It’s so nice to see a well run Coffee Club! I had great and prompt service from the staff here. The waitress I had was very friendly and staff all seem to be generally quite happy.

The food came quick from the kitchen and was faultless. The restaurant has plenty of room and is a great atmosphere for working or visiting with friends. Great work!

I visited the Coffee Club on a Sunday afternoon with the expectation of enjoying a meal. However, my experience with the order of hot chips and calamari was beyond disappointing. To my dismay, I received onion rings instead of the calamari I had ordered. Not only were the chips hard, but the overall presentation resembled a poorly thrown-together meal with cheese not even melted properly. When I inquired about the mistake, the response I received was that I had indeed received onion rings. Upon telling that I had ordered calamari, the waitress hesitantly asked if I still wanted calamari. I reaffirmed my order, as I had paid for it, and eventually received what I had originally requested. This experience left me utterly disappointed, as I had never encountered such a low standard of food quality at this establishment before. My visit was deeply disappointing and far from what I had anticipated!

Came in this morning at 8am when they were supposed to be open, staff opened up the place came in at 7:58am but when we walked in and was browsing over the menu she demanded us to sit down even tho we only wanted a coffee we waited and I just wanted to get my coffee order in so when I went back up to the counter she was faced the other way I greeted her with a friendly “hello” and she proceeded “ oh “ and rolled her eyes then said what do I want extremely rudely I told her my order and she said go sit down in another horrible tone not happy at all I have been in the service industry for 4 years and no matter my day I will never take it out on a innocent customer. So much for “your happy place” like their logo says. ? but can’t lie they make some nice smoothies and coffees

Friendly staff – appeared to be short staffed on the day – ordered at the counter after a small wait. Had a yummy breakfast x4 peeps. Eggs Benedict with bacon and another with Salmon, pancakes x2, coffee. Everyone happy. Reasonable prices for a family brunch- clean and tidy restaurant- came in under $90.

I had hot chocolate there. It was really good. When I got there, the store was really crowded. I thought it would take so long for them to deliver my coffee, but within 5 -10 minutes they delivered my coffee. Hospitality is very good. It’s one of my favourite place to have coffee in Australia. ?

We ordered 3 drinks and 3 meals. 1 of the drinks was incorrect and didn’t get replaced. The meals… we got an eggs benny and the 1st thing i see is a black hair on my tomatos, 1 tomoato was green and a hash brown which was $3.10, my daughter ordered pancakes $15.95 for 3 coles pikelets that weren’t warm, the strawberry syrup tasted more like cough medicine than syrup and 1 and a ½ fresh strawberries on the plate. My husband got a big breakfast and the tomatoes weren’t grilled like was said on the menu and all in all was not a nice tasting breakfast. Very disappointed and will definitely not be back. What a waste of an $89 breakfast!!

Went here for brunch with our puppy. We sat outside and had a great time. The staffs were welcoming and attentive, food and drinks were ok, atmosphere is good esp with behaved pets. This branch has indoor and outdoor seatings. You order via QR code and the staffs bring your food straight away. The foods were generous and seasoned well. There are also good selection of coffee alcoholics and non alcoholic drinks.

We wanted a quick lunch before we headed to our next destination and stopped in at The Coffee Club. We ordered a Dirty Chai which was only just warm. Along with three main meals. While the Chicken Cesar Ciabatta sandwich look good in the window it was quite bland and tasteless. The Fish and Chips we ordered was just your average frozen fish, that ended up being very dry once cooked(while they did state it wasn’t Aus. Fish, we didn’t expect boxed frozen fish) And finally I had an open flat grill(I think it was called) with salad and chips. And while the flavour was nice, it wasn’t anything to write home about. Over all just a very average meal. The only thing we were completely happy with was the Baby-Chino we ordered for our son…

Awesome cafe tucked in a busy hub whenever you suffer a craving for sugar. Plenty of seats indoor and outdoor. Nice and clean tables all the time as I saw waitresses actively maintaining the dining area. Couple of charging points available near window seats if you need one. Toilet is pretty clean too. Overall it’s a nice spot to splurge yourself for a treat and smoko break.

Nice cafe with huge seating inside and outside both. Great to sit outside on a sunny day.

The cafe is in the main district docklands next to Melbourne Star.

The birds chirping along with the beautiful view, is something so peaceful.

Poor service. The waitstaff at the front took such a long time to take our order. Coffee turned out to be cold, had to ask them to warm it up again as I specially mentioned for an extra hot coffee.

We have given this restaurant a few chances now and it hasnt improved, the manager blamed the chef not understanding the new menu but thats not the case. All the food comes out dry, plain and terribily put together.

I ordered there new Beef Truffle burger. Bun came out burnt and un buttered, beef burger was burnt, next to no sauce and a token amount of lettuce and the chips were unseasoned and dry. The coffee club has the cheek to charge $21 for this, dont waste your money.. youll get a better burger from McDonalds.

      Absolutely terrible.

So relaxing here. We passed 2 other Coffee club cafes to get to this one. Outside seating within the garden area plus excellent coffee and a great Bacon Burger are all perfect matches. Plus right beside DFO Brisbane Airport.

      Awesome team and great food.

The Gnocchi on the specials menu was top notch, would definitely order again and the Beef burger with Truffle mayo was also awesome!

The place looks amazing after the renovation.

Went here first the first time today. Serive I couldn’t fault it but the food is another story. Ordered flat grilled chicken with bacon and cheese. Came out in three pieces. First piece raw onions only. Seconding piece had a tiny piece of chicken and wee amount if bacon. Last piece 2 small pieces of chicken with a little cheese. We both ordered the same and very disappointed, probably wouldn’t bother going back

Great setting for breakfast. Good food better than other coffee clubs the drinks/coffee were good. Service by wait staff and kitchen excellent. A negative a longish wait/queue to pay bill. I’d come back for breakfast again.

We decided to try out this place for breakfast on a Wednesday morning a few weeks back as we had noticed it being quite busy at other times of day whenever shopping at Rouse Hill Town Centre.

The order took some time to prepare so maybe they’re low on kitchen staff as we did notice they were advertising for open positions.

The portion size was reasonable on our omelette and the pancakes were tasty.

Nice seating arrangements inside but seeing how it was a pleasant sunny day, we chose to sit outside and enjoyed every moment of it.

Usually have a great experience here, however that was not the case this time around.

Popped in for lunch on 09/02/2024 and ordered a share plate. One of the items on this plate was calamari.

When the meal arrived, something smelt off. Putting it down to me just being very sensitive to smells, I didn’t say anything. I tried the calamari and immediately spat it out. My mum tried it herself thinking i was just dramatic and immediately came to the same conclusion. Something was very wrong with the calamari. I’ve never tasted something so foul.

I took the plate up to the counter and explained the issue. The staff offered to remake it, but i declined. Paid for the drinks alone and left. The manager did not approach us or anything. No apology, no questions, nothing…

This has definitely put me off returning ?

Complete waste of money. There are far better brekkie places around. The avocado on toast is a joke. There was barely any avocado on the bread. The sourdough bread itself was quite bad. There was no olive oil or pepper on the bread. There was barely any feta cheese. Scrambled egg was not well done. Wouldn’t want to visit this place again

We received wrong order twice. We are vegans n were served non- vegetarian food. Finally after correcting them about our order, we got the food we had actually ordered. The food looked extremely basic for the name & price. Really disappointed with the service and the food, the two main reasons one visits a cafe on a weekend. The staff took forever to get a fork as we only got 2 forks for a table having 3 people. I finally got up to get one myself. The credit to the atmosphere goes to the weather n the location of the cafe.

I like coming here. Generally food is good but choices of drinks are a little boring. I don’t even bother to order drinks now. I had a Caesar salad with calamari and it was yum. Only thing is the lettuce had weird spores on it and I didn’t take the risk and tossed those aside. Wish they had fresher and more leaves though.

Above was the old review and would like to update that their salad has improved very much. Always my fav. And staff was commendable, I left my phone in the cafe and they immediately took action to contact me. Very very pleased ?

Please people do not waste your hard earned here. This morning i got a standard bacon and eggs for breakfast and a latte. The latte was burnt and bitter to the taste, i could not even finish. the bacon and eggs come out on one slice of sour dough cut in half and an egg on each half. Sour dough was tough to cut and seemed over toasted. Not sure why normal bread can’t be used for toast for breakfast at coffee club. No wonder it was empty when i walked in, it is a complete waste of money. Some of these places think just anyone can cook for them but it actually kills their business. Hire an actual chef or someone with commercial cooking experience please. Hiring a barista wouldn’t go astray either. Better places around. Doesn’t deserve one star.

It’s like they put all the food in the oven for 4-5 business days to burn everything and then took it out for another 4-5 business days for it to go cold. Please see the photo of this “delicious” “runny” “poached egg”. Whoever gave the chef permission to “cook” anything needs to take a good look at themselves.

Not just once or twice but the coffee for take away always tasted like milk and a little bit of coffee and a lot of syrup. My standard coffee is skinny hazelnut flatwhite. Hope they improve the balance. Only a few places nail it very well.

Rude person at the cashier, she was condescending when I gave my order and gave us a table number when I looked, there was somebody there , so when I looked to choose another table, she said to hurry up as people were waiting. She made a point of walking to my table which was furthest from the cashier to ask me to take my leg down, I had rested my calves on the chair as my foot was sore due to nerve pain.. the chair was not getting dirty as it was my leggings touching it not my shoes , she said she doesn’t wanna serve me. I returned my coffee that I hadn’t touched and she gave me a refund. Horrible experience.

Worst cafe I’ve ever been. A pizza is just some cheese and meat on a toasted wrap. Only give one servette for a three person lunch and reluctant to give more, watery coffee… Fast food is way better than this cafe.

A nice convenient place to have a coffee after shopping in the city. Nice selection of cakes. Unfortunately the younger waitresses are not very service oriented and they are not responsive when I requested them to help clear the table. Came here with my partner because the Dome was closed. Minimal indoor seating and the outdoor seating is very stuffy. Our drinks came in takeaway containers even though we were dining in and my partner’s iced chai was mostly ice and all the syrup was concentrated at the bottom. Drinks are overpriced and the venue is unpleasant. Won’t be visiting again.
