5 months agoWe thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Maharaja Tandoori Indian restaurant once again. The food was amazing and plentiful. The waitress that served us was friendly and very accommodating. Food and drinks came out quickly. Service was excellent. Thank you for a lovely evening. We always look forward to eating at your lovely restaurant every time we are in Port Macquarie. Restaurant was half empty and still it took 1.5 hours for food to arrive. We did not order anything fancy, just the normal food. Still we had to wait for ridiculously long time. Staff was very arrogant and did not answer us well when we asked about expected time for serving food. Food taste was okay, just like any other average indian restaurant. Cherry on top was: My curry had a plastic piece in it and the staff blatantly answered “It must be from a box”. I was left speechless by this remark. I would never recommend this place. Butter chicken and Mumbai beef were ordered , with rice and two breads. The food was absolutely ? delicious ! Best Indian food I have had in years ….So plentiful and tasty. A must have experience if you are in Port Maquarie .
