a month agoVisited the store in the morning and was served by Bryce and Nicole who worked in sync as a team to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service with a smile. They performed over and beyond in helping with my issue in the photo section. I can’t thank them enough. Excellent team work, excellent customer service skills and above all a wonderfully positive and happy can do approach. Left the store amazed by their service. 10/10a month agoNot often I am so unhappy with service that I write a review. A gentleman and I were in line and the print me office for no less than 20 mins. Yes I counted the time I am not exaggerating. The lady Nicole refused to acknowledge either of us at all at helped a lady who came up and stood at the counter and not in line. She asked if she was just wanting to pay or print.Some acknowledgment would have been nice.
a year agoQuite a large footprint. I did enjoy the very wide variety of all things office on offer. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. What I do like is their new scheme of designing your own office chair. You select the wheel base, the seat type and the back. There are different shapes and you can chose the colour you want. Even mix and match if you like.2 months agoGreat shop and service but your on-line trading hours differ to your actual trading hours. We have been caught a few times on the weekend.3 months agoAlways very pleasant to work with. Occasionally there’d be some glitches but sorted straight away.Remember to bring your old tech here to recycle!
