I have been a customer here for the last 4 years and had my hair done last Friday.

I have seen multiple hair dressers in this salon and trust them all. They all work as a coherent team anyway.

I like that they take the time to know what you want before the appointment. I sent through pics of my hair before and what I wanted to achieve and my hairdresser (Chloe) did some of her own research before I came in to make sure we were on the same page. Thank you Chloe!

The staff always explain what you’re paying for before you start your service so there aren’t any unexpected costs.

I also like that the salon offers you snacks and beverages during your appointment – very handy if it’s a long one.

Love my new hair! Thank you so much Chloe! And thank you to the gentlemen that washed my hair and helped me choose suitable products to take home with me. See you all again in 6 weeks!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lady and the hair in Melton for a hair colouring appointment, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff.

The colourist/hairstylist, Daniel, truly exceeded my expectations. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered valuable advice on the best shades and techniques for my hair. The end result was stunning – exactly the color I had envisioned, if not better. The application was precise, and the attention to detail was evident in the final look.

Not only was the colouring process fantastic, but the atmosphere at Lady and the hair was also incredibly pleasant. I was offered a variety of beverages to choose from while I waited. The staff’s professionalism and friendliness created a relaxing and enjoyable environment. Prue was so nice and funny!

Overall, my experience at Lady and the hair was top-notch. The talented and personable staff, combined with exceptional hair colouring expertise, make this salon a gem in. I can’t recommend them enough, and I’m looking forward to my next visit to maintain this fabulous new hair color.

I found Lady and the Hair in Melton early this year and am very happy to say this is now my permanent salon. Victoria has worked her magic on my hair and I get lots of compliments. I am a natural grey so have a wash, head massage, blow dry and cut with any extra treatments I choose to add on. I find the pricing very competitive and am happy to pay that for the extra mile the whole team goes.
The salon is lovely and very well set up and the whole team are supportive of each other, wonderful hosts and happy to help any way they can. Thank you to Victoria and the team.
