      I have tried to contact cafe team leader and the administrator for my child swimming lesson invoices for last year for the last couple of month.

      For some reason I either getting from the admin that she was giving the invoices without my child’s name or from Deanna with the incorrect dates. I have written a number of emails, store visit, or phones calls. Requesting a call back but with no call backs or email reply with correct information. I need to know who I can escalate this matter further. Why it is so hard to simply getting some invoices for my child swimming lessons. Thanks Lin.

      One of the best swimming centres and fitness facilities in the area. They have everything you can ask for – great gym, sauna, swimming lessons, group activities, showers, plenty of onsite parking. The staff are the best, very helpful and professional. So glad this facility is part of the community in this part of the city.

      The pool is not bad but one of the old swimming teacher and a life guard with blonde hair need to learn how to talk to people politely.They both responded me very rudely when I ask a pool noodle for my little girl.Very Disappointed.

      EDITED: IT HAS BEEN MONTHS SINCE I POSTED THIS REVIEW AND MORE EQUIPMENT HAS BROKEN AND NOT YET BEEN FIXED, THE WATER FOUNTAIN DOESNT WORK PROPERLY. But hey at least they fixed the lock on the disabled toilet

      I have been a member of anytime fitness before moving to Geraldton, the clubs in Perth are fine. However the Geraldton franchise is sub par at best.

      I was hoping with the opening of the new gym at the start of this year I would have my opinion changed.

      However the new gym has a fresh look with the same old issues.

      Old equipment which is either faulty or completely out of order. -Cable machine has been broken for 6+ months – leg extension machine has broken handles – dip machine is not working – reduced to one adjustable bench for the whole gym – seated row machine wobbles on one side – toilet lock on the disable toilet has been broken for months with a new lock ‘on the way’ – water fountain has now stopped working – cross trainer out of order – padding on lots of different equipment has exposed foam

      There is probably other broken/faulty equipment I have forgot to list.

      I have emailed anytime fitness directly more than once to address the issues and have not even received an acknowledgment of my concerns.

      I am a very patient person however it’s got to the point where it is ridiculous and myself and my friends are looking to cancel membership and move to Snap fitness, I’d encourage anyone looking to join to look elsewhere.

      It would be nice for the gym to look after long term members rather than ignoring issues and continually offering specials to try and attract new member. Retention is just as important as new members.

      You will not find better customer service anywhere in Geraldton! Angela, Tim, Tane are all great! Genuinely nice, Genuinely care. Gym is a bit old but they do their best to get stuff fixed for us. E.g ceilings can leak a bit but that’s not really the gym teams fault, they got equipment reupholstered. I imagine it’s a tedious and long process but the staff in the club always try to help and update us when you speak to them and bring questions or concerns to them ?just think the place needs an upgrade.

      I joined this gym about 3 months ago. Overall its a nice gym with great showers, toilets etc however, I have noticed in the last few visits that several machines are now broken and not usable. Not such an issue if you have more than one of each but as a small gym if a machine is broken it is noticeable. I feel a bit ripped off to be honest as I had to lock into a contract and now have equipment I can’t use. When will this be resolved?

      Totally agree with comments from Dan Leunig, and despite anytime fitness assurances, nothing much has changed, broken and poorly maintained equipment, toilets filthy and out of paper, faulty locks, no cleaners again. Soon they will need to place signs on the machines that actually work as faulty ones will out number those that work or safe to use. Patrons in bare feet, no towels used, no manager onsite. Albany, Bunbury and Mandurah were professionally run but Geraldton is a shocker. $18.95 per week is not value for money. The convenient location to me is why I have persevered, but will have to cancel my membership if things are not going to change.

      Very pleasant regional airport. First visit from Sunshine Coast. Exceptionally clean toilets are always welcome when travelling. Nice coffee shop and plenty of free parking. Service was excellent at the airport. Keep it up.

      Stopped here with a group of 14 cyclists ? and the new owners were fantastic. They weren’t fazed at all by the influx, were very polite and the coffee was great. Good selection of cakes for our group needs. Support the new owners by dropping by for a coffee ☕

      Airport is fine for a regional hub. There are toilets, a Cafe (pot luck if its open but has a decent selection). Avis and hertz rental car desks are there and staff are friendly. Plenty of carparking and not too far out of town. Airport reviews are weird cause…where else are you going to fly out of Orange??

      This is a self-service motel, easy to use. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. I gave five stars on service because of the condition of the room, someone has to service the and they do a very good job. One suggestion, make one of the PowerPoint connections a USB power point. My charger broke and my phone was flat. Would have been very helpful if there had been a connection in the room.

      For the price you are charged this place seriously needs to be better.
      Not even carpet or a rug on the floor… the television didn’t work and the room was extremely small and even with the lights on it was very dark.

      Joint from the outside is actually misleading as it looks average. Rooms however have been updated, very clean, after hours checkin litteraly takes less than a minute, nice and quite, beds are comfy with a central location. Bang for buck this place is on point.

      We had no major issues with the motel, although when paying $300+ for two nights you would expect the rooms to be a bit nicer.
      The beds weren’t very comfortable, had a smell in the bathroom, Obviously not adequately cleaned.
      They only supplied TWO towels with there being three of us staying two nights.
      It wasn’t until after we left we had more of an issue, we assumed there was no tv remote in the room being we hadn’t seen one or used one, which wasn’t an issue we just used the buttons on the tv and just needed the kids channel. We have since been asked about this and accused of taking it multiple times and then charged $60, as if we have some use for a random tv remote ? I offered to purchase a replacement if it was a massive issue and have the $60 returned knowing it would not cost that much for a new one. But “ that’s not how they do things “

      Any who each to their own, we won’t be staying there again.

      Great spot for a swim in port Macquarie. Pay the $5.10 entrance fee for access to 50m, 25m, and kiddie pool. Hot showers with private stalls in women’s but no stalls in men’s.

      Great pool. Clean right through the place. Really friendly staff. I sat in the gallery is the kids trained up. The 50 and 25 meter pools gave us flexibility for workouts. All for less than 5 bucks. Another great Y experience. Cheers.

      5 star swimming school with the lovely Maxine. We came up from Sydney and got into swimming classes and got 2 kids who could previously do nothing zooming through the water to the edge after 7 lessons. Lovely professional staff, clean environment.
