      This location is a true disaster. What little staff they have could not be ruder. Food takes forever, and comes out cold. It’s also an only order on app location even for dine in. The restaurant is also generally not clean and ready for you to dine in. I am a huge Nandos UK, SA, and US frequent diner and the NZ locations just don’t come close to living up to the cheeky brand experience.

      Get a free chips by downloading the Nando’s app before you order . Food was amazing as always . Staff was nice . Not crowded in weekdays to be honest. Loved the peri peri half chicken . It was more than enough for one person. Hope to go back there soon . Service was better than st Luke’s one .

      Nandos is not a classic restaurant but it’s a class above fast food places. When I lived in England there weren’t many places i enjoyed going to to eat out, but Nandos was one of them. When I moved to Massachusetts, they didn’t have many nandos, and although some. states have nandos, Massachusetts still doesn’t, so I rarely go eat at one.

      So of course, when we saw one on the way back to our hotel.

      We got a half chicken and peri fries of course. As always the food was amazing. The area has construction around it but it’s still nice to sit outside there and indoors it had plenty of seating and looks just like your typical Nandos.

      Deliciously flame grilled chicken.

      Always such a busy spot so I tried it out and it was delicious. Despite how busy the place was, it only took 20mins for the food to come out which was great.

      The $40 combo for a full chicken and two sides was perfect to fill two adults.

      Easy ordering via online system was great.

      Plenty of glass cups and cutlery around, along with plenty of choices of Nandos sauces.

      Great experience all out 🙂

      Was not happy with the quality of food that came out. I ordered a salad and every lettuce leaf was brown on the edges (some more than others). The avocado was also brown and over ripened so ended up leaving most of the food. It was all clearly visible so it shocks me to think they thought it was acceptable to serve. No one brought out glasses for the refill drink so had to ask. We also ordered a large chips but they put a small portion on each plate instead. This is not what we ordered. Overall, very disappointed.

      Paying by the app here was not as convenient as in other restaurants. Nando’s didn’t invest in a separate screen fixed on each table like in some other places. We had to use our phones to scan QR codes and order. That was still acceptable for me anyway, but the final payment step wasn’t done smoothly on the app (due to the app error but they didn’t even apologize) so I had to go to the counter to order again from the beginning. The food was quite good but just average when compared to other restaurants in terms of serving size and taste. The price of some dishes is more expensive than their actual value. I politely returned the sauce to the counter before leaving and said thank you to see how the young lady at the counter reacted. She didn’t seem to care about that. Hopefully, Nando’s will train their staff in better customer service. Thank you and good luck! 3.5 stars

      We ordered 4 whole chicken with sides. At Marion Westfield. My experience at Nando’s was quite disappointing. The chicken I ordered was not only burnt but also had a burnt taste, which was far from the delicious flavors I expected. It’s disappointing when a restaurant known for its chicken doesn’t meet expectations in terms of quality. This was not first time. I hope they can improve their cooking techniques to avoid such experiences in the future.

      They have a selection of wraps, burgers, and different amounts of chicken. There’s also some vegetarian options on the menu. I ordered the 1/4 chicken with garlic bread. I recommend ordering the mild if you’re not good with spicy food but also want more than just lemon and herb. Overall great service, but I think the tables could be cleaned a bit better.. They’re quite sticky so don’t put your elbows on them.

      The food was awesome. The products looked exactly like the photos, which is always impressive. The staff were very warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.

      Highly recommend this Nando’s to anyone within the area – not to be missed.

      The double cheese and bacon chicken burger was a huge highlight.

      The cheesy garlic bread is well worth the price.

      5 star experience, restaurant was clean,food was great staff were lovely!! I would recommend getting the door fixed though as every time a customer entered it just slams shut, almost gave me a heart attack but I got used to it after the 4th time. Regardless it was still a 5 star experience.

      Food was delicious, quick service and signature to Nando’s the tunes make you want to groove. The staff were friendly. Further looking at the menu we realised we could get some vegan options. I highly recommend getting the peri peri sweet potato fries!

      We recently visited Nando’s South Bank branch, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious dining area both inside and outside. The fresh air and seating arrangements were quite impressive. We intended to try their Peri-Peri Chicken, which we had heard so much about. The food was definitely worth trying, but we did notice that the preparation time was a bit longer than we had expected. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, but we did find that if you choose to sit outside, they tend to miss some of your needs as they are mainly inside the restaurant. Overall, our experience at Nando’s South Bank was reasonable. Although the prices were a bit high, based on our payment, we can say that there are many different dining options to try in that area. We recommend considering this and deciding whether to visit Nando’s South Bank.

      I love coming to nandos but lately I’ve been seeing the change with food quality and service has declined. I’m not sure if the store was understaffed but my friend and I came in, the food took more than 30min to come, when it came our food was cold, it was dry, the fries were old and the corn was still cold. I ordered paella but then around 13min later one staffs says they don’t have it. I’m alittle disappointed with the dinner. I hope the service and food quality will improve.

      Right off the bat bin chickens in the store having a cheeky feed. So many dirty tables while employees talk about ford falcons. However the food was fresh and hot, the chips not evenly seasoned yet did not provide substantial amount of crunch. Chicken was looked dry but juicy somehow and food took forever considering we were the only ones in the store. The verdict is Nandos is not worth the price if your willing to spend that much go to a better place. Would come back again if they held my nan hostage.

      It is Nando’s, so you either like it or you do not. Food tasted the same as the other locations I have been to. Friendly staff. Order via QR code on the table. Simple and efficient. Self service for utensils and napkins.

      The customer service was excellent due to how quickly the waiter responded to our needs of tissues and sauces which significantly improved our experience at Nando’s Clarence St. Both the peri peri chicken and BBQ chicken were scrumptious and succulent.       Visited this place while I was down at darling harbour. One of the best grilled marinated chicken I have ever had at any Nandos. I got the full chicken with two large sides. The chicken, the chips and the rice tasted amazing. The joint had an amazing ambience going for it as well. The music, the lighting was on point. The staff was very polite and the food didn’t take long to come. This place is 5 star.

      Nice place to feed your hungry stomach. The well marinated chicken serves your mouth, brain, eye n stomach well. The full chicken with 2 sides were presented well and were delicious as it looked. The use of proper lighting along the walls and beautiful pendants gives a warm vibes in this place. Would recommend this for chicken lovers.

      My only offense was craving Nandos today! First off, when I got here, a couple was ahead of me. Then I went to have a seat and look through the menu. A lady came and was attended to immediately. I was waiting in line. After attending to her, the rep left to talk to his colleagues. I called his attention that I was waiting. He said ok, and went ahead to clean the tables. The chef was the one who took my order. Then I went to sit to wait for my order. A part of 4 women and 2 children came in after I had been fitted for about 10 minutes. Their order came out first. Then the waiter looks at me and asks if my order was what I had ordered. He goes back, talks with the chef, and she brings just my dine in order. They didn’t bring my take out order so I had to go get it myself from the counter. From the beginning, I just got a lot of discrimination. They are racist particularly in this location.

      Used to visit here regularly for nandos after work in Belmont forum. Chicken is cooked but through poaching not by the grill. Not as much charred taste and even though I asked for extra basting, not a lot there. Chicken was cold from the beginning. Wasn’t too keen on eating. But paella was hot and fresh.
