  I was supposed to get a fire alarm check from this company vis djc housing. I wasn’t home when they came so rang housing and got their number. I rang on 7th Feb at 8.50 am trying to negotiate a suitable time with you as I’m quite busy and was put on to a very unhelpful woman named I think Colleen in Lismore. She wouldn’t negotiate a time, so it happened again, another note left when I was out, I made a second call to you guys on 20th Feb at 9.58. Again refused to give me a time or even an approximation of a time. It happened again, and I rang both housing and platinum on 21st Feb at 8.30 am and the 13th march at 2.06. The woman kept saying they’d rung me but I received NO messages or calls even though I received other calls from trades. If I somehow did overlook a message, then my point is they did zero to try and help me, as if it was my destiny to wait in all day and weeks for them. Now housing say they are going to break into my flat if I’m not home to access the fire alarm. All this could have been prevented if you had a reasonable helpful person on the end of the phone and not someone who is clearly unhelpful at the very least. I’ll say no more.

  Really impressed with the work done by the crew. Had an EV charger installed in my apartment carpark. It was a long run of cable and required drilling through some concrete. The survey and work were handled well and I never had doubts they would be able to deliver. Really fantastic, all around.
