      Great friendly staff always. Had a rook rack and the sign said to only use the tradie wash, so i did but it left lots of white water stains on the paint work and glass. Normally do the top wash which works much better. Had to pay for second wash the next day and went to another carlovers.

      Dan is always friendly and very helpful. Great experience everytime I go through. The Top One Auto Car Wash is the best in Mackay. I work out of town, so there is always alot of dirt, dust and bugs on my car. This service never misses a spot, car comes up like brand new. Very happy with this service and the staff.       In the last month or so Waves Carwash at Phillip have more or less halved the time value per dollar spent on their self-serve car wash. I was told by a friend that this was the case and had to see it for myself.

      $10 for 5 minutes at on self-serve car wash machine is frankly extortionate. I may as well go somewhere else and have my car professionally cared for.

      Prices have doubled, and my car was still dirty after using the self service bay due to the filthy brush and rinse water. Certainly wasn’t going to pay all over again to wash the vehicle in a different bay. Contacted the company and they don’t see this as a problem at all, so I’ll certainly not use their business anymore.

      Edit: their response didn’t clean my car properly. Good luck to anyone choosing this business, they’ll take you money and don’t care beyond that.

      This happened to my car because I chose to use the Waves carwash brand. Don’t let this happen to you. I’m now $900 out of pocket and without my car for two weeks. Waves will not even consider helping with the cost I incurred.

      Paid $230 on 28/7/23 to get an interior detail, when I picked up the car the airbag lights went straight on, I spoke to the man who did the clean and he denied any responsibility. My mechanic said water had gotten in through somewhere and now I’ll have to take it to get fixed. There were areas of my car that hadn’t been cleaned, will not be going back there.

      The big problem is that they are cleaning cars in dark underground carpark. They can’t see all the missed spots, streaks because it’s too dark. Your car looks great in the dark but the moment your in full sun and it become obvious how much they miss.

      The Full Detail service priced at $320 left much to be desired. Disappointed to find unsightly polish marks scattered across the car’s surface, and the interior suffered from careless overspray that was inadequately addressed. The windows, unfortunately, were left marred by frustrating streaks, and even the exterior trims seemed neglected despite being part of the promised package. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this service; one might achieve superior results by personally attending to the vehicle at a public car wash. Oh, and clay bar? I don’t think they even know what a clay bar is.

However, the high pressure hose used on the rims was enough for the paint in part to chip off the following day. I would advise if you use this (or any other) car wash, make sure they take better care with paint work.

      Rarely find a car wash that open late. I only have time late evening or night time for this kind of thing. Well, what an ideal that they open 24/7 here. Plus I don’t want to deal with weekends car wash long queue and highly chance that they rush through the wash.

      The wash booth’s water pressure was really low. We could not rinse the soap off the car. We waited for the attandent to arrive to assist us but there was no one here. The sign on the office door said back in fifteen minutes, we waited to try and get some help and an hour and a half later there was still no one here. We had to move to another wash booth and pay twice to rinse the car off. There is no number to contact to get any help and let the staff know there is a problem. We will never be using Enviowash again.

      I’ve always used the underbody wash after 4wd trips

      Went down today and I was using the underbody wash when a staff member claiming he’s the owner came out and rather than taking to me he straight away started verbally abusing me calling me a “f$&@ing idiot” multiple times aswell as telling me that I’m wetting everything (ITS A CARWASH) because I used the underbody wash feature too many times, I prefer to wash my car at home and the minimum amount of time is 6 minutes so that’s how long I used the underbody wash for.

      Was in complete shock that this happened as I’ve never had a problem down there and some of the staff are very friendly.

      Completely unprofessional and disgraceful
