a month agoFirst time at Five Guys today. I was excited to try something different. I like that they have a simple menu. Makes the choices easier. Not cheaps for a fast food chain, my $17 burger was not worth the cost. So that was disappointing.The restaurant was clean and tidy. We liked the bottomless soft drinks. the son got the milkshake and said it was very thick and creamy, which he liked. He did say there was a lot of chocolate in it though.
Plenty of parking and accessible.
It was good to try and experience, but we will not be in a rush back.

The burger was so big, ingredients looked and tasted fresh and the staff was super helpful in assisting us to order. Ordered the Cheese burger with a choice of my preferred toppings and cajun style fries The burger was good. The patty was well cooked and had a double patty. The fries were crisp, flavoursome and well cooked. The only thing to note is the taste of the burger depends on your choice of toppings and hence the outcome of the burger can vary from person to person. It was a little bit expensive for the burger received.

2 weeks agoThe place with the most delicious french fries in the world, you order the sizes, and they even throw in more in the bag. The best part is that the soda is refillable, so you can get as much as you want, and the hamburger is delicious ? You get to choose what goes inside your burger. Oh, and the milkshake is a delight. I always ask for bacon to be added, and it’s so good, the mix of sweet and savoury, and the crunchiness is divine.2 months agoFive Guys is one of the best burger joints. Their burgers and fries are consistent in their goodness, it’s impossible to have a bad burger as they are made from fresh not frozen ingredients and they are made to order. The cheeseburger all the way is outstanding as is the beef hotdog. The toppings are free so there is no additional to pay on those. And there are free refills of the fountain drinks. The city location is tucked away off George Street down the alley towards the chemist warehouse.a month agoDelicious burgers and fries, with generous portions. Don’t forget about the milkshake. I’m the type of person who eats a lot (like A LOT) but what I would recommend getting is as follows: a Little Cheeseburger (with “All the Way” toppings), a small Cajun fries (it’s not going to be a typical small portion, trust me), and a milkshake (with your favourite mix-ins, but my favourite is peanut butter without whipped cream).
