      I went in there for the first time and v ordered veggie lover pizza with cheesy stuffed crust d pizza they gave was our order made in a hurry but then they were so kind that they made a new one for us and it was outstanding just look at colors, presentation and tastes so good.       The tag line should be if you want expensive cardboard come here. The pizza they gave was raw extremely dry and chewy. I think they forgot to add cheese or ingredients just sauce thats it wasted my money and time. This pizza store you don’t get your moneys worth go to Domino’s.

      ordered a medium chips and recieved a total of about 30 pieces, didnt even fill the surface of the tiny box it was served in. when i came in i wasnt greeted or anything, and had to press a button for a doorbell that went out to the back. when i pressed the button i heard a large sigh and then was greeted with an unhappy face. wouldnt go again, definitely choose Tuk’s over pizza hut from now on.

      Tried to submit review online. Didn’t go through. Order was not complete. Missing items and delivered over 25 minutes late even though I ordered 3 hours before. Soft drink delivered wasn’t what I ordered and my children won’t drink. Spoke to delivery driver and they said we don’t have you asked for. Called the store and they were not helpful. Not complete order without dessert. Hungry and fussy teenagers. Store sent out the dessert that ordered almost an hour later. PICK YO YOUR GAME! Times are tough enough and take away is a treat .

      If I could give them a 1, I would. It took 2 HOURS to deliver 2 pizzas and garlic bread. When I called to ask where the hell it is at this point all I got was a “sorry we get busy” not even an Acknowledgment and before I could say anything else, the man who answered the phone just completely cut me off. I’m an understanding person, I work in fast food. This was absolutely ridiculous and the customer service was horrible.

      Bought 24 seasoned wings for $27 and was told 15mins, came back 15 minutes after and was then told that a random accidentally took my order and that they would remake my order and have to wait 10 minutes The 10 minutes ended up being just under 20 and as i was waiting the previous person that accidentally took my order comes back in saying he got the wrong one and was given his order and was told to just just keep the wings. Having to wait 30 minutes total for 24 wings and the other person which looked like only bought one pizza gets 27 bucks worth of free wings

      Don’t order here. I ordered the LARGE pizza and was absolutely ridiculous, half of the pizza was bread (as you can see in the picture). We asked for the manager for a solution and he wasn’t there. Suddenly, he appeared in shorts and nike t-shirt with a quite rude and cocky attitude. When he got into the shop, he grabbed the pizzas and threw them at the back. His name was Gurman Singh.I was expecting much more from the customer service of a recognised company as Pizza Hut. Very unprofessional. I have always been a customer of Pizza Hut instead of Dominos Pizza, but after this experience I am not going to order anymore. Even the other customer in the store agreed we deserved a refund. Don’t order here, it is ridiculous. I am not coming back ever again.

      Had the boys together for the first time in a while and we decided to get pizzas, about $120 in total.

      We ordered on a Friday night and expected a delay but our food was delivered about 3 hours after purchase. Unfortunately this was just the start of our issues.

      When the food arrived we were provided the wrong order. Every time we called to rectify the issue we were met with a voicemail saying they’re busy.

      Recieved a text message the next day offering free pizza, but the boys had since left so it was no use and a refund was agreed apon. This was weeks ago and after a follow up was assured it had been processed and no follow up ever since.

      Will continue to get in contact with the store to reach a resolution. Will never order from this store, or any other Pizza Hut, again. Plenty of other places to spend a hundred bucks on pizza.

      Went with a fairly large group for the Pizza Hut buffet about 10 people. We went for lunch as we had rang the previous day to ask the times the buffet was open. Was told after 12pm. We were there about 1:30pm.

      As soon as we got there we saw there was no buffet option for lunch or even a buffet station. We asked the person behind the cash register and was told it starts at 5pm. The manager heard me tell the employee about the phone call and told us he would remedy the situation by allowing us to have the buffet at the time that was told to us…

      Now please take into consideration this isn’t your average buffet like how it was in the 90s/2000s. There is no actual buffet. It is simply, picking what you’d like on the menu, and they would make it for you fresh. I liked this concept… But it didn’t help with curing my nostalgia for the old Pizza Hut buffet.

      PIZZA HUT BUFFET REVIEW: The food was hot and fresh as they made it on the spot. They offered sides also, but not wings. They also offered desserts, where they cut them in half and plated them.

      Overall it was an interesting concept.

      Pizza Hut, as a dine-in restaurant, had taken a dive over the past 20 years with numerous location closing.

      This Pizza Hut, however, is frigging awesome! Clean and modern, this location is a great reimagination of the traditional Pizza Hut brand.

      Well lit, free popcorn (yes free!), music and indoor/outdoor seating, this location has got it right.

      All you can eat pizza during the week or design your own… it’s all great. It’s now one of those places that you don’t regret eating at as soon as you’ve left the restaurant!

      Update; Received a message from the new manager apologising and advising Pizza Hut is now under new management. He said we had a complimentary lunch or dinner whenever we want it. Tonight the manager personally delivered the same order as last time but also with an additional pizza at no extra cost. The order was made and at our door in under half an hour, the food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding! Massive turn around in short time, well done and thank you new manager!       Dont pay with cash they will charge you more, I was told they wont price match the same online offers off their own website if paying with cash in store, I was told I can order and pay online and wait or go elsewhere if I didnt like it, hence to say another company got my $60 order, we found the manger rude and aggressive we wont be going back, last time I checked cash is legal tender and why should people be charged more if paying with cash for the same items

      Don’t know if this is some kind of sick joke , I ordered a meatlovevers with tomato sauce but because there app loads extra it auto added the stupid blue ranch, called the store to complain and after 10 minutes got through to them they sent out a replacement that did have a tomato base but was covered with BBQ sauce and won’t answer my calls. Needless to say I’ll be going to fair traders and food safety Australia to complain as I explained to them my family members are allergic

      The best pizzas in town! I don’t meant among other Pizza Hut branches (or other franchises), their pizzas are really the best. They have the freshest bases which are cooked perfectly with the right amount of toppings and delivery is so fast. We’ve been ordering pizza from them and they’ve been always good and they’ve boos good, but recently they’ve become THE Best! Hope they continue to keep up the good job. A big thumbs up ??

      Genuinely the most craziest pizza hut ever. The guy said they don’t sell medium pizzas but yet ive seen them being made, no one was speaking English at all. The staff and his family were there like wild animals in the shop, with staff eating like dogs and then the mum slapped her daughter for being naughty. Crazy

      Excellent customer service since new owner has taken over the store. Really helpful each time I order and have a particular request. The food is delicious and fresh. Surprised to see the negative reviews below because I’m a regular customer I’ve only had positive experiences. Keep in mind when reading old reviews that there is now new owners and new staff.

      We ordered supreme and pepperoni on classic. We got greasy, soggy thin pepperoni with cheese crust. Ordered golden gaytime and received a solid block of mess that’s inedible. Defrosted and re-frozen. Quality control at its lowest.

      Normally we have pizza during the week but unfortunately today I went to buy pizza on Sunday, I arrived in at 11 sharp but the door still close and no one in side ,there is a paper on the door with the opening hours which is said open at 11 am .I waited for 10 minutes after that one of the worker arrived I asked him why still close he said sorry I don’t have the key to open we wait another 7 minutes then a lady came and handed the key to the worker without any word she didn’t apologize for being late or even say hi to anyone she acted very arrogantly ,they open the door I walked in with them she was obviously annoyed or not happy I order everything and paid I said thank you she ignored me I said it again she ignored me again ??? I just want to advice that lady being the owner of the place does NOT gives you any right to treat your customers like that and also another advice you can go and study a course about how to treat your customers. Finally thanks God you are Not working everyday coz we like this place and we like all other friendly staff who work on week days .. very disappointed and very bad experience today.
