Dropped by for a spur-of-the-moment late lunch. The food is good, comparable to McDonald’s both for price and quality. Our issue was the service. I prefer to order, where possible, through a restaurant’s app or online ordering because I hate feeling rushed when ordering. I’m pretty indecisive and I don’t like to hold other peopelle up while I decide what to order. So I noticed that Carl’s Jr has a QR code to order so I happily did so. The problem was the wait time. Every time I checked my order online it added another 5 minutes to when it was due to be completed. This was baffling as we were the only customers in the whole store. Trusting the signals (see photo) that said our order would be brought out to us we continued to wait patiently for 20 minutes for our order, which never came. Finally, my name was called out and the server handed me our All Star Feast. She then said, “Next time, line up at the counter so that we know you’re in the store.” Huh? What?? I scanned the QR code, which has the stores and table number information when I ordered, so pretty sure their program is supposed to tell them that we are in store and waiting for our food. Wouldn’t have minded so much if there was clear instructions to the contrary, but every table has the same information. Next time we will be just going through the drive through. Food wasn’t bad though. Cold but still tasty.

A long wait time and I was the only person in the store. Service was awesome and friendly. A very clean place. Food was good! Waffle fries need to be warmer. Great packaging of the burger.

Carl’s Jr Cranbourne isn’t a bad place to grab a feed at all, for a fast food Restaurant it’s pretty good, I Recommend eating in just incase there is a mistake with your order plus the Drinks are refillable.

Dropped in for a couple of burgers on the way home after a movie. Ordered take away. Probably one of the more disappointing experiences. After we ordered, a couple of guys that had clearly just finished their shift went round to the front of the counter and started chatting to the girl behind it. I had a creeping suspicion that our order had taken a back seat in priority. We waited for a little over 10 minutes, which seemed long at the time, but doesn’t seem as bad as some of these other reviews. When we got our order, the server apologised for the wait, which I appreciated. However the burgers were only luke warm and the fries had no seasoning on them at all. I dunno if that’s just how they do them here, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back here.

To be honest, it was like eating a fancy quarter pounder from maccas. The meat wasn’t hot. Don’t get me wrong, the burger was juicy and delicious. I’ll definitely go back to try more of your other burgers. I was surprised by the price!

Requires at least one more bin as it is clear that one bin isn’t enough (overflowing) and a light for the shelter where the table and chairs are. The rest stop is a great incentive for people to stop and take a break ?

What a disgrace! The bins have overflowed so much that the rubbish has gone everywhere. Department of Infrastructure and Transport need to do their job and remove the rubbish!
