      Not a nice experience at this office works …I was greeted by Kyla who seemed not to happy to exchange a gaming monitor that was purchased for my son and was not working properly after 1 week. It was almost like it was inconvenience to them to give us a working one in replacement? Then along came Robert who’s attitude was appalling no customer service at all.       No toilet is available for elderly shoppers who have problems with ergency. Surely this should be customer service or has that gone forever. So I had to go out the front and relieve myself against the wall. Not good advertising for a national brand. Please think of your customers.

      I would like to thank Ty in the printing department at Officeworks Tuggerah for his assistance in helping me get photos done for my son’s Memorial Service. Ty went above and beyond what would be expected, he made a sad time brighter for me, a grieving mother, by ensuring the products provided were perfect. Ty, thank you, you are a wonderful man and a great employee! The service from other staff members was also great.

      Absolutely worst service beyond belief… staff at the print shop are rude, slow and not understanding. We have complained to the manager after the terrible service. The photos we print were sitting in front of us in the printer but the staff refused to hand it to us knowing we are in rush to go to airport… not recommended..

I recently ordered a click collect, went in to the store, they told me to go out to the side and rig buzzer to pick up order. But no one answered after 10min of trying I had to leave as I have 7 kids in the car. I did also try calling to get service out the back. But no answer. Then got a text asking how my click and collect went. DC

      Massive thanks to Callum in the print shop who quickly and happily took on manipulating a complex document for printing when I reached my technological limit. 5 minutes in his day but made a huge difference in mine.

      Extremely dissatisfied with the service and utterly dubious return policy. I was explicitly assured, at the time of purchasing a substantial item, about their purportedly effortless two-year policy for addressing any problems. However, this has proven to be nothing but a fallacy, as it appears that any fault or damage is automatically blamed on the customer.

      I strongly advise conducting thorough research on alternative stores prior to making any purchases, unless it involves stationary.

      Went there early (around 7:15) to get four pages laminated. The lady at the counter who took my order and completed it was totally empty of any type of customer service. She spoke in a manner that openly displayed her mood in being in a customer environment that she didn’t want to be in. The management really need to replace this type of employee with a customer friendly employee. Less than one star for her and if the management don’t see this happening, then they will just lose more past and regular business customers like myself. Bye Officeworks Burleigh

      Hey guys, sorry to be that person that leaves a 2-star review, but having spoken to someone at the shop I don’t have any confidence the issue will be addressed in any way. I run a business that requires me to get large format (A1, A2, A3) posters printed and other stationary. I’ve channelled hundreds of dollars of posters through your shop recently. The previous order was made once and produced in two parts for 2 diff collection dates, fair enough. After collecting the 2nd of 2 parts and getting back, we noticed you had not printed everything in the order. So our Finance Director made a 3rd journey, with accompanying documentation and proof, and you refunded what you had not printed – that’s not doing us any favours – that’s your legal minimum to refund for what you have failed to make. Today I collected another order, but this time I check before driving off, and sure enough you failed to print 1 of 4 posters order???? I spoke with someone there to see if it was lying around in another roll, it was not, I asked how could it not have been done, and explained how this was the 2nd time in my last two orders with you that you had totally stuffed up a really mindlessly simple task. The person offered no explanation, but said the remaining one could be printed in 40 mins. I don’t have time to wait 40mins, so I have to make yet again another journey to you. I asked the person if I could speak with someone or was there a way for me to offer feedback so your team and management could fix what is going wrong in your procedures – I was told there would be a feedback link in one of the emails, there was no manager present. By this stage I have zero confidence in my constructive feedback getting to anyone in authority, and clearly you will not make the changes required to stop this really time wasting unprofessional error re-occuring – how many other customers do you inconvenience this way? It’s a huge coincidence that twice in 2 orders this very customers experienced the same incompetence.

Went down there today and asked for some assistance with selecting the rite printer cartridge the lady I asked said to goggle it and kept walking. She wasn’t even busy or helping anyone else at the time nor was the most of the other staff in the store. Will not be back.

      I ordered a chair for click and collect 3 weeks ago. After two weeks was told it was in so I went to collect but they couldn’t find it. Jerry, one of the Managers at Gilles Plains advised he will order a new chair for me that day (Tuesday) and offered to deliver the chair later that day or the next (Wednesday) to make up for the inconvenience. I called Thursday as no chair arrived, and Jerry tells me he definitely ordered it and he went and “checked” and then tells me “yep, order was placed Monday”. This is impossible when we didn’t know a new chair was needed until Tuesday. I pull him up on this and he snaps at me saying he never said Monday, he said Wednesday. Either way the new chair order was supposed to be placed Tuesday. I then call head office and they tell me that no order has been placed at all and that they would order one for me now. I then get a call yesterday after another week of waiting, saying the new chair is in so I go in last night to collect and again it was nowhere to be found AGAIN! …….But….Finally the chair was delivered this morning! Jerry is completely incompetent, a liar and I genuinely believe he couldn’t care less about his customers. I am yet to receive any sort of apology from anyone at Officeworks and the senior store manager who was supposed to call me multiple times over the past week is yet to be heard from. I honestly can’t beleive how hard this has been to just buy a chair.

      I am disappointed and angry. I placed an order of 6 greeting cards with their self-serve machines. I asked a staff member (I believe their name was Julie) if it would be shiny or matte, and they said matte. I picked up the order today and it was 1. shiny, 2. not even a greeting card. The 6 prints were on shiny photo paper, and rather than a blank back for writing, it looked like this (picture attached). If this is a greeting card, shouldn’t I be able to write on it? So I went back to the counter and asked about these concerns. The person on the register said “yeah, sorry, the size you selected is photo paper only.” I asked for them to be re-done and she said I’d have to edit them at home and come back. I know this isn’t true, because Officeworks staff have the software to quickly edit these and reprint them, as I did a few days ago with another order. However, the girl at the register could only say “sorry, the size you selected is photo paper.” …so why did Julie say they were matte? And why did the ordering system not prevent me from ordering this size if photo paper was the only option? And why are they advertised as “greeting cards” if you cannot even write on the back?

      I might have to buy some white card and stick these on with glue, so I can write on the back. But I’ll go to the post office for that because hopefully they’ll have better service.

      Really upsetting service we buy Samsung memory card and it’s not proper work we show them infornt of them still they didn’t do anything and also when we buy we ask them it’s not work in our device in that case you can take it back they said yes still they just flipped on that word didn’t do anything. Really worst treat. Very bad manager henry

      Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered the school booklist here for click and collect and stood for over 20min after purchasing some other items waiting. I notified the greeter at the door I was just going to check on my two week old baby and husband in the car because the wait was so long. When I returned, only than did the greeter follow up the location of my click and collect order. In total it took 25min to source from the warehouse to the front of store.

      Super lazy checkout staffs. No one wants to come back to see those rude people. Recently, they kept me waiting for nearly 20 minutes for apparently no reason. Only one person was serving and remaining staffs were in their counters but doing “other” stuffs when there was a long queue. They definitely don’t care about customer service.

      Asked me to pay $10 for about 15 pages and I was assured I’ll receive the balance back into my account but I never received it. This is the second time it happened. If you ask them to print at the counter they won’t do it for you. I hope such a big company is not stealing few dollars from customers.

      I took a passport photo here but the photo isn’t meet the passport standard so I had to retake the photo at the Post. I requested a refund to Officework since we paid ‘Passport standard quality photo’ but they refused so I ended up paying double for the photo. I advise others not to take passport photos at the Officework, as it’s unusable and non-refundable.
