      What a splendid surprise this was. While visiting the area I drove past the turn-off seeing the sign, a number of times. On my last day as I was leaving King Creek, the sign beckoned yet again, and I decided to take the detour and visit. Well this is definitely abundance in all the best ways. Little did I know that it had a lakeside cafe that is just delightful with stunning views. Lovely cake and coffee and I was very happy with the GF baked cheesecake. The nursery/plant area is massive and I imagine you could spend hours looking and buying. Highly recommend this detour.

      Ordered Lawn Mix to get delivered. Arrived when they said it would which and driver was extremely nice fella. That’s all the positives I can say though sadly. When “moderate to low organic matter” was read i didn’t think to expect lots of small stones, glass and what appears to be broken brick and tile. Product obviously not screened well. Couldn’t tell it was in there until I’d apply to lawn and watered it in. Now left to pick debris out of lawn and half the product I order will be finding somewhere else to go. Apologies for the negative comments be I am very disappointed and won’t go there again.

      Was very disappointed. Bought 1m of garden soil. Didn’t not notice until we put it down. Had glass and debris in it. Was like concrete after it rained. Water just sitting on top not soaking through . Unfortunately for us , first and last time will be using them

      Went into Mitre10 to help a friend buy a bladeless fan. Fan was a great price but the service was even better. Last one on the shelf, they opened the slightly damaged box to check it was in perfect condition. The temperature was in the mid 30’s and we were all sweltering, and the guy in charge gave us all an icy cold Maximus sports drink. Was exactly what we all needed.

      I’ve renovated my house using this store to buy nearly all my hardware supplies. All the products are great quality, and I’ve never had to return a product for subpar quality. Their plants don’t die when you get them home, and their knowledge is genuine and correct! There is always a staff member around to ask for help!

      The lovely Tanya from the paint store in Bundaberg was so kind, caring and helpful!! I phoned other stores and no one wanted to help. Tanya went out of her way for me, put my hard to find paint aside and her customer service skills were outstanding. Thank you for making my day !!

      Very poor customer service. Asked three girls, one of whom was on her phone, where something was and was told it was in the trade centre, with no offer to show me where. Went to the trade centre where two staff guys were having a chat and asked for the product only to be told it was down the front near where the girls were. Again, no offer to show me where it was. I walked out. I’ll buy it elsewhere. You only get one chance to make a good first impression.

      Been shopping here for awhile now. Most times it’s pretty good but their plumbing gear, pvc fittings etc, isn’t the best where it’s either out of stock or on order. Guess you gotta take it with a grain of salt when you do ask the staff if they have something & they ask you if you’ve tried Bunnings. So it’s off to Bunnings for me from now on saving a bit of time, even though I hate the place or I’ll just order online I guess.

      I went in to purchase some heavy garden supplies, which I knew I would struggle with. Turned out it was no problem at all – a lovely member of staff loaded it all on a trolley for me and even took it out and put it in my car. Whenever I’ve visited it’s been the same – wonderful customer service delivered with a smile and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude. Thanks again, Mitre 10!

      Had the pleasure to stroll around these beautiful garden and nursery. Spent at least 40mins there and of course couldn’t resist purchasing three little pots ranging from $4.00 to $10.00. A huge range of prices and variety of interesting plants. Lots of ideas on how to present plants in your garden and potted arrangements suitable for gifts too!

      A wet Melbourne day meant that a nice drive was in order to buy some Dwarf Date Palms. Huge range to select from onsite. Great service and advised how talk some of the palms would grow and actually showed us a couple if them planted.

      Today I went out to the nursery with my wife to select some new tropical plants for our new pool area. A guy called Alex greater us with a smile and provided us with so much knowledge. He was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He really knew his stuff and gave us the confidence in selecting the right plants. I can not speak highly enough of the outstanding customer service we received. Not to mention the amazing range to select from and the very reasonable charge for delivering the plants to the other side of the city. I couldn’t be more impressed.       Always impressed by this centre! The Educators know all our names, and our child trusts every one of them. The range of activities during the week is amazing, with excursions and specialist visits, music and exercise. I’m always happy to see the same Educators in the centre on drop off, and know that our child is getting the best care and education.
