      Went to get some Christmas stocking for my daughter, she found some knit one’s from Martha Stewart she love’s them. Which makes me happy. They are very beautiful well made soft to the touch and not expensive. Also was able to grab a teether for my daughter and a item for my youngest daughter that was a plus the the great deals.

      I love Marshalls, what I love the most are the prices can’t believe some of them sometimes, you can find some great deals. I found this luggage from Lucas for 89.99 and regular price was 249.00 the cover is hard and very durable and I really love it. They also had some on clearance as while. Love to bargain shop who doesn’t.

      Rude employee! I didn’t get her name but she was an older lady with blondish short hair. My sister is here all the time and when she needs to nurse her infant she would go into the dressing room the one thats for families. This time she goes there because her baby is crying and the lady didn’t let her and told her (rudely) the bathroom is that way and told her she cant nurse. Didn’t show such a good attitude towards customer service.

      Update: we spoke to the ladies in the front and they apologized about the rude woman. They said that is allowed and there shouldn’t be an issue to feed in the fitting room. Im glad the ladies in the front where very polite:)

When I finally found one at Marshall’s the two women working the fitting rooms on Thursday July 27th around 3:00-3:30 were the sweetest people I’ve ever met and even helped me pick out which size!       The shelves in the back with the kitchen type things are literally just shoved full of stuff. You can’t see anything without moving things around. Super unorganized. When HomeGoods is right down the street, I’d much rather go there where everything is neat and easy to see.

      Today I went into the store to purchase some items and found an item that didn’t have a price on it and there were no other similar items to compare it to so I took it to checkout and the young ladies at the front couldn’t figure it out, so they called the manager Shayla to the front. She did not speak to me and proceeded to tell the associate she can call another store and so she did, she couldn’t get any of the two stores to provide a price to which I said okay I’ll check out with what I have and move out of the line and wait. After about 10 minutes of Shayla looking me up and down and smirking I told her it’s okay and thank you. Shayla’s remark was to laugh and say yep thank you and giggle. No apology or to try and allow me to actually be able to purchase the item, she wanted to be unprofessional and allow the team underneath her to be snarky like her. Another lady had a similar issue to where she had to get out of line and go and find the similar item that wasn’t tagged instead of having an associate to go find the item.

      Shayla doesn’t need to lead a team at all, she is not the proper leader to reflect what proper professionalism and leadership is in customer service.

The store looked pretty well organized, however customer service was on the unfriendly side, and the bathrooms was a complete nasty place to come to, the men’s bathroom was out of order, and women’s bathroom was something that I just couldn’t believe my eyes, Definitely NOT TOLERABLE.       Unfortunately, had to stop shopping here as a result of the persistent indifferent staff and periodic spontaneous theft occurrences. I think this place is targeted often as a result of staff being primarily women. Many of the staff have been employed at this location for a significant number of years and I think that has sprouted complacency. It has always confuse me as why some of the most lacking social skills people are adamant about working with the public.

      I should really stay out of here. They have handmade items from all over the world and nice staff. They keep the store very organized, so it’s very shopper friendly. They are reasonably priced and take into account if an item is somewhat damaged. I have a great experience each time I visit

      My favorite store to shop at! There are always new items. The store in Cherry Tree is always clean and organized with few exceptions. Associates have always been friendly and Store Manager seems to have a well oiled machine running there! Kudos to her! Nancy Moore

      This marshall store sickens me. I notice when I come in the store to shop. I instantly see security/ floor walkers/ coordinators walking the floor, showing up in the same isles holding one item. It has become so annoying at this point I don’t ever wanna go back again. PSA! AGAIN EVERYONE DO NOT STEAL. Actually alot of us have better paying jobs than you. And another thing when you are so busy being radioed to watch us. Trust and believe your own will have the opportunity to STEAL IT! PLEASE PLEASE STOP IT! I like shopping peacefully alot of people coming to your store are security. This is stupid and very shallow behavior to judge certain people who shop with you guys. Try paying more attention to some of the people that work at your store. I am very positive they’re not making much money. Feeling annoyed I would just like to shop in peace at my age.

      Was small store than anticipated, had limited collection of things. You can get cloths, bags, kitchen stuff, etc here. Was very less crowded when we visited during a weekend. Lot of parking space and located deep inside the parking lot from main road. Was hard to find when entering the parking.

      This Marshall’s is deceptively bigger than it looks. Had a great selection of everything. Only purchased a couple items, but would definitely return to shop here in the future. Especially since it’s next to one of my favorite places to shop.

      I used to regularly shop at marshals and could easily find clothing or shoes I liked. Now the mens section has dwindled down to a couple of small aisles. Very disappointed with the small selection of men’s apparel. I’ve stop going there.

      I’ve always liked this Marshall’s until my experience today, I was about to purchase some items and I wanted to use a family discount card which was my boyfriends (we live together) and the associate Chris snatched the card from me and gave it to her manager. Her manager named Claus proceeded to walk away with the card and didn’t explain any of the situation to me. Chris then proceeded to try and tell me she just wanted to keep her job and then I told her why couldn’t she just let me know I couldn’t use the discount card? I called back and a different manager who was way nicer explained that Claus must have cut up and discarded the card when he was not supposed to do that and he was supposed to have let it go as a warning. Since Chris and Clause wanna act like they know every dang thing… clearly they don’t.

      Sorry but the store is disheveled and chaotic. I remember the days when going to Marshall’s, TJ Maxx etc was exciting, exploratory and fun. Unfortunately, it was just sort of lackluster and dirty.

      This store is chain of Marshall and home goods. The store is mainly famous for dress and cosmetics. Although it has most of the sections containing dress, cosmetics, kitchen, furniture, pet, toys , travel and electronics. It’s big and clean store, easily identify all the departments from any place. Clothing, showpiece and travel accessories is main attraction.

      I love this place mostly for decor and not clothes, but every now and then, I will score a gem in clothing or makeup. This time, I scared 100ml Olehenrinkisen C-Serum, which is pretty pricey. To give you an idea, I bought one from Sephora for 30ml, and it cost $56, but here I paid $20 for 100ml, jackpot! I also love this place for kitchen stuff. Most of my Calphalon pots come from hete at half a price. I was also able to get Shea Moisture stuff at half a price. I stopped buying Shea Moisture fromma hair store. So, I definitely recommend this location.

      This is an ok place to shop for unique gift items at a discounted price. The store itself is pretty clean, but can be messy. The lines are long at the check out and you can tell they’re not fully staffed. But I’ve found some cute things here.
