      The manual wash was very good cost $20 for my ranger. Has the full selection of wash and wax. The laser wash for 16 was a bit disappointing but good for a quick wash. There is a dog wash and the usual vacuum.

      On Alfred Street, Western Artirial Road just West of Raintrees Shopping Centre. Did a full auto wash with under car and high pressure soap. Quite impressed with 3 different prices for auto wash. Also has several self wash, vaccume bays. Our wash was $16. I thought it was well priced.

      Decent car wash with plenty of spaces for cars to wash there car or vacuum. It has plenty of areas to detail your car as well and there is a lazerwash here too so you dont have to get out of your car, it was $2 for 3 minutes on the manuel car was area which is ok.

      This place is ok for taxis and people with money on their cards. Not my favourite place. I stopped in here for the first time. Most expensive drive through wash out of all the car washes in Cairns. However, the attendant was around and was willing to help if we needed it.

      This place is cashless. Even the vaccuums use cashless payment.

      E.g. Ultimate wash $18
      $2 plus .20c fee = $2.20 for vacuum use.

      I prefer using coins for vac personally. It was an extra $1 that i did not want to spend.

      Excellent car wash. I use the self serve bays which I find to be great value for money. Everything always seems to be working and everything easy to use. Great opening hours, great facility. Vacuum does not reach around the whole car though which is a bit of a pain. Requires some flexibility to try get it over the other side of the car. Disappointing that it is card only (which means CC surcharge and also cannot do just an extra minute, you have to pay for the whole next slot given it is card only & in increments – has led to me rinsing and washing my car much longer than needed). You kinda have to decide whether it is going to be a short wash or a long wash and wash your car at speed accordingly. Overall happy and a repeat customer 🙂

      Decided to go to this car wash whilst on holidays recently in Cairns to give my car a clean. Good facility. Easy to use. Though no coins taken but card only. A few bays available for use. Someone onsite working there (the day I went). No issues to fault.

      This is a perfect car wash I visited in Victoria. I wasn’t finished flushing away leftover soap until I noticed the timer added an extra 2 minutes. I read the instructions carefully, and I noticed I got charged less than $10.00. I didn’t have to tap again to re order 7+ minutes waste!

      Downside, I ended up a bleeding nose, which doesn’t affect the rating.

      I will come back every Sunday or fortnight before my excersie. ☺️

      Note Changer actually gives out $2 coins unlike alot of washes in the area that’ll only give you $1 coins.
      Clean wash bays, minimal time wasted when switching between washes and easy to get in and out of.

      Took my Rav4 to these guys as they were recommended. Had overspray from paint on my Rav4. Mike quoted me for the job I thought the price was reasonable. Very impressed with the end result, no more black paint on my white Rav4. They also vacuumed the interior of my car.       Went through the auto wash with a Kia Carnival once back in Rushworth noticed that the rear, front and bottom third of sides were dirty still. The spray only wash is not adequate as a mechanical scrub is necessary. I rewashed the areas with an eco friendly detergent & water that made the car look as it should have done. Please consider replacement of the equipment as not up to the job at hand!?

      Scrubbed the car as per usual and now having to do it again at another car was with a better brush.

      Good pressure in the hose.
      Plenty of soap.

      Today 20 November 2022 I decided to wash
      my car at the car wash at 214 Brisbane Road, Arundel, to be honest, I wish I hadn’t done this, it was a complete disappointment that the car was washed with dirty rags, very casually and carefree, there were completely untouched places with traces of dust and dirt. After my remarks, the response from the workers was rude and unprofessional “if we washed all the cars properly, we would not have time to service a large number of cars”
      “We wash exactly as much as you paid for !!!” Despite the fact that the full amount was paid according to the price list.
      The worker with whom I had a conversation behaved irritably and disrespectfully and refused to comply with my request to wash my car with high quality and refused to return at least partially the money for a job not done well.
      After such a service, I personally had to wash the car again.
      And in conclusion I want to say:
      • Service disgusting
      • Wash crew manners are rude and unprofessional
      • Waste of time and money
      • Spoiled Sunday mood
      • I would not recommend this place to my friends

      Food: What to say about a Cafe that’s sole purpose is to keep you busy as your car is cleaned. It does just that (keep you busy) and nothing else.
      Service: The service of this place have no soul (both cafe and carwash)
      Location: If there’s one thing that’s right about this place, it is its location and the concept that you can eat while waiting for your car to be cleaned however they DO NOT live up to expectations.
      Cost: Food was mediocre for the price.
      Tip: Don’t waste your time. Just cook your husband a good breakfast and have him do the car wash at home.

      I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are lucky that they even got 1 star.
      Unfriendly service.
      They didn’t hand wash the car properly, they didn’t clean the roof, I don’t know what they put on my tyres but the residue is thick and greasy, it’s on every tyre. They left mud in the wheel arches.
      Never going back, total waste of money!

      I wish I had read the previous reviews prior to dropping my car at Baystar Express. I was not greeted or even acknowledged when I arrived, which wouldn’t have bothered me if my car was not CONSIDERABLY damaged. I noticed as soon as I drove away that the windows and rear spare wheel cover had been scratched and returned immediately to discuss with the staff. Of course the staff denied any fault (VERY rudely) and told me that as my car had other scratches and was dusty when I dropped it off that the scratches were ‘obviously’ already there. Choosing the cheaper car detailing company will result in costing me thousands to repair (new windows and a new panel on a 4WD) and considerable time with consumer affairs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

      Came in to get interior of car cleaned and admit it was very grassy. Wanted to charge me $150 just for interior vacuum. So I Went to Hoppys the competition and they quoted $50. By the way this car wash only had 2 cars in getting cleaned at the time, didn’t want to negotiate or nothing. Not sure how businesses continue to be run with staff that dont care at all.

      Paid $18 today for drive through car wash, it did not even touch the sides or front or back of the car. Just washed the top only. Came out just as dirty as when it went in. Complained by ringing the manager who refunded my money but said that it will not wash the road dirt from my car. It was mainly dust and dirt, nothing majorly. Few insects on front.

      It charged me $15.40 for about three minutes or so. When I put the hose on for the soap no soap came out I was not able to wash my car even trying to use the brush took ages for the soap to come out so I was not able to wash my car I needed to go home and wash it.       Not happy with the service: We booked the car in for 8.30, and we were told that the car would be ready by lunchtime. By three, my wife was looking to call the business to find out where the car was. We got the car back around 4.30 that afternoon.
      Not happy with the job: We booked the job in (wash and polish exterior paint and bullbar). What we got was a light detail of the interior and exterior. The bullbar was not touched.
      We won’t be throwing good money after bad, that’s for sure.

      Customer retained, loyalty granted, outstanding dedication to consistency in service

      Very experienced Team Leader (if Not supervisor), showed such a level of diligence, care and attention to detail to the car before ours that he was able to change my mind on my first visit to this carwash …from getting Zoom’s base cost auto drive thru wash… to 2x tiers above that instead… before he even spoke a word to me.

      Then after I was impressed by his sincerity and humility upon speaking to him about my order and payment — we were able to experience the “bubblecano” (bright red light & others WITH foaming bubbles) after he observed without discussing with me[positively] that our newly turned 7yo Son was in his car seat on the backseat.

      This small, but impactful and memorable gesture (which our son really loved & enjoyed, used to hate carwashes) ensured that I and the 2 other cars also in our household, return to Zoom Carwash Alderley for our regular carwashes.
      Impactful in the fact that these small gestures are “caring service” …this is what makes you choose to Support Small Locally own business,

      1. Please add a note to the working sheet to indicate if the side mirrors automated. In 3 of 5 times, the staff in the end of tunnel try to unfold the side mirror with hands. This is an unpleasant experience.

      2. Please move the stuffs around in the boot if it’s not too trouble to get a full vacuum. Once, I left a box of inside boot and I find out after I left that the area around and under the box is not vacuumed.

      In overall, this is still the car wash I would recommend.

      Awesome carwash. I went with the drive through autowash, normally they aren’t much good but this one was great. You could see the water beading off from the wax, and it didn’t miss anything. The gentleman working there on Sunday morning 23 April was a very professional and helpful guy, a credit to this company to say the least. Good job Pacific Blue Carwash.

      I like this place 3rd time I used it I left my keys in the ignition and the car locked itself the young guy was on the phone in a split second and had a locksmith there in ten mins $150 to open the car but my only other option was to break a window so I was pretty happy ,great service great staff good spot to wash your car
