      Honestly should have read the reviews.

      They dropped a clip on my mat and threw half of it in my centre consol but didn’t keep the other half. It got driven over with another car and was damaged. I got a credit for my pains but I wish they could have just kept it attached.

      I paid extra $50 for an internal detail clean to get rid of pet fur. While it’s better than before I wouldn’t say this was a good job at all. Like I shouldn’t have to do a clean after they do their clean. Plus they left some substance on my sun roof which I now have to clean up too.
      I was charged $105 for a magic wash and extra internal clean.

      Absolutely disgusting for $20. Will not use again due to my car being dirtier coming out than going in to the auto wash, see photos on this site, steel grey car.
      The prewash by attendant makes it even worse and the amount of product and cleaning power in the auto wash is disgraceful. Obviously will not spend the money on their business. Never again as this is the third time this has happened. Three strikes and you’re out for life.

      The overall wash in the self serve bays is good, the water pressure is great and the changeover between cycles is quick. Seems to be reasonable time for $. $2 got me 4 minutes. I do like that you vacuum first then wash although it can make for a long wait.

      Came here on a Monday 1/05/23 – Use self service bay -2 cleaning programs were out of order – The brush to use on the car as useless, it was very worn out and needed replacing! Didn’t even foam up. the pressure washer was still shouting out water when it wasn’t in use, so wasting lot of water. So I’m upset that I waste money supporting a local car wash. The place just looked worn out and need a good updating. Very sad, management should do something about it.

      Would not go here again!! I went to this car wash and initially when I pulled up to the self was it didn’t except cash so I went to the next one and one of the washing steps was not available I continued on and when I went to pay with car it wouldn’t not work I tried pushing the stop on the machine and tapping card again then when it did work it charged me $15 not $5 like the sign said it would. I then went and saw the manager and she was really rude and speaking down to me she told me that if I pushed stop on the machine when I was done it would refund me, she told me if I had a problem I could call the charging agency but they would just call her anyway. The other worker kept walking past the car so I had to continually stop to not wet him. I was then finished and pushed stop which did not work, because she was so rude the last time I asked her I didn’t want to bother her again so I let the timer run out and waste my money and left.

      Heading home to Sydney, decided to give the car a wash after being on some dirt roads.
      Very impressed with this place. The wash bays were spotless, the coin machines all look new & heaps of wash options. Products were quick to dispense & worked well.
      This place runs rings around any similar car wash anywhere in Sydney. Great work guys. I’ll definitely be back when passing through Bathurst.

      Hands down best car wash in the region. Start with a Free vacuum before you enter the car wash, then when you get through the automatic pay station the staff carry out a prewash over your car. Once the prewash is complete you enter the automatic portion of the wash, doing it’s thing and finished off with a blow dry. Highly recommended

The owner agreed to re-do the very bad car detail and then became aggressive and physically pushed me out the door when I went to wait in the office area for my car to be correctly detailed.       DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I felt UNSAFE. Poor quality service, worse customer service.

      I was charged $65 to vaacum and externally clean a very small vehicle. Car was NOT clean, and I pointed out visible dust and cobwebs on the car and requested they be redone. The manager came out of nowhere, shouted at me for not respecting hard-working people, and told me for $65 they wouldn’t clean visible cobwebs from back windscreens?! He proceeded to open the car and blast me about doing something inside…even though one of his workers had pre- inspected the vehicle and given me a quote prior to me prepaying for the service! This should have been a straight forward transaction. I have attached photos of the poor work. And I could attach A LOT more. To make matters worse, this manager verbally abused and physically stood over me. I felt extremely unsafe and at one point told him to not come near me.

      If the gentleman that was in the large car that was parked behind me reads this, I thank you for reassuring me and being a support. I am a small woman, and being suddenly abused, for a reasonable and polite complaint, by a larger man is terrifying. Your kind words helped me keep my cool and enabled me to leave safely. **AVOID THIS BUSINESS **

      Rhys did an amazing job on the detail of my car. Unfortunately, my battery was running the whole time and by the time my partner went to pick my car up, my battery was dead in the workshop. Had to call RACV and resulted to me buying a whole new battery over $300. Inevitability having my battery running for the whole day killed it and RACV couldn’t promise me that my car would be able to start again if I didn’t get it replaced. Very disappointed that more wasn’t done to reduce/protect the battery usage.

      I couldn’t recommend Rhys highly enough.

      I contacted him about having my new VW Arteon Shooting Brake protected inside and out and I am glad that I did because the end result is absolutely amazing.

      Rhys himself is a top bloke, super professional and he really went above and beyond to make the whole process seamless.

      His set up and building is also super impressive and it was so refreshing to go into a place that looked the part and where you can tell that the owner takes pride in the business.

      Have always used the auto car wash as it’s a struggle to hand wash with young ones. The car had stubborn dirt all around even after the auto wash. However it was my own fault for not cleaning regularly enough. The gentlemen (staff) on feb 17 at around 2pm spotted my dirty SUV after the auto wash and went above and beyond. He had hand washed the remaining dirt for around 10 minutes. Wouldn’t take extra money that was offered or even a beverage on a 40 degree day. Gave me hope in humanity and has certainly earned my loyalty to this carwash. Give the man a beer ? and a medal cheers

      This is the worst car service I have ever seen in my life in Australia.. I took a booking and went there! They said we are busy and we’re speaking in Hindi. I said I don’t understand Hindi. He got very angry and didn’t clean the car! I wasted my time and fuel expenses!

      Brought $250 clean combo. Very friendly service but unfortunately the dashboards were not touched as well a couple of stains still not cleaned on the floor on the side of the passenger seats.

      I would recommend the $49 pricing rather then getting one of their more expensive combos.

      Otherwise look elsewhere outside of Melton for car detailing if you are wanting car cleaned properly.

      It happened twice already that your soap (high pressure) is not dispensing soap. I complained last time and you gave me refund but it is always happening every time I was there.
      Also check your clear coat, and wax (high pressure) it looks empty. It was just pure water on it. I always wash my car in your place and I know the smell if it’s working.
      Foam brush works well and lots of soap on it and it smells so good too.

      High pressure rinse was not working, complete car full off soap unable to take it off. Had to pay $18 for laser wash on top of what I already paid to be able to take off soap. Phonenumber is not answering, not sure how to solve this in a different way? Please don’t go here!

      Used the laser wash and it was very disappointing. The front of the vehicle appears clean but the sides and rear don’t look like they’ve even been hosed off.

      Prices gone up, and the quality of the auto car wash has gone down majorly.
      New car, and it looks worse afterwards than before.
      Detergent and protectant residue left extremely visible all over on black paint.
      Didn’t even wash a bug off headlights, and the car appears dusty looking.
      Supposedly spot free rinse and watermarks galore.
      Underbody wash time seems less.
      No one to speak to about poor service, rang and left message requesting callback but no reply.
      Used this car wash for many years on a weekly basis for several cars, and the decline is as noticeable as the lack of quality car detail.
      Self serve and vacuum time have also reduced.
      The car wash equipment and bays are a filthy disgrace.
      Save your $20 – taking money for nothing!

      Worst car wash in town. Soap button doesn’t work on self service and only last a short time. Vaccum doesn’t run as long as the other place so cost you more. Things are always busted or ineffective. Don’t go here.

      Had a detail done here and they did such a good job, had massive scratches on the front of my car that I didn’t think would buff out that great but you can now barely even notice the small chip of paint that it took off.
