a month agoI absolutely love that there is a late Vinyasa class at 7 pm. Unfortunately, most of the studios around Wollongong offer only classes after 5 – 5:30 pm. It makes hard for people who has a different schedule. Claire is an amazing yoga instructor. Her sequences of poses are very creative, enjoyable, and makes me come back every Monday night. Pop up workshops come up frequently to help work on parts of your practice.
