The customer service department went above and beyond to assist me, particularly Helen, who was exceptionally helpful in facilitating a card verification when I realized I had left my wallet behind.       A great store for your construction or remodeling needs. The staff is usually very willing to help. Bought my Traeger pellet smoker here and so far very happy with it. I can find all the accessories amd supplies I need for my grills here. They also have a decent selection of pellets for the smoker. Their tools section is also well stocked with all the major brands.

      Home Depot has been my go-to for years. I love their very helpful staff and can find what I need at great affordable prices. I also enjoy going in the summer. Their plants are beautiful (the plants that I’m including in the post were tiny when I bought them) and have a great selection of grills. The one i bought, we have truly enjoyed. Can’t go wrong with Home Depot.

      Always great to shop here. Great customer service. A bit full always, from the time it opens til close. Plenty of parking. If you order it online they’ll have it ready.

      Downfall: their aisles are a bit to crowded when shopping. A bit dirty at times but again it’s a improvement store ???

      On Easter Sunday, I headed to Home Depot to purchase an Electrical cord for my lawnmower and weed eater. I had the same one for nearly (6) years and since then it took a beating that I had to mend it with electrical tape. This price was reasonable at $38.58 and I even got a 10% Customer Service discount since I couldn’t find the barcode hidden inside the package where the cashier found it for me. What a Hassle!

      Overall, my experience shopping at Home Depot was good. Also, please have patience with New Employees that don’t know where all the items in the store are!

      9/16/23 @ 3:30pm Went to the garden center and was told I had to go through the store. Made no sense the plants I wanted are outside and all the gates were locked. The young man that was standing outside the gate told me if he open it for me he would have to open it for everyone. I guess they don’t want to sell flowers today. Then he got an attitude when I asked for his name told me to take a picture. Told him I didn’t need to. As I was leaving I heard him complaining about me to his manager. I drove to the Hermitage store and guess what? The garden center was open and I was able to shop both outside and inside the garden center without having to go through the entire store. And the garden staff there were wonderful. A young man even helped me reach two hanging baskets and offered to help me to my car with my plants/flowers. I always liked the Hermitage store but once I moved it was to far. Well after today I’ll return to the Hermitage store even if it’s a lot farther away. They know how to treat their customers.

      The item count from their stock online versus in the store is as way off. The bay numbers aren’t in order on several isles making finding items confusing especially since it was hard to find an associate to help. This Home Depot only offers the military discount if you download the official app and then do the link me. Your military ID in person is not sufficient.

      I’m so grateful for store manager Matt at the Antioch store. I encountered a very challenging situation that caused some difficulty, and as soon as he became aware, he stepped in and took action. I’m sure this type of problem won’t happen again due to his concern for customers, quick response and desire to always improve the customer experience…

      Not a good experience so far. This was the 1st time I’ve spent over $1000 there during there so called sales event, and it will be the last. So on 7/11/23 I bought a washer and dryer, was told it would be delivered on 7/20, on the 7/19 got a message stating deliver won’t be until 8/17. On 7/20 I asked to be given another pair even the ones on the floor, was told that’s not possible. Bought another set that’s suppose to be delivered on 7/28?, did i mention the new set cost me an extra $100. Oh hear this, I payed over $1000 In cash the rest on a card. If I wanted a refund I would have to wait 10 days for a check and 5 days for the return on the card. Cash could not be returned because they don’t keep that much In the store. Wonder who does all that Bank running daily? Hourly? Or is it every half hour. Awaiting 7/28!

      I bought a fridge on Sep 5 and they set up the schedule delivery on Sep 12, but they didn’t show up. They rescheduled for Sep 19, but when I asked them to reschedule for Sep 20 they didn’t accept at all and said the next available appointment is on Sep 29. Customer Service is awful ?

      This the most horrific store I’ve ever been in. I’ve told myself a hundred times to never stop in briley pkwy as the whole store is full of incompetent people from top to bottom. Can never get a will call or delivery right. As to speak to a manager and it’s at least a 30 minute wait. If there is one store Home Depot should close this is the one and keep no one!!!! Not one person there has knowledge of any product!!!! If I could give less than one star it would be negative infinity!!!!

      They had everything I needed in stock, from the paint I wanted, to the lumber and trim I needed. On top of that, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And bonus points for them allowing me to bring my dog in!

      Do not order flooring from Home Depot! I had laminate and carpet installed. Prior to ordering, I received daily calls asking me to pay and confirm. They made promises they didn’t keep, such as they will correct minor issues causing the floor to squeak before installing the carpet. When it wasn’t done, I called and was told they don’t do that. Even though they told me they would fix minor issues or let me know of major issues with the floor so I could fix it before the carpet was finished. Well, they told me they would go back and listen to the calls and call me back after offering me $50!!!! Guess what, they never called back. Not only that, the installers came to install the laminate and an entire box of supplies was not delivered to my home! Both installers and the delivery company complained about dealing with Home Depot’s flooring department. They lack integrity, harass you to book, and make promises they do not keep. I will never use them again for any service!

      Super great place to shop at for improvement items and most of the workers there are super kind and helpful. We love this place! we prefer shopping at this place here, located at SW. 3rd St. in the shopping center over any of the other Home Depot’s because the people are the friendliest and always very helpful. Home Depot needs to look at their employees at this place here and give them credit for credit is due.

      Have my HDX trash bags. Used to be the only brand that didn’t leak. Nothing against Home Depot.. the quality has changed along with the price going up from $13 to less bags for $20 it is disappointing. Yes, out of a box of 13 gallon you now have bags that leak randomly. Same as hefty, glad and any other brand. I have tried them all over the last 17 years. If I have to spend so much for garbage bag I’m thinking go for the trash compactor or construction clean up bags.. just skip the high priced leaky bags.

      We just had to transport the fridge we bought to the cash register and then to our vehicle from the appliance section with no help offered at all! My 92 year old grandma was with us and it was a miracle just to get an employee to answer a few questions about the fridge. I am not surprised because it’s always the same but this time I am reviewing because I saw at least 10 employees doing nothing who did not ask if we needed help and when my grandma asked for assistance she was ignored. The appliances worker was more concerned with answering hwr personal calls then helping my grandmother’s.

      Rented 2 different types of floor sanders from tool rental on a Saturday morning. I picked up the equipment paid the deposit and left. I go home to get started on my floors and the associate in tool rental didn’t give me the power cords. I go to Home Depot in Midwest City to try and get the power cords since it was closest to my house (I have people waiting at my house to get started) and the tool rental associate tells me it is not his problem and I need to take it up with the Shields store. Needless to say 2.5 hours after I rented the damn things I got the power cords. Never again Home Depot. I know Lowe’s has problems but this was ridiculous and the clowns working there act like it is funny or a joke. I don’t understand? Is it that hard to hire competent employees? I won’t be back.       Went to this store today. Literally I’m any department that you need help no one is there, ever! I’ve been in this store recently today and several times this month and every experience has been the same. It takes 20 to 30 min to get anyone to come help you in any aspect. Then when you do get some it’s like they’re rushing you because they have so much stuff to do I guess. I mean, hire more people if you’re that short staffed. Literally the running joke about never finding anyone at these stores available to help, is all too true.

      I have a business I purchased several tables that were delivered damaged. It takes a lot to return 8 foot tables stainless steel to a store so they contacted corporate to see if they would discount them at 40% and they said no bring them back cause they will only give me 10% but they are really damaged so I guess I have to take them back so sad that they don’t wanna work a deal because all they’re going to do is put it on the floor as an open box buy and sell it for a dirt cheap, but they won’t keep their customer. Happy that already has the tables in their possession.

      Not having a tap and pay option really hurt my shopping experience. I know that’s probably silly and very first world problem.. but it was the difference in me getting to make a purchase or not that day. Overall, very nice store though! Especially pleased with the ‘Plant Rescue’ Area!

      Great Home Depot location. Decided to go to this one since we need to buy a few things from here. Nice, clean, organized, and big. Staff there was friendly, other people that don’t work there also friendly, well stocked, clean, and most important, easy to get in and out (since it can be really crowded sometimes) ! Self checkout was easy to use, and so is also cashier checkout. There is also a bunch of entrances/exits at the front of the store like every other Home Depot so that’s a plus. So, all in all, great Home Depot. Wild recommend this location and will be back!

      They have almost everything. They have lots of helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a generous return policy. They have a good online order website. You can rent trucks vans and tools at the Santa Fe Blvd store. They have been a great resource in several do-it-yourself projects. They get overwhelmed during spring planting season.

      It’s Home Depot, what do you expect? You want customer service, go to ACE! Inattentive staff, unless you’re Latino. I’ve walked passed several employees on multiple occasions and have never been spoken to. Yet the Latino customers around me are always being greeted or asked if they need help. It was hard to get used to in the beginning but the more stores I visit it seems to be the norm. As a handyman I’m all over the Denver metro area. In most of the stores from Castle Rock to Thornton I see the same results. For the stores themselves, from cluttered aisles (whether it’s bulky displays blocking half an aisle or contractor orders blocking the shelves) to the main front aisle being 2 individual 1 way paths. The flow of the store is very restricted on busy days. And forget trying to purchase a locked up tool in a timely fashion! The last special order I placed I was told “oh yeah, it’s on aisle 34. Down on the end. It will have a sticker with your name on it.” Get to the aisle and finally find my item. It’s buried behind several other special order items. 2 employees standing close by (within 4ft) didn’t even notice me struggling to move the other heavier items. After a set of heavy, steel bifold doors fell and smashed my arm they asked if I needed help. I said not now…. grabbed my door and left. Customer service is nothing more than a word to these folks

      Apparently, I’m a few shades to dark for the Cherry Creek Home Depot. I came in today to check out the deals they are having on power tools, which I’ll say I have plenty in my checking account to cover more then a few high priced tools. As soon as I set a Milwaukee power ratchet in my cart, the hunt was on. I had several employees and a loss prevention guy tailing me. At first I chose to ignore it and even said hi. The final straw for me was I saw a stackable washer and dryer but it didn’t have complete specs listed, so I walked over to an employee to who was on the phone to ask about the wattage when I heard him say “Yes, I can see her in the reflection.” When I stood there to waiting to ask him a question. When he did finally notice me standing there he hung up and asked me what I wanted. He was so rude about everything that I just walked off to customer service where the security guy sprinted to keep up. He had to make sure I wasn’t trying to return the tools I didn’t have anymore. I went to the first employee that wasn’t busy, handed her the smaller items that I hadn’t put back yet and told her I would NEVER be returning to her racists store. She actually looked at me and said, “Whatever.”

      Employees at the store refused to honor a price match even after I showed them Home Depot policy on the Home Depot website. They were rude throughout the process and wasted my time. Eventually they put in the price match but only after arguing with me and only after I showed them the official policy multiple times and they called their manager. I’ve been to this location a number of times and I have found the employees here to be the worst at customer service of any location I’ve ever been to. This is not my regular Home Depot location, but I’ve probably been to Home Depot between 50 and 100 times this year, and this store is terrible.

      Ask for Robin! Robin was an incredible and delightful help to me and my family when we had to urgently get a new refrigerator after ours broke. We were there with our five year old daughter and Robin attended to her, as well, like she was her own. It was a stressful time made better by a wonderful person like Robin. We felt cared for, like we were her priority, and whenever we go back we’ll ask for her. Thank you Robin! You’re amazing ❤️

      We ordered a deck from this HD, and the delivery forklift driver almost comically knocked down our fence and left without a word. HD now claims they did not deliver the deck. The store managers are kind, but in the end I am left with a mystery. According to HD, a random person somehow picked up my order, brought it to my house, and knocked down my fence. If you have any information about who did this, please let me know!

      UPDATED The new receiving people are extremely slow at unloading trucks. Took them 2 hours to unload my truck when the previous employees took less than a half an hour UPDATED 9/18/23 big improvements on getting unloaded . It’s not perfect but what Home Depot is.       08/04/23: I had a great experience here with their staff. I went to buy some heavy-duty tapes for my work and their staff is attentive and friendly guiding me to right directions. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. The experience was smooth and enjoyable.

      The store has everything you need in your home. The store is clean and well maintained with clear signs for different items. Would love to be back soon

      ***WARNING*** by reading my email, you may agree with my opinion that Home Depot CEO has been overpowered by Home Depot subcontractors.

      I am going to try to make a long saga of more than one year, into an informing review so that you do not go through what I went through. For Google employees… I swear under penalties and perjuries that I what I am writing here is true so that this review cannot be reported as incorrect. In addition, I have all the pictures and videos to prove the condition of the doors when they were delivered. Furthermore, I have emails exchanged with Home Depot’s employees regarding this despicable experience and defective product.

      On June 11, 2021, I purchased custom made Contractors Wardrobe mirror closet doors (“doors”) at the store 4702 in Seattle. Then, the first two sets of doors delivered, the frames were literally FALLING APART from the mirror. The second two set of doors delivered had SCRATCHES ALL OVER on the frames. The third set of doors delivered had the “sticker” in the back of the mirrors FULL OF BUBBLES (the mirrors were not well glued into the sticker as a prevention of the mirror breaking in pieces). The fourth set of doors, WERE THE DOORS THAT HAD BEEN DELIVERED TO ME IN THE PREVIOUS DELIVERIES. These doors were either falling apart from the frame, had scratches, or had bubbles in the sticker in the back of the mirror.

      I ended getting one good door with no problems, and the other three doors either have scratches in the frames or bubbles in the sticker behind the mirror.

      Home Depot offered me to deliver the fifth set of doors. However, when I asked Home Depot employees to assure that the doors were not going to have the frames falling apart from the mirror, scratches in the frames, and/or bubbles in the sticker in the back of the mirror, I NEVER RECEIVED the confirmation. In addition, Home Depot wanted to deliver the doors to the “door,” (the doors were not going to be delivered to my condominium on the 23rd floor).

      Home Depot also offered to give a reimbursement for the money paid for the doors, but I told them that what I wanted was the doors that I paid for, but never received. I asked them to keep their part of the agreement as I kept mine. That is why I believe that the Home Depot CEO no longer has the power to make Home Depot subcontractors to do their jobs well.

      I also purchase a washer and dryer tower machine, which was twice delivered with extensive damages. In addition, the delivery company when delivered the third machine, scratched walls, doors, and left a large hole in the dryer duct. The refrigerator I purchased was also delivered twice with damages, but I ended up canceling the purchase due to the problems.

      I’ve been advised not to give out any specific details just yet, but I beg you—if you’re having anything delivered from Home Depot be sure that you make a recording, including both audio and video, starting at the front door and ending when they leave your house or building and drive away. It’s important that you document the entire delivery.

      Bad things can happen, and if they do, you will be glad you have a legally-admissible record of it. If they refuse to allow you to record what they’re doing, then you should refuse the delivery.

      TRUST ME.

      Or, just Google the horror stories yourself. Search for your local Home Depot store, then read the bad reviews. Many of them are related to delivery issues–far too many for it to just be a coincidence. Unfortunately, leaving a bad review is the only option for many people, since without a record it’s just you said/they said. (Although, in my experience, it’s more like “I said/And then I had to say it again three times until someone actually listened”–but that’s probably not a Home Depot-specific issue.

      Do better.

      Three years ago, I carpeted the downstairs recreation room in my house. Due to a water leak I have to replace the carpet. I didn’t have any original paperwork so I called Home Depot on Delridge to try and find out both the square footage and the type of carpet I had ordered years ago. I tried calling several times with no response from the carpet department and I realized I called at the busiest time of day so I hung up and thought I would try later. Much to my amazement, 15 minutes later, the phone rang and it was Ben from Home Depot carpet department. He had noticed my phone call in his system and realized that he had missed it and so he called me back!       I was there over the weekend about 4 times. And I’ve had trouble at this store and all the others but this weekend there were 2 employees who were absolutely awesome! They worked in lumber and one was.a young man who was helpful beyond words! And the second was a young lady who was very professional and knowledgeable and the best part is they came up to me and asked me if I needed help AND THEY ACTUALLY HELPED!!!       This store has everything! Well, not really. I went here for a shovel once and they didn’t have any. But for some reason they sell wild hog repellent. Anyways, it’s a strictly middle tier incarnation of a big box hardware store with the middle tier inventory to go with it. All said and done, I do come here all the time because it’s the most convenient place and they have most of what you need.

      Grateful for William. The other day my friend and I were looking to replace blinds in one of the rooms in my house. William came to our rescue. He showed us that the measurements on the box had a certain amount of give. He showed us the real measurements which is exactly what we needed. Back at home I was a Lowe’s customer and now that I am in California, i am switching to Home Depot. So far everyone I asked a question, they have been kind and helpful. Excellent service.

      We are contractor and pro member so we usually order bulk items online but Pro store doesn’t have all items so we have to pickup a few items from Home Depot Colma II store. If you need specific item or have question about the items most staff doesn’t have any clue. A few regular guys are good and they know their department very well but most customers will not get what they want unless they find it themselves. Staff are not good with up keeping the inventory. Most shelves are empty and not actively refilling the items. You have to look for the SKU # from boxes above the shelves.

      We buy a lot of plants and garden items from here and you can see the selection is not very good. A lot of plants in the pot need soil and root balls are showing. Staff are not cleaning maintaining the walkway very well or sweeping the floor.

      Used to love Home Depot. I’ve spent well over $100k at this store over the years. Now that everything is locked up you can’t buy anything. You can’t get anyone to help unlock the cages and then if you can find some to help you, you’re treated like a criminal since they think you’re going to steal the item they’re helping you with. Home Depot needs to deal with the real criminals and stop treating all their customers like criminals.

      It’s a little smaller than the average Home Depot, they layout is unique with a personality of it’s own since it’s in an older converted warehouse but they’ve got nearly everything you need, and what they lack in size they make up for in knowledge and simply being helpful. Traffic and parking trying to get in and out are tight and awkward but once you get there it’s greenlights and blue skies. Their seasonal plants hit the mark both on price and selection, I can generally get in and out pretty quickly. Love this store when I’m working in the Oakland/San Leandro area.

      TERMITE INFESTED PRODUCT SOLD!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY TAKEN!! On May 1st and May 3rd I purchased BLACK VIGORO MULCH. The mulch bags were infested with TERMITES!! When we got home we placed the bags in our mulch beds (still in plastic) and within a handful of days the colony of termites took over into our soil / mulch beds!! Home Depot Manager, Home Depot Supervisor, and Old Castle Supervisor (Manufacturer) are completely useless and not taking accountability. We are out of $1400 for Termite Remediation due to TERMITE INFESTED PRODUCT SOLD ON WENDOVER ROAD. BEWARE!!

      Associates rarely ask if you need assistance. On the rare occasion you do get asked, you get told they will contact someone but end up standing there waiting and forgotten. Floor associates tend to avoid eye contact with customers as well. We needed a specific key copied that the automatic machine wouldn’t recognize and went through three associates before finally getting someone to help out-keep in mind this was just another random associate who happened to walk by that we asked for help. I understand associates may be busy doing other tasks and different people work in different departments but standing and waiting for over 40 minutes to copy a key that took less than 2 minutes was ridiculous. We have to do better.

      Bill in the flooring department helped me out this evening and was lovely. He was professional and very personable. He helped me find a color match to my existing carpet and order it online for installation. Edit: Carpet was installed and it’s the wrong color. The COS of the store refuses to call me back and fix the carpet. Absolute worst customer service and will not own up to their mistakes.

      This store has the worst selection of fasteners I’ve ever seen. Came in looking for a 1/4-28 thread bolt, and not a single one in the store. The fasteners they do have are horribly disorganized and sparse. If you’re looking for nuts, bolts or the like, look elsewhere.

      Got a thousands of reasons why you should go to the Home Depot when doing home repairs and home improvements. And without a doubt you can find your reason in one of these hours on one of these shows you one of these stores. But what I found in this store was more than assistance in finding the right color and matching pink to touch up my wall, I found a team of knowledgeable Educators who were more than friendly and courteous in helping me to get exactly the right color the first time around. No pushy salesman trying to get me to buy the most expensive, but an open minded listener who’s ears were attuned to making my project a successful experience at the price and choices within my stated budget. My hat’s off to the paint department.

      Just got back from the Home Depot in Matthews, NC. I also just returned from the Lowes store as well. Night and day. No one in Home Depot offered to help, after asking for help an employee begrudgingly did assist. Gathered up what I had come for… maybe 100.00 worth of stuff and there were zero cashiers on staff…only the “attendant” for self checkout. As he stood there browsing on his phone I asked him if there were any available cashier’s. “Nope” he said. I put my items on the counter indicating that I was not buying these items at Home Depot and he looked at me and shrugged and went back to his phone. Very poor customer service all around.

      Lowe’s had plenty of staff and were all asking if I needed help. Nice. I spent my money where I actually felt appreciated as a customer . No more Home Depot for me.

      NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT unless you will install by yourself because The third company that Home Depot uses to installed appliances are horrible.       I recently had a very disappointing experience with Home Depot’s installation team. Despite requiring two visits to carry out a seemingly simple dishwasher installation, they were unable to successfully complete the job. On the first visit, they left without providing a clear explanation as to why they could not proceed with the installation.

      Their second attempt was even more problematic, as they inadvertently caused a flood in my kitchen due to their inability to properly turn off the water supply. This forced me to step in and shut off the water from the main supply at the road using a water key – a task that surely should have been within their expertise.

      The issues did not stop there, however. After disconnecting my old dishwasher, the installers admitted that they did not have the appropriate equipment to connect the new one to power. Their solution to this was not to procure the necessary part from a nearby store, but instead to suggest that I reschedule a new delivery appointment. This left me in the frustrating and impractical situation of being without water in my house until the new dishwasher could be installed.

      This experience was far from the level of professionalism and competence I expected from Home Depot’s installers. Their lack of clear communication, coupled with their seemingly limited skill set, led to a highly inconvenient and stressful situation. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

      This is by far our favorite Home Depot in all of Charlotte! We’ve frequented several weekends since moving into our new home to where we know team members by name.

      George in the lawn section is a gem – he is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the entire section and has even built a little friendship with our 16mo baby! He is a very nice gentleman.

      The store manager, Tim, recently navigated us through a lawn mower exchange and was very kind and helpful throughout the process. His patience and friendliness is definitely what got him in the position he is in!

      To mention a few others: Taylor and Sonya at customer service were fantastic troopers for dealing with our complicated return/exchange. Also, Ed and Thomas in the lawn section were very helpful and nice. This Home Depot has an Allstar team!

      Great place to get all your lawn care. Outdoor furniture plants are indoors and outdoors and they carry some food. Of course all your painting needs painter supplies spray paint pick your color they’ll make it for you right at the counter. They have self-checkouts and cashiers but you can order online have your order ready and have it delivered right to your car or pick it up when you’re ready just walk in send them to your give me your information and you’ll be good to go load it up in your car for you or you can load.

      Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and always willing to help out. I like when a member of the staff asks how you were doing and if you need any assistance . . . even when you don’t look lost.

      They have a wide range of products to choose from. The products are good quality and last as long as you might expect. It is easy to order products online and have them shipped to the store or ready for pickup.

      I am currently in Home Depot and they have an item in the store i attempted to purchase, but they refused to bring the item down off of the shelf for us to purchase. They directed me to another store miles away from the store near my home to purchase when they admitted having it in stocks. They also told me it would be better to order it online. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at home depot.

      A different manager arrived and rectified the situation. Thank you to the customer service representative and manager for your assistance.

      Came in to get a pro press fitting for work. Easy in and out visit. Everyone was polite and great. However, Alexis stood out the most with her willingness to help at a busy self checkout line. Definitely had the best smile in the store and what I’ve seen all week! Definitely recommend this location, and I hope Alexis gets recognized for the great customer service.

      Worst manager ever

      So I went to buy a mower, and while there, I was offered one that was at a discounted price. When paying for it, I was charged the full price of $3,799 even though the tag clearly said the discounted price. I was asked to go to customer service and request a refund, which I did. Customer service processed the refund and scanned mower one more time to process the payment at the advertised price. For some reason, the listed price was not showing on their system and required an approval from a manager. I waited over an hour for a manager, but no one ever showed up. The second manager (Tom) and the only one at the store that could approve the price reduction was right next to me with another customer. Even though three home depot employees tried having him deal with other matters, he replied that he was with a customer and refused to help anyone else. Mind you that he was next to the person trying to process the payment and it would only taken him less than a minute to enter his code for approval.

      This was the first time that I required the assistance of a manager, but never knew that the manager there was useless.!!

      Typical do-it-yourself store. If you know what you’re looking for, you can go right to it. If not, you’re going to struggle to find someone to help you, but when you do find them, usually their knowledgeable and can’t help you. But that’s rare. All stores are going to self checkouts. So here most Home depots are all self checkout. They might have one person at the pro service that can check you out but every everything else is pretty much self-serve and it seems everything is going that way and we don’t get a 1099 form to fill out. At the end of the year I come to stores for service not to do work. So this is one thing that I don’t like

      Sara is the best when it comes to making sure that your order is perfect. We had some system glitches regarding the zip code, but Devon was able to get us past this. She is very thorough and light hearted at the same time as she laughed about her not- so- good typing skills. Thanks for making sure all pieces/parts would be ready for our stove/microwave and front storm door items. The next day, we decided to add installation for our new microwave that will be delivered this week. Hannah was incredible at not only adding this to our order, but also helping us connect all of our purchases to our proX account so we get the points. And so many other helpful tips.

      You know when you go in Home Depot you’re not going to get great help in the aisles. However, at this one you get great help during checkout when you’re checking out. The service is great. They will greet you. They will smile. They will do all they can to help you check out which feels good which feels great because in the aisles you will struggle to find someone to help you in most Home. Depots usually you have to search for someone to help you at any Home Depot you go to in the aisles. You have to just keep looking and going around. I found if I go by the break room I can always find somebody to help me

      On the afternoon of Sunday, August 6th, I stop by the Cleveland Avenue store to pick up an accessory for one of my plant pots. I asked for assistance from a staff member …”Donna”. She was extremely helpful. She was extremely polite and attentive. She actually helped me with something else as well and gave some very good advice. The next time I go into home depot…I will look for Donna. Thank you for being so kind !!

      This could have easily been a one-star review but thanks to the stellar service of Ryan and Jeremy, it is a five-star review. I am a new, young homeowner and made the mistake of buying a toilet with the pipe pointing down, rather than one that had the pipe pointing into the wall (what my house needed, as its old). The box I bought the toilet in was damaged so I couldn’t put the heavy toilet back in it to return. I called Home Depot to make sure I could make the return before making my way to the store and they confirmed I could do so. However, an unhelpful associate at the return center said my return was a “bio hazard” because it was out of the box. So if I used the toilet, put it back in the box and returned it, it would have been accepted?! That makes no sense! Luckily, an associate named Ryan and a manager called Jeremy returned the UNUSED, NON BIO HAZARD toilet for me. I really appreciate it gentlemen. Thank you for letting common sense prevail.

      I rented a truck and trailer this afternoon, and I had to write a review before I forgot. It took a few minutes to get the hitch lock off the truck, so I was a few minutes late getting going, but it was fine. The guy helping me was awesome. In every way, I really felt appreciated as a customer.

      This was my first time renting here, and I will definitely go back here if I need to rent anything else.
