When I have an order with IKEA, I always use Geraldton Transport to help me get things from Perth to Geraldton.7 months agoCustomer service was top notch from the girls I collected my package from. They were kind enough to serve me even a couple of minutes after closing!a year agoHave been waiting for a delivery for about two weeks, did not receive notice of delivery on the day until after it had come and gone. The delivery driver did not ring the doorbell, or knock on the door, despite a family member sitting in the lounge in front of the door. I was informed that they only noticed there was a vehicle out the front when the truck drove away. I expected at least a text or even an email about the delivery, yet I received nothing and only realised that I had missed a delivery after I came home from work and discovered the “we missed you” card. The StarTrack website updated the package tracking with “delivery failed” immediately after having updated to “onboard for delivery”.
