3 months agoThought this Walmart was closing but it turns out they are not. They did have some good clearance items for sale. They had lots of food and lots of other items as it is a superstore. They had TVs for sale and water floating mats. They have some really yummy smelling candles. I will definitely be back and recommending the store to others.4 months agoI got there an hour till closing, so the aisles were slightly crowded with pallets, workers and fellow shoppers, but I managed to find exactly what I needed. Now I don’t have to smell like a dirty nut sack another day. Thanks for the free pants wal-mart. Oh, and they love to play Pokémon GO here, so if you’re an avid player as I am make sure to stop in every Tuesday, Thursday, and all weekend for the overnight Pokémon party’s! They get pretty crazy, I lost a sock last month!a week agoA ridiculous amount of products in cages and even then effectively being out of stock of a significant number of items in one specific size. If it’s that common/popular, you clearly need to be on top of that inventory, it’s not like it’s walking out of the store untracked (because it’s caged). Redeeming quality was a floor employee coming to ask if I needed help.a month agoIt is always quick and easy shopping trips. Always have what I need..its the place I shop at for laundry soap dryer sheets.all cleaning supplies ..better deals than any where else ..the only thing I don’t like is the fact they never have paper bags or plastic bags..you have to buy their reusable bags for .75cents Why .so remember to bring your reusable shopping bags..otherwise you have to buy theirs cheapest one is 75cents.a month agoI bought a portable AC unit online. The pickup process was easy and that’s the only positive thing I have to say. When I opened the box at home, it was clear they sold a very used unit. Nothing in the product description stated it was used. The filter was extremely dusty and dirty, there were strands of hair all throughout the box, the window adapter was sticky and the machine itself was wet. It was disgusting. Those problems can be resolved with some basic cleaning, but it’s absolutely unacceptable that they sold a used unit with missing pieces. Crucial parts for the hose attachment and window adapter were not in the box. Why aren’t they checking returned items before they re-sell them? It’s a ridiculous and unnecessary waste of everyone’s time for me to lug this 70 lb box down 3 flights of stairs, load it into my car, and into the store and have the employees process another return on this same unit. Whoever is in charge of this department and return process at this store is doing a horrible job. Disgusting and unacceptable are the 2 words that sum up my experience.

a week agoTried to call and ask a simple stock question. They put me on hold for 15 minutes. Who knows how long it would’ve been, I hung up. When I went in person, nobody could tell me if they had this product in stock. They sent me to customer service, which had a 10 minute line. ALL FOR A SIMPLE PRODUCT QUESTION!Do not shop here.
in the last weekWent to Tigard Walmart yesterday looking for a product that said it was in stock. Asked an employee, she had said it looks like there’s 4 in stock and she calls someone over to the isle it was supposed to be because it wasn’t there. Took that employee nearly an hour to get to us (we had to wait in the aisle for the hour) asking on the intercom twice and i had to call the store and tell them i was waiting still. and she finally came to meet us there. She “went to go see” if it was there, after another 20 minutes and said there was none. Go to order online when it said it was in stock for pickup next day. Wait over half the day and still not ready for pickup. Horrible customer service!. Would rather drive farther to another one or just to a different store all together. Ridiculous.a week agoThis location is consistently clean, considering the stereotype of most locations. lol Wish there were more checkouts (darn the self checkouts! I’m not lazy, they took jobs away). Also wish there more supercenters around!a week agoOrder for delivery placed yesterday to be delivered today- then told it was delayed- then hours later, told it was stuck. Called store for half hour, no answer. Finally get thru and are told we would need to convert order to pick up- no drivers available- store said come in and get the order or wait for order pick up in the lot. Went in the store, THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US THE ORDER! Told us we had to go wait in the lot- Waited for an HOUR AND A HALF in the parking lot for someone to bring it out. We have also had other recent delivery orders arrive 2 days late. Can not depend on them to honor delivery timeslots and pick up is not any better. Need more staff and delivery drivers.2 months agoThis… is not a “superstore”. The men’s clothing section is 90-95% boys clothes. I kid you not, the only men’s shorts there were sleepwear. No men’s sweatshirts, only boys. Tiny selection of men’s pants, almost only boys.In fairness, the store is still clean, well organized, and seems to have most things that a suburban mom shopping for the family would get.
