. But I don’t need snotty employee being rude to me for no reason..? though I do believe I know the reason. ?? Next time I’ll just go to Walmart.. or CVS, but I won’t go to this Dollar tree.. I enjoy Dollar tree!! But I won’t go back to this one!??

I had not been to this dollar tree in about 6 months or so. K was in the area and I needed a picture frame. Big mistake!! Homeless people in every isle and one started harassing me while I was looking at the picture frames talking about I wish I had a family to buy picture frames. I walked right over to the checkout to find a huge line and only one register open. I had to get out-of there. I had seen enough! Lots of things on the isle floors and so disorganized. Not going back.

Picked out various flowers, all colours and some talls and shorts! Beautiful! Scored some baskets , different sizes and colours. Will fill with mulch and make lovely floral baskets to beautify ugly – bland areas. Flowers last at least a year and require only ” Why you’re so ?lovely- thanks for brightening up my day! ” Save money on water, earth and visits to the chiropractor ???? P.S. making the bouquets is very fun and relaxing!

Jenn, assistant manager is an abrasive and indifferent assistant manager. This store is apparently very irresponsible maintaining their store and facilities ie their 2 public bathrooms have been ” out of service” for 3 months+. When I’ve asked access to use the bathroom the response has always been the same ” it’s out of service” both bathrooms REALLY???? If that’s the case I will spend my money where I will feel comfortable during my shopping experience! Many times I have experienced 10 plus customers waiting to check out through 1 cashier and multiple isles stacked with products waiting to be stocked which customers have to maneuver around and move to get to the shelves and product they want. I have come to this store for over 3 years and have experienced a deteriorating focus on customer service to the point of feeling a very devalued customer. I have come to the conclusion that I will not spend my money here. Again I am only 1 person which I feel will not make a difference in the indifference culture of your management and some of your employees. ” Change starts from the head” I will not support this indifference and devaluating attitude.

Always find mini-portions of what I actually need life sized portions in, i.e. laundry detergent, floor cleaner. Great tide me over when I do not want to wait in line at other un- named stores. Great for portion control as well…that 5 pack of twix for $1.25 makes you feel like you are getting a deal until you realize they are 1/2 inch long and the total combined weight is less than that of an actual single candy bar…lol

This location is much larger than the one near my home. It has a much larger selection of party supplies, craft section is awesome and office supplies. I like coming here to pick up party supplies for my office for birthdays and other celebrations. Can’t beat the price for party supplies like napkins and plates that will be tossed anyways.

Wouldn’t buy food here unless it’s candy. Steer away from electronics and home goods like outlets or batteries. Medicine is also questionable.

You’ll run into some strange characters here. Don’t be surprised and come prepared. Prices went up to $1.25 in Jan 2022!

Love this Dollar Tree I go there every week a week. Peter the assistant manager is always friendly and smiling and says hello. I often see him sanitizing the shopping baskets and wiping shelves which shows they care about how clean their store is.

The people at this Dollar tree are exceptionally nice it’s not their fault that their supply chain is falling short they try their hardest to keep their stuff stocked and staffed overall it was a good place to shop didn’t have everything I needed but still had a lot of things that I appreciate it 90% of their stuff is still a dollar which is awesome good job Dollar tree on Ross avenue

Not in the best of areas. A service dog was bombarded by a child who wouldn’t leave it alone and the parents didn’t intervene. There was a boba on the shelf that had been sitting out for hours and ultimately the cashier’s seemed like they rather be anywhere else. The parking was full to . Not a ton of it. And getting out of the parking lot during rush hour was hard.

This Dollar Tree is amazing I haven’t been to this Dollar Tree in two years the service is the same I did anything that I want there I was all the Dollar Trees in Contra Costa County in Alameda County and I was certain search searching for a certain item which wear your cheese crackers that you guys have their amazing the better than Cheez-Its I guarantee it and so I so happen to be in Modesto and they have a Dollar Tree there but I have traffic court today and I took a chance and came to the Dollar Tree and lo and behold you had an unlimited supply of these cheese crackers that I love now I will travel all the way from Pittsburg California to San Jose California just to get these cheese crackers and the manager also told me that he would help me order them if need be and to make sure that he has a supply ready I will come back over and over again the lovely lady that was a cashier her name is Belinda amazing woman great conversation she kept her eyes we kept eye contact she was talking to me she was amazing she deserves a race she was just absolutely amazing she made my experience the best

Took my 87 year old mom shopping this morning. She delights as do I on how inexpensive all items are. The diversity is also amazing. I personally shop here once a week sometimes twice. A loaf of bread and package of English muffins at a $1.25. The same item is three time that in a regular grocery store. Today we were on the hunt for x-large gift bags. The store is clean, restrooms are available, easy accessible parking, a few handicap slots. A manager very helpful and easy to locate on the store floor. I feel safe and enjoy the savings. I found that early mornings are the best time to shop. As the day progresses, so does the influx of customers.

For the first time, the person that helped us did it correctly. By that I mean, they pulled us from another checkout lane as the next customer in line. Not as others have usually done by just opening the register lane and letting whoever got there first be checked out. Unfortunately I don’t remember the person’s name, might have been the manager. Sorry. good job $tree just the same.?? Suggestion; implement that procedure as part of the employee training as a must do. I, as well as most customers (I’m guessing) really appreciate that.

Cashier was unfriendly and never spoke a single word to me during the entire checkout process. When I paid for my items, she never spoke the total and never said what my change was or even Thanks, Have a good night, nothing.

There’s always a mass at this dollar store if you need something you have to look for it on the floor because everything is on the floor

Nice size store for everything you are looking for at $1. 2022 the prices will go up to $1.25 and the employees let you know, so you are aware and won’t get caught off guard. The staff is friendly and they will assist you with anything you need, and have knowledge do the store. Check out is quick and normally just 1 person online to wait on.
