3 months agoI was rear ended on a Saturday. Killen’s was closed but after leaving a message on the website I was contacted straight away (by Mick the owner) to see if I needed to be picked up or have my car towed. The car was drivable so I was okay. Brought it into Killens on the Monday, it was looked at straight away. Sarah at the front desk rang my insurer straight away and sorted out all the details then put me on and helped me organise a hire car and the repairs. All done and dusted in an hour. The car was repaired in 3 weeks and immaculate. I could not be happier with the service and outcome of what could have been an awful experience. They were courteous and timely.4 months agoVery poor communication. Waited over a month for a quote to be sent to my insurer. I rang to follow up at the direction of my insurer and they assured me it would be done by the date of the assessment of the quote ( 3 days). The day of the assessment arrived and the quote had still not been sent to my insurer so I rang up again and they said their quoter was not in and wouldnt be for a week. At the same time they mentioned they were also running behind on repairs and it would take 5 months from the time of assessment to get my car repaired which I was not warned about despite asking at the time of the initial assessment.5 months agoKillens Smash Repairs provide a first class service. They did an awesome job on my Ford Ranger. It looks brand new!!!
