    Purchased a Cervélo Aspero from TCW some months back. Everything you could want from a local bike shop. The crew are Knowledgeable, friendly and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. As for the bike itself, it far outstrips the skill of this rider!     I’ve been interested in buying an electric bike for a long time. I walked into this shop and admitted to the owner I had no idea what I was looking for. He took the time to ask me questions and then went through all of the options. It was the best service I’ve ever had. Then to top it off, he delivered the bike on the same day and spent another 45 minutes explaining all the features. Also – first service is free!! Such an amazing business and Oliver was great!

    This is a great bicycle shop with an amazing owner. Oliver is a great person and helped me on such short notice. I went to Cairns for the IRONMAN in June 2023 and my bike was delayed by Qantas. My bike ultimately arrived on late Friday night and Oliver helped me set up the bike early Saturday morning with enough time to check in the bike to transition on Saturday afternoon. After the race, they came to my hotel room at the Hilton to disassemble the bike. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this bike shop to everyone visiting Cairns.

    The staff made the process quick and easy to hire a basic car for some local sightseeing. An added bonus was the complimentary driver from their office back to our hotel. Highly recommend.

    This car hire company offers relatively inexpensive car hire in Cairns and the staff are very friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when a Japanese person whose English is not so good suddenly visited them to make a reservation. We used the car to enjoy Atherton Tablelands and Palonera Park. The information given by the staff was useful. We also appreciated the system that allowed us to return the car outside of office hours. Furthermore, we receive e-mails every step of the way with booking details and insurance correspondence.
    Japanese staff are currently working there, so even Japanese people who are worried about local driving and language can rent a car with peace of mind. Thank you for telling us about the cheapest petrol station.
    We had an enjoyable trip. We will use your service again next time we go to Cairns.

    Even though we had a slight hiccup when being picked up from cruise terminal, I would highly recommend this family run business. Everyone we dealt with from initial booking to returning the car were very friendly and helpful. Pick-up and drop-off service available, reasonable price with no hidden extras (like I experienced recently at a large company in Sydney). Car ran well even with the air-con on full most of the time. I would use Mini Car Rentals again if in Cairns and will recommend to anyone I know travelling there. Thank you

    Well every interaction with people from mini car rentals was fantastic. The car they provided us was in great condition. It was clean, well maintained and fairly new models. I book two different cars for two days. They also fixed my wrong booking without any extra charges. I won’t hesitate to book car from them again. In summary here are reasons.
    1) Highly professional and friendly
    2) recent model cars in great conditions with affordable pricing
    3) responsive and helpful
    4) returned the deposit money without any fuss

    Also a general advice don’t book cheap cars if you planning to travel rural parts of Queensland. They might break down and it might ruin your holiday. Go with recent car models, go with mini car rentals.
