      LEVISA are amazing to deal with. From my initial discussions with Kathy to all my interactions with Lia and Vinh, the experience has been nothing but positive. I was applying for visas for 2 minor children to ACT schools and whenever there was a blocker with the Education Directorate, Lia was onto it and looking for resolutions (and she always got a positive outcome). When the visa application hit obstacles, Vinh stepped in and addressed the issues and we were finally issued with student visas for the rest of their school years. I could not have been more impressed with their service and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure they got the best possible outcome.       All the staff were busy when we arrived so we waited patiently for about 15mins. While waiting a male staff member had politely told us that it wouldnt be long. Then a female one was free to approach us but then she was stopped by another person who suddenly popped in and she decided to help that person to check their stuff first.

      The female staff then came back to us as nothing had happened, without explanation or apology for letting others jump the queue.

      Today’s experience told us that whenever you came to this Flight Centre branch, just dont wait patiently there. Instead, you should grab anyone you can see and act more aggressively, then you can get timely services.

      Ultimately, we decided to book our cruise trip via the cruise company website. More choices of rooms, same price and more importantly, save us lots of time from waiting and dealing with all the impolite people and unprofessional staff.

      Steven Jackson from Flight centre cranbourne has been so professional. He has assisted me with my travel insurance claim after 11 months of wait with “cover more” no outcome Steven took over the case and within few weeks the issue was resolved as he promised. Highly recommend him if your travelling or planning to travel one of the best travel agents in town.

      I went with Steven at flight centre Cranbourne to book a holiday to Mauritius and even after booking everything he has been super helpful and always happy to assist. During the booking process he broke everything down for me and made sure I understood everything, answering all the questions I had, found the best prices for me and actually seemed happy to help. It was great to have a conversation with him and his optimistic character has really stuck with me! Overrall super happy with everything and definitely recommend Steven. 🙂

      I booked a trip to Melbourne today and the experience was extremely poor. The seats on the tour bus were very hard and my back hurt after sitting for more than seven hours. Moreover, the tour guide did not introduce anything and even charged a tip of five Australian dollars per person. I definitely don’t agree. I would give it a thumbs up and seriously don’t recommend it. Alos the car kept hitting me during the process.

      Excellent service as I expected. Me and my girlfriend had awesome time in Goldcoast. And credit go to F.I.T. travel for suggesting and organizing great tour packages. Staff were friendly and patient. We get all information what we needed. I will definitely book my tour again through F.I.T. Travel.

      Cannot thank the team (Tyson, Emily, Ana) for helping me out today and solving issues caused by another store. I walked in after an awful experience at flight centre Marion and expressed my concern over an upcoming trip. The team worked together to solve some issues with my booking (booking a ferry that should have already been confirmed /adding baggage which I was previously told couldn’t do) and really made me feel like a valued customer. They were compassionate and caring and reassured me that they would sort everything out. Take my hats off to the team for being patient with me and talking me through the errors that were made.       Initially I left a 5 star review due to the exceptional service I received from Lisa in booking my holiday which still stands, however on trying to contact you to extend my holiday when no consultant answered the phone after I left 2 messages also no contact to date. So I phoned emergency number where Joe sorted everything out for me, he was great. Apart from Lisa and reading your reviews it seems like you have a systemic culture of poor customer service I will not be engaging your services in the future. A day later still trying to contact Rundle Mall branch to alter travel insurance still no answer. Absolute joke.

      My boyfriend and I had a wonderful day out with Tim. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the region, the wines and the wine makers but is also a very attentive host. Three of the four wineries we visited were family owned and run so you get more of a one on one wine tasting experience. If you are looking for a winery tour in Perth then Tim is your man.

      I recently did the VIP Swan Valley Wine Tour. The whole day was a lovely experience. Being in a small group enabled me to interact with all participants throughout the day and share experiences. Nothing was rushed. We had plenty of opportunity to speak with the wine makers at all venues. Tim was a fantastic guide. He took us to smaller wineries that larger groups can’t get access to. I’m a big fan of the boutique, family-based wineries – you could feel their love and passion for what they do, and they all provided a very personal service. You don’t often get this at the larger, more commercially focussed wineries. I plan to do this tour again next time I’m in Perth.

      It’s our first time in Perth and we booked the one day Swan Valley Winery tour and it was amazing! Tim was super nice and welcoming, also of course knows all the wineries and everything about wines! It was a great pleasure to travel with him!       This was a great tour visiting several Swan Valley wineries. Tim, our guide, went a little out of his way to pick us up and drop us off at our motel. He was very friendly, but also professional, and managed to keep us cool on an extremely hot day! He filled us in on the history of Perth and the Swan Valley, and was happy to answer any questions we had during the day. All the wineries were different, and provided interesting and generous tastings. Our lunch was lovely and the visit to the Chocolate Factory at the end was great. There was plenty of opportunity for souvenir shopping during the day, and it was great to be in a small group, where there was opportunity to interact with fellow guests. Highly recommended.

      We had a fabulous day in the Swan Valley. Tim was a brilliant guide – knowledgeable but personable and down to earth, made everyone feel welcome. The wineries were well curated mixing bigger wineries with small family owned cellars but never feeling touristy. We left with far more knowledge than we had going in, and having had a wonderful day in the Swan Valley. Tim’s passion and attention to detail comes through and we would wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

      I’ve just finished the 6 week East Coast Explorer + Explore Sydney and it was incredible! Our tour guide Chloe really made the trip so easy for us and she showed us all the best sights and things that backpackers really want to do, really felt as though our experience was put first which made the trip for me. Loved where the tour went as well, simply couldn’t fault what we did at all – would highly recommend!

      I have just finished the six week east coast ultimate tour and I can honestly say it was the best experience of my life. The whole trip was packed with with amazing trips and activities, like skydiving in mission beach, bungee jumping in cairns and snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef. The whole trip is planned for you which makes the travelling relaxing and fun. The only thing that made the tour better than it already would have been was out amazing tour guide Luke. Luke was both professional and fun throughout the whole trip. He went the extra mile by booking group meals, arranging theme nights and played a massive part in bringing the whole group together. His constant positive energy and attitude made everyday the best day it could’ve been. I definitely would recommend ultimate travel and Luke to anyone.

      I had Maik as a guide, I am very happy with him, he made this week an unforgettable week and explained and showed us everything.       I booked the one week tour as a start for my working holiday experience and it was a very good decision. The tour was amazing, you meet so many new people and of course my tour guide Jake also did an amazing job. He was definitely one of the reasons why this week was so amazing! I definitely recommend booking with Ultimate Travel if you are starting your working holiday and feel a bit overwhelmed, they will definitely help you with anything you need.
