      Ultimate wash was a little on the pricy side for what it is at $25.

      Unfortunately there was vomit in the car vacuum bay which ended on the bottom of our car mats and subsequently being transferred into our car. Informed the manager/owner who was very unhelpful. Asked if he had a wet vacuum cleaner I could use to clean it off – and he replied by asking if we had a vacuum at home and saying to use that instead. Won’t be back.

      I was really happy with this business until I found out that I had to pay them twice for a hand-free carwash. I scanned my credit card in front of the assistant and no receipt printed out. The guy told me that it didn’t go through so I paid cash instead. I found out 2 weeks later in my bank statement that they did charge $20 in my credit card. I wrote to them and they kept quiet. Now I have to prove to my bank that I paid cash to them (that I didn’t keep the cash receipt) or get a respond from them that I never had. Very disappointed.

      I rinsed my vehicle (not a full wash) for 4-5 minutes, screen said total charge was $5 once I hit “stop”
      Complete rip off and no information on machine that you will be charged $30 (6 times the agreed amount) which is actually against consumer rights so you know who I will be reporting this mob too… “It is unlawful for businesses to mislead consumers about these rights”, this includes costs of service, my right is to be charged the agreed amount for the service, they have completely mislead the consumer here). No number to call online to contact business, once it clears I now need to call my bank to dispute the $30 charge and report these thieves to the appropriate organisations ?

      I can’t thank Mum & Dad’s Laundry enough for the fantastic job they did with my winter blankets and doonas. Being elderly and in a wheelchair I have neither the ability or the machine to wash my blankets etc. Mum & Dad’s not only washed, dried and folded my blankets but also helped me by picking them up and delivering them back to me. The staff are professional and a delight to deal with and their prices are so reasonable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

      I asked to get the inside of my car cleaned – basic vaccum and wipe down. The gentlemen said it would be $135, which I questioned. He then said he would do it for $70 for me (which is the price for inside and outside clean) but would make sure it was immaculate. When I picked it up an hour later and checked it, it had not been vacuumed properly at all. They completely missed the middle seat between my kids car seats which had crumbs all over it still. It had dust and marks left all on the leather still.
      Very disappointed when I paid 70$ to just have the inside done! Rip off! Make sure you check before you pay! I asked for a refund which they would not give to me.
      I had put my baby back in her car seat and when I questioned the cleanliness of the car he started spraying the chemicals on the seat while my baby was in the car.
      I don’t recommend at all.
      The workers seemed new as the he was showing them how to vacuum.
      Waste of time and a waste of money.
      The man also said that it needed to be steam cleaned to get the stains off- but they came off for me with a baby wipe.

      My car looks better than brand new! I had some paint stains from leaking ceiling removed and inside detailing and the car looks amazing! I’m impressed by the outcome and the cost was reasonable. The only criticism is that it was sometimes hard to communicate with the owner because he kept talking over me but overall he was really helpful and dedicated to deliver a good outcome.

      Sad I can’t come back to my once go-to hand car wash shop after 2-3 years. New management…

      Says a lot.

      One of the workers made a small chip on the front window. I immediately saw it as soon as I sat in the car to head off. Drove straight to Chadstone and parked the car. And immediately took photos of it. This was on 18th of June 2023, 5:39pm (the thick of winter).

      I watched them wash the car for the last 10-15 minutes. It was dark, no lights fixed for the workers. Talk about health and safety and two, more chances of missing spots and mistakes.

      For a fact, it was the worst hand car wash job out of all the other times I came (a friend can attest to this).

      Anyway, I immediately contacted Jimmy (the owner) he said they can’t do anything about it. Great. Thanks guys, I hope the previous owner buys the shop back then I’d consider coming back.

      I’ve been to SSC since 2015. They’ve always done a very thorough and awesome job inside and out. Today was my first time at SSC with the new owners in charge. The insides of the car were a bit wet. Which was ok. But it looked like someone had the water on while the boot was open so the carpet parts got wet as well. The door jambs were also wet. Not what I expected for a almost $70 hand polish package where they do clean the door jambs. Perhaps a bit of training for new staff to pay attention to detail and also dry off the non visible parts of the car.

      This shop is not like before any more since new management. I’ve been using for yrs now as a local, so disappointed recent couple of washing. Main thing is longer time at least 2hrs, it’s not they are busy,.not enough workers than before. Don’t plan around 1hr what they say. Also poor quality of washing. I always choose Hand polished for better job. This time it took 2h 20m, passenger seat head wasn’t wiped at all as there’s still hair oil on leather. Still Dog’s hair on floor, the manager said can’t remove because need a special brush and extra charge $10. I’ve been using this shop for years and never like this, always satisfied. 1st time was just after new management, most of workers are same, now workers are changed and less numbers.
      Also no more cash discount.
      Not 5stars wash place any more, it can be just around 3stars

      **Changing my four star to a two-star review.

      Been frequenting this place as usual after I liked it the first time, but I’ve had an incident that made me change my opinion of this place.

      I brought in my car for a mini detail + hand polish service and they did an adequate job on the car as far as a mini detail goes. It wasn’t until on my way back home that I noticed that my toll tag had been broken and was lying under the driver’s seat. I initially thought that my car’s music had drowned off the beep sound but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Mistakes happen, I wouldn’t have been as disappointed as I am if they would have sorted it out in a straightforward way. I probably won’t be going here anymore.

      Past Review:
      The service was much better than your typical franchise car wash. It’s also one of the highly rated car wash you’d probably find around Blacktown.

      I opted for the Super Premium + Hand Polish ($95) and the entire thing took about 30 mins or so. The overall service was definitely good, but not the best one for the price you’re paying. The wash was great and very thorough but I found a few small uneven polish spread on my car’s bonnet area. Nothing major, but yeah maybe a little bit extra attention to detail would’ve made it excellent.

      There’s nice indoor and outdoor seating area, you get free coffee, and the customer service is good. I’ll most probably go again.

      The Full detail made my car as good as brand new. They didn’t miss a spot and my expectations were exceeded. Job done in 5 hours which is faster than industry standards.

      They are very well mannered and courteous & it makes it even better as usually the business is super busy.

      Pricing probably slightly above market, however, it’s bang for buck, the effects are longer lasting and I doubt the quality can be matched by those offering cheaper options.

      To test waters you can try the most basic option, even then you will be surprised with their extensive care factor.

The car had scratches down the drivers side from being driven against shrubs- Michael managed to get them all out when other providers told me they did not think they could.       My car was not in good shape paint wise, 7 years of neglect was showing and fine scratches everywhere. After driving past Michael’s car wash, I decided to pay him a visit, well I am glad I did. He said getting the paint back to looking like new wasn’t a problem, firstly with a paint correction and a ceramic coating. I was unsure if the scratches would come out, but to my amazement, 99% of the scratches were removed, and a brilliant deep shine. Will definately recommend Michael and his team for the real 5 star treatment for my car.

      My misses always comes here. She went today 14/06/2023 @ approx 1.15 pm where she was harassed by the staff member on duty. She was spraying her tyres with tyre foam like she always does before she was going to the automated wash. The staff member then started yelling at her that she wasn’t allowed to do this because of chemicals even though she has done this so many times before. But she complied and the staff member walked away. She then sat in her car and started to count the coins she was going to put in the machine for the automatic wash. The staff member then came back out stood right at her front window whilst she was counting her coins and started yelling at her if he could help her in an unfriendly manner. To which honestly she had had enough and told him that she was getting her money out to put in the machine and if he could eff off and leave her alone. Every other staff member here has been lovely to her and my daughter who usually comes along. But this guy is harmful to your business.

      Been to a few carwashes around Narre/Hallam/Berwick. When it comes to hand wash, this one by far is one of the best around the area. Water pressure is perfect and hot. Foam brush, wax gun works well. Vacuum suction is strong plus has a card option as well to pay. To use all options on the screen, it only cost me $18 (27min) to wash car without rushing. Most car washes cost $30+ to wash fully. Customers will not be disappointed.

      Worst car wash. I clean my car every 2 week so it wasn’t dirty just some rain drop marks and bird poo, spent $20 on extreme auto wash and it won’t even remove the rain drops mark had to wash my car again at home.

      Booked my Prado in for the top detail. It was looong overdue for a clean and had been on many family road trips, school and sport runs and daily drives so it was very dirty and dusty and all the kids leftovers stuck in all the nooks and crannies. Booked in online the day before, was followed up with confirmation text messages and at drop off I was half expecting the guys to hit me up for extra cost because of how dirty the car was, but they didn’t. Was ready for pickup on time. Outside, wheel arches, door wells, tyres and wheels all looking clean and shiny. Besides only a couple of missed coffee marks on the dash and a bit of cleaner residue here and there (only reason I dropped a star and I didn’t see it till I got home otherwise I’m sure if I had pointed it out while still there they would have cleaned it up), the interior was amazing. The carpets and seats were amazing – took another day to dry out but I was amazed how good they got the carpets and floor mats. No evidence of kids or the road trips. I will definitely be back.

      I had my car washed today (long over due after a road trip!) and the staff were very helpful in assessing what service I needed that was fit for purpose. It was very busy being a Sunday but clearly communicated what was being done, and how long, and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service and finished it quicker than promised.
      My car hasn’t smelt and felt this clean for awhile.

      I have had a detail done in the past and could have done better myself. But at Amazing Detail I was Amazed! They did an excellent job in every part of the vehicle.       Had two vehicles done (SUV and hatch) over a couple of different days. Phil was great to communicate with us and maintain flexibility around our fluid personal circumstances. He did his best to value our time and custom when we had to make changes.

      The work done came up really nicely. We keep our cars relatively clean where we can, but a couple of dogs do their best to make it a challenge. Remnant hair was removed by Phil’s hard work, and the wheels, tyres, and paintwork came up a treat.

      Good value for the effort he needs to put in. Fair price (and full breakdown of prices listed on his website), and entirely friendly with an obviously solid work ethic.

      Phil has looked after both mine and my partners cars for the past 3 years and has always provided a top notch service and results. Regular paint maintenance just like regular servicing I have found is always cheaper than resurrecting damaged paint however I have seen first hand some impressive results from Phil’s hard work and expertise in paint correction which I’m sure the owners would have been blown away upon receiving their finished vehicles. Although probably not the cheapest, Amazing Detail in my opinion provides the highest quality in town. Thanks Phil for looking after us.

      They did a good job, cleaning interior and exterior of my car. I after reaching home, I noticed there are small scratches that are not easily noticeable.
      Initially they said it was $50 and after a quick inspection they said it’s $70. I don’t mind paying premium price for a good job, but the fact there are scratches on my car annoys me. I take good care of my cars.

      Did not clean the back of my ute despite of getting the most expensive package. I was standing right there the whole time and when asked why isn’t it clean they said we don’t know how to open it??

      Could have asked me i was right there but i guess everyone wanted to go home and just get it done and over with.
      The trick is to get the customer to pay before the look at their vehicle and check if it is properly clean or just shining temporarily with chemicals

      Overall, not too bad service. I’m happy how the car was cleaned but lack of attention to details. They didn’t make sure all the windows are nice and clear. There are still some marks that have been left out. And the car mats haven’t been put back. I realised at home they were missing. Maybe they shouldn’t accept that many cars at once if they can’t keep up with the works and can’t provide excellent service

      Used to come here often but had a 200$ polish and cut with such disappointing results. Also got my car back with the outside still full of compounds not wiped and skirts dirty. Look at the photos.

      Tried to explain to the guy but he wasn’t really getting my point. He wiped off the gunk from my handles but still for 200$ you’d expect more

      On a road trip from Adelaide to Hobart, I cleaned up my car at this location. I met James (owner/staff?) who was a great person to have a chat with, providing awesome customer service. Regarding facilities, they were easy to use with reasonable pricing. I was impressed by how clean I got the car using their products (soap, etc).
