      Went through the auto wash with my work car and the employees gave it a great scrub down even before I entered the wash. It is parked under trees so it was a real mess. However, the prewash and auto wash got it absolutely sparkling. I would highly recommend their washes!

      The deluxe ($14) wash is garbage. The wash didn’t remove all of the general dirt leaving patches also the streak free spray doesn’t work as it left water marks on the windows and the blow dry left water on the car. After driving home 30 odd km, it was dry, still with dirt and streaks. Also noted was some particles on the windscreen after the final rinse. I expect this to be an old filter in the system that recycles the water. This is the second time I’ve used this carwash with the same results. Vehicle is a Proton 5 door. ?

      Got my car washed through the automatic one and it didn’t clean my car properly and I got the $14 service. Not happy as my car wasn’t that dirty. Windscreen is still filthy

      I used to love this place, however of the two auto wash bays, only one was working today. The top water jets didn’t work, so my bonnet and roof didn’t get any water on it apart from the spot free rinse. The blower also hardly removed any water and the pop out wheel cleaners only detected the front wheels. The detail machine (Armour All & chamois) is out of order. This car wash seems unmaintained and dated unfortunately, and you would get a better wash if you got out of your car and did it yourself. Better auto options up the road.

This is a little different because when using the drive through wash there is a staff member who will wash your extra dity bits such as insect and bugs by hand while you are waiting your turn and while inside the facility.       Not a fan of these places. Very expensive. Impossible to clean car as the soap dries before it can be rinsed. I had to buy detailing spray at an auto parts store to get a result. Not this particular businesses fault in any way but will never waste my time or money again.

      Kim and her team just detailed our Renault Koleos SUV and have done an absolutely incredible job.

      We have a dog that sheds A LOT of fur which was very embedded in every possible part of the car, along with a tonne of beach sand. Kim and the team have removed all traces of the fur and sand and our car looks like new again. We are blown away by the result !

      Was quite impressed with this place. I went through the drivethru car wash and it’s one where you put your right wheel in the conveyor belt while in neutral and it automatically moves your car through. But first up 2 guys did a quick scrub down of the car which was really great. I was able to pay by card without having to exit the vehicle at any stage. Great service, the team were helpful

      When I take my car here it come out looking terrific you even get a free vacuum if you do it yourself the only thing I dislike is that price of the unlimited wash club per month is way too expensive I would love to join but not for what there asking also if you have a 2nd car like most family’s do these days you should be able to add that 2nd vehicle on and have a family pass where you can add your sons and daughters cars on aswel when I asked one of the staff about these suggestions I was told we don’t do that otherwise great service

      A special call-out to Noah & Ryan who prepped our Mazda 6 hatch on Monday 1/5/23 at 1:35pm. As I was waiting in queue I observed their big smiles and how thorough the boys were in prepping cars ahead of me.
      I was also greet with big smiles and my car was also thoroughly prepped – the best I have ever seen at Washed on James.

      We love this place. We are in the wash club with unlimited washes! How good is that! Friendly staff and very quick. Even if there’s four cars ahead of you, it takes just a few short minutes for your turn, unlike other places in town that take over ten minutes per car!

      I have been a customer of Star Car Wash since it opened in Toowoomba. Sandeep at the time was a worker and now owns 2 franchises one being Toowoomba.

      Sandeeps Superior Gold Star service starts from when he greets you to when he hands back your keys upon completion of the car detailing. My car is 12 years old but it’s still recieves a premium service every single time.

      The quality of the mini detail which is usually what I have is excellent!!! It is such a pleasure to continue business with Sandeep as he looks after his customers.

      First time user of the manual wash option – $11 well spent – products generous and effective, decent spray pressure – I’d recommend brining a microfibre cloth for the hard spots, and a chamois, but seriously impressed with the overall cleanliness and quality of equipment and product!

      Used the tunnel car wash for the first time. Disappointing, while the sides of the car were clean, the rear definitely was not. Quit a lot of dirt still on bumper and around number plate. Think I will go back to Tassie Wash in Wellington Street. Not too sure about those brushes on the paint work over time either!

      Couldn’t recommend Matt from detail kings enough!! Matt’s attention to detail is next level, my car came back looking better than it did from the dealership!

      My car is black so everything shows on it so we opted for a ceramic coating, the day ended up being super windy so Matt recommend doing a slightly different coating to avoid dust getting into the ceramic which I’m grateful for his honesty and professionalism!

      The coating we did has been absolutely fantastic! Still looking fresh 6 weeks later! Looking forward to doing the full ceramic in a few months.

      Sunday morning. 9am. Sunny outside. All of that means this place was packed. Also means it’s good. But why the 3 star rating? Well, after washing my car and parking up to vacuum, another car was being wash. With the proximity of everything, I ended up with soap spray all over my car again. Just wish there was a bit of distance from the washing bay to the cleaning area.

      One of the best self service carwash in the area. Everything perfectly works here (carwash/vacuum) which makes an enjoyable carwashing experience. Good value for your dollar. No coins, no worries. They have eftpos facilities, so you can just tap, wash & go! having an eftpos machine available is brilliant!
