Cannot fault. Huge selection of premium and local beers on tap. Staff were friendly and efficient. Service was outstanding. We both had a steak, eye and t-bone cooked to perfection, with generous sides. Venue was clean and the location is superb. Breakfast is also worth a look, great value and huge servings. Highly recommended!

Went to go for tea and was spoken to like absolute trash by a blonde haired lady with glasses at the bar, she was very aggressive and disrespectful, showing clear signs of annoyance by our presence and was even seen walking off shaking her head by us not knowing what we wanted to order when we had only just walked in and opened the menu! We just walked straight back out and will not be back or recommend this place again until staff manners are looked at and addressed appropriately! We felt so unwanted and uncomfortable, it was the worst experience we have ever had at this restaurant! We appreciate the lovely young man who rushed to help us and tried clearing a table for us, thank you for being so kind and comforting even though we didn’t end up staying! Absolutely devastated by this whole experience and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Despite the disgusting behaviour by said staff member, the food is usually really good and the people are usually quite welcoming and comforting, sucks that 1 person is letting Beach Hotels reputation down :((

Went for tea with family. My mums scallops were many and nice. Son in law had stake which he said was very nice, my fish and chips was oily and I mean oily. The other meals were nice. Biggest downer was it was cold when we got there and colder by the time we left. It was like they were trying to get rid of the people in the bar by turning the air con to snow.

Was excited to see that there was some cape grim rib eye steak on the menu. Decided to splurge on a $70 aged rib eye steak, cooked medium rare, as recommended on the menu. Sadly, the $70 aged steak was served well done, not just the charcoal on the outside, but tough all the way through. And not even one staff member bothered to ask how my $70 meal was faring. Hard to come back after this.

Overall a great experience for young family. Being able to eat INSIDE the playground area is epic. Food was great.
Only drawback was the toilets. Substandard for multiple reasons. No toilet paper, male urinal didn’t flush, no paper towel to dry hands. Just an unpleasant dirty experience.

If you want the worst experience in Albany, be sure to visit! When you order a Double Big Mac, you’ll get a regular Big Mac. It takes two remakes to finally get the Double Big Mac. I’m glad the chef could finally make the Double Big Mac. Long waiting time, Unapologetic staff, Dirty tables and bathrooms—everything is perfectly the worst!

I’m absolutely astonished, I came through drive thru. I think her name is Carly she gave me the hugest attitude, used extreme profanity in front of me and my child.
Wouldn’t even pay attention to us while on her phone still being at the window while the rest of the crew seemed to be working very hard.
      Please get better staff members.

It was busy at lunchtime, it took a little while to serve the food. The seafood pasta I had was beautiful, seafood basket was also a good choice! The atmosphere was great and they have a nice bar with various cocktails and beer.

A lovely enjoyable evening spent here. We did entrée, main and desert with a couple of cocktails thrown in.

We started with salt and pepper calamari which was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth.

For mains I had the lamb rack which was honestly to die for! The meat perfectly done and not overdone at all and the veggies – potato scallops and the bed of sweet potato was very lovely. Tastiest meal I’ve had in forever. Well done Chef!! This meal was the highlight of our trip in eating at Warrnambool. My partner had the chicken Camembert which I was told was lovely but a little bit of a let down on the veggies which were more like a bistro offering. The chicken however was a delight to eat. So a little bit up and down for that meal.

Desert was sweet and delish to eat with a generous portion that was difficult to fit in after our other courses. Cocktails were fun, flirty and oh so tasty.

Staff were friendly, attentive and polite and helped make the dinning experience a night to remember.

Overall our night out here was fantastic and a special dinning experience for us. We loved our time here and would recommend for that special romantic evening out or just a lovely time spent with friends.

Stopped by for a quick drink, nice bar, great range of alcohol. Staff are very friendly. The food menu looks good, next visit will be definitely worth a sit down meal.
Couldn’t wait for the next trip, we went back for dinner and the place was absolutely rocking. The atmosphere was fantastic, 2 floors of seating/dining. The kitchen staff kept those orders coming like clockwork. The host and his staff are great at customer service and very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended

Food was awesome and we we’re delighted with the service! Unforgettable moment, we had the Prime Aged Porterhouse (truffle sauce), Garlic Prawn and fresh Tasmanian Oysters, a must try!

We had a great experience. The no-frills fit-out of this vegetarian eatery might fool you into thinking that the food isn’t up to scratch, but all three of our dishes were pleasant surprises.
The Mysore Masala Dosa was our absolute favourite. Delicate and large enough for two to share.
The Chole Bhature had all the pep we love and expect from this dish.
And then… the Rava Dosa arrived on a robot waiter ? joy. So much joy.
We will definitely be taking our friends back here.

Vinay served us the meal today, the chef is great as it’s a new one. We tried their info Chinese food, South Indian and North Indian. We had different spice levels for each, the food preparation was great. Far better than previous chef/owner.

Went for my sisters wedding, reception venue was good, food fantastic, but all staff were absolutely amazing on the night, and following couple days (daughter left her teddy behind, staff found it, communicated with me, and the management posted all in the same day it was found…. Happy little girl here now)

Love it here. Awesome pub. Was sitting in the Sports Bar at 8:23pm on a Friday night and they turned off the BBL and put on MTV (on the Foxtel TVs). On the other non-Foxtel TVs they had re-runs of The Project (BBL on chanel 7 smh). Don’t make no sense in a Sports Bar. If you want the TAB it’s pretty good tho.

The review is about Bistro and playground. Don’t go there in winter as you are definitely walking out with a sick one in your family. The heaters never work, the playground area is full of mould. Food is great, resonable prices, service is very good, the environment not the best.
