      Could not be happier with my experience here. Phoned around 11am after having decided that I needed a hair change, and needed it now! Carlos, one of the owners, promptly took matters into his hands to make sure I was taken care of and immediately scheduled me in just an hour later. Carla was my hair dresser and she was absolutely lovely. She made sure to clarify my hair goals to achieve exactly what I was looking for. The salon itself was gorgeous, and the service and kindness by everyone is absolutely unmatched!! They offer you drinks and snacks and make sure you are well looked after the whole time. My experience was so pleasant, the results were beautiful, and I can’t explain how much I appreciate them fitting both me and my friend in so last minute. It’s a shame I don’t live in Brissy because this salon would definitely be my go to. Thanks so much all of you!! Hopefully I will have a chance to come back soon. Beautiful salon, beautiful staff!

      Thank you Lucie! Love my curly hair cut & the full experience/service was wonderful. Not one staff gawked at how big or frizzy my hair was & Lucie knew exactly how to handle it. It’s always daunting walking into a new salon as a curly hair gal, not knowing how people will react to my hair. But they didn’t hesitate with any part of the service. I walked in with a lot of frizz & walked out half the volume but super defined curls. My curls are very prone to frizz so Lucie didn’t use a hand held hair dryer. This has kept my frizz minimal. She also fixed my colour, which I didn’t book for but she threw into the service anyway. The 3hr appointment in total cost around $350 & you certainly get your money’s worth. They even offer light refreshments throughout the service. Top tier for sure! Thanks Lucie ?

      Love this salon! The whole salon experience has been carefully thought out and you’ll enjoy it from the moment you walk in.

      Experts in the curly cut (attn: CGM gals), colour & styling.

      Outside of the hair, its the little things like; 15min consult included at the start of every appt and an itemised quote with pricing provided, massage chairs at the basin, device chargers, free wifi, complimentary drinks & snacks that span well outside your old school English breakfast tea & bickies (think T2 peach tea & hot flavoured popcorn), what more could you want?

      The whole experience at Elysium is fantastic. I have curly/frizzy hair and I showed up in a pretty dire state. Michelle is so amazing. She gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had in my entire life. I love it so much. She made something that had become unmanageable for me into something I love. If you are looking for a curly cut, know you are in good hands.

      I personally loved it at Aery Salon, I got a toning/Colouring for my hair and it turned out so good!! The process wasn’t bad for me and they were very generous in asking whether I wanted snacks or drinks during the process. In conclusion I will be coming again for another hair colour I can’t wait till then!

      I had my hair done at Aery Salon on Monday. 3 other people were involved in doing my hair as my main hair dresser kept attending to other clients. I was really excited and I attended this salon due to the good reviews I had researched. However, I asked for brown balayage and this is how it turned out. I trusted them, paid $440 for this and I was really upset as it looked super orange/brassy in natural light, (First photo).

      After my review, I was contacted by Aery (owner/hairdresser), who said she would help to fix my hair today and this 2nd experience was perfect. She listened to my requests of what I wanted my hair to look like and was very patient, professional and kind. She also clarified that the hairdresser who did my hair on Monday was actually new. I am so much happier today and my hair turned out so beautiful I had that strut in the street kind of vibe with my new hair as I haven’t had it dyed in so long. Thank you Aery. I really appreciate you taking in my feedback.

      I’ve never had my hair professionally done at a salon before so my sister recommended Aery and I am so glad she did. It was a wonderful experience from start to end. I had my hair done by Lyn who was super attentive, kind and patient. She went through a thorough consultation with me at the beginning to discuss what I wanted. I tend to get anxious in new environments but Lyn was so kind to answer all my questions, reassure me with any concerns I had and made sure to clarify so I completely understood what she was going to do. I also am an indecisive person so it was really helpful to ask Lyn for her recommendation and advice on what colour and treatment I required for the session.

      As we went through the appointment she explained every step that she was doing which made me feel a lot less anxious. While my hair was bleached I actually had Lyn and another hairdresser help which was amazing because I felt like I was getting the royal treatment! Such good efficiency and team work! Lyn also chatted to me every now and again which was great because that day I was feeling a bit stressed from work so it was great to have a chat but also have some time to work on my laptop when I was waiting for the bleach/colour on my hair to work. I also wear glasses but since I had to take them off to do my hair I couldn’t actually see what it looked like in the mirror. Lyn immediately noticed so every time she did something to my hair, she would prompt me to put on my glasses and have a look which I thought was great service.

      When Lyn did the final reveal at the end of the appointment I was amazed at how much I loved it! She styled my hair as well so it had beautiful waves and she took amazing photos which she shared with me. Lyn also explained to me how to take care of my hair and gave me clear instructions on how to maintain it. Thank you again Lyn and Aery Salon for a wonderful experience. I really appreciated how welcoming, friendly and professional you all were and I am excited to come back!

      Absolutely loved Aery Salon. Had an absolutely amazing time, even though it was almost 6 hours long ?

      I saw this amazing blonde grey look and I wanted to get it done. The problem? Well my hair is black and thick ?

      Worry not though they took the difficult tasks and based on the results absolutely smashed it out of the park ?

      The attention to detail, five star customer service, really giving you the exact tone and colour is not easy when you’re working for 7 hours on one person’s hair. My hair was yellow after 3 bleach treatments and they recommended I do a bit darker so after a few washes it will be the same colour I wanted. These are the things that are little things but they really do add up when you’re trying to get your hair done professionally ?

      Thank you Aery I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone who will take good care of your hair and really help you achieve the end result you’re after while being meticulous and careful with your hair ?

      I went to this salon for the second time in December with the hope that it would be the same as the first time, as the keratin treatment lasted about 6 months. This time it didn’t even last three weeks. The hair became completely curly again after two and a half weeks, with a lot of frizz and volume, in addition to the scalp having been burned and constantly having hair as shown in the photographs. I called the number listed here twice and the person responsible always had the same answer: I’ll see what the manager says and then get back to you. A fact that has not yet happened to this day. I leave here proof photos and show here my displeasure with the way they treat an unhappy customer. Not recommended at all!

      This is by far the bizarre and worst salon experience!! Had a 12pm appointment at the Castleragh St – turned up on time and the salon door is locked and no one is inside. Looked through the letterbox and the lights were off. Called Headspa and after a lot of to-ing fro-ing….she said the technician is on their way coming from Bondi?!! Technician turns up 40mins late, opens salon and starts turning on the lights!! The operator, Michelle added that the technician doesn’t speak English (turns out only Portuguese) so she spent the entire time doing google translating things to me….like do you want water? She wasn’t able to explain the keratin process or tell me about the aftercare required…like should I buy special shampoo/conditioner? OMG I thought I was getting pranked! I don’t know where they got the technician from or how they can be in the service industry?!! Also, I was the only customer there. There was no music or ambience-so I am sitting there with keratin in my wet hair for 50mins and awkward silence. Phone reception was awful too so made it very hard to pass time. Can safely say ….WORST experience ever!!

      I recently had a keratin treatment, and I’d like to say I’m happy with the result. I’ve had a few keratin treatments from other hairdresser’s and they have either over toned my blonde highlights or left my hair brittle and damaged. The product they used was excellent for my hair, highly recommend and I will be rebooking in the future.

      I’m very happy with my keratin treatment, my hair looks great, healthy and shinny! Mariana was excellent! She’s experienced and was very dedicated while applying the product in my hair. She used the right technique to apply the product, very patient aiming the best results, and such a lovely person! I’ll definitely come back!

      Phenomenal value for money when you consider the cost and efficacy of keratin treatments. The space is clean, all charges are discussed up front and most importantly the treatment works. Don’t expect the bells and whistles of a 5 Star salon when you’re getting a good solution at a discounted rate. Will book again!
