Crayfish are cooked fresh for Fridays. Staff will even clean them up after cutting them in half. The fresh fish produce is clean and looks healthy and well filleted.

Terrible product and service. I purchased about a dozen cooked crabs from them for an event. They were clearly old and overcooked. The crab meat was like a paste. I was embarrassed to have started serving them. 3 of them were opened and discarded, the rest were put in the freezer to be returned.
Upon returning to Samtass to ask for a refund, they would only refund the weight of the remaining crabs instead of refunding the amount shown on the receipt.
They then told me to call the office to speak to Tony, the manager, which I did. I left a message with the office for Tony to call back and have received no response.
I now regret spending over $1k with them this Christmas and will be taking my business elsewhere and sharing this experience with others.

Rang ahead to make sure they had what I needed…22 December so place was packed. Waited in line for 40 minutes to find out they didn’t have what I wanted. Really annoying. Staff not overly helpful. Drove to a competitor not far away who had exactly what I needed and staff there were friendly and helpful…not sure why this place is so busy…better options elsewhere.

DELICIOUS comes at a cost. We purchased a fair amount of seafood for new year the grand total was 280$ we didn’t realise the lobster was $119 a kilo not per lobster as the sign was misleading in store. The bugs had eggs on them also which kinda creeped me out and 1 was extremely over cooked. However overall was quiet delicious if you want to splash out.

Very busy on the lead up to holidays, but they have a great traffic management system and queue. When the queue is about half full inside the tent it was 15 minutes to get served at the counter. High quality produce locally sourced.

I was gonna get some pre-cooked hot food but once I saw the potato cakes -thin, very dry, and very hard looking)- I decided this place is not rotating stock to my understanding. Service-wise, it peeves me that when a service worker has their back to me (waiting at the counter) but another worker (cook) can see me but they don’t tell the service worker I’m there, its just ignorant.

Wow service level has changed was in at 6:50 on 20/04/23 had to wait 7 mins no service or acknowledgement. Staff member just kept wrapping sandwiches back turned. Such a pity… used to have a great app that no longer appears to work and great staff who would make you feel welcomed and not like your interrupting their important sandwiches.

After a long awaited haircut appointment, I finally booked a few weeks before hand to make sure I’d get my desired day and time that suited me best.
I have been to this salon before and have recommended it to family and friends. The service I received today was unlike no other, there was a warm welcome from Hung who cut and styled my hair.
He took a lot of care in ensuring my layers were “perfect” and left no strand untouched. Although it took an army to blow dry my thick hair, they made it work so smoothly. My curls lasted me all night which I was pretty impressed with — given with my thick hair, curls don’t usually last me very long.
I can confidently say this hairdresser won’t make you cry when you go home after your appointment (we’ve all been there, done that). The pictures of my hair speaks for itself 🙂

Called the store yesterday to see if they would take me as a walk-in as I had a work function later that night and had no plans for my hair. They were more than happy to book me straight away. Annabelle was my hairstylist and she washed, dried and styled my hair. Could not have turned out any better and my hair stayed beautiful all night! Was also a really great price for all of those services. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the city.

I ordered a chair for click and collect 3 weeks ago. After two weeks was told it was in so I went to collect but they couldn’t find it. Jerry, one of the Managers at Gilles Plains advised he will order a new chair for me that day (Tuesday) and offered to deliver the chair later that day or the next (Wednesday) to make up for the inconvenience. I called Thursday as no chair arrived, and Jerry tells me he definitely ordered it and he went and “checked” and then tells me “yep, order was placed Monday”. This is impossible when we didn’t know a new chair was needed until Tuesday. I pull him up on this and he snaps at me saying he never said Monday, he said Wednesday. Either way the new chair order was supposed to be placed Tuesday. I then call head office and they tell me that no order has been placed at all and that they would order one for me now. I then get a call yesterday after another week of waiting, saying the new chair is in so I go in last night to collect and again it was nowhere to be found AGAIN!
…….But….Finally the chair was delivered this morning!
Jerry is completely incompetent, a liar and I genuinely believe he couldn’t care less about his customers. I am yet to receive any sort of apology from anyone at Officeworks and the senior store manager who was supposed to call me multiple times over the past week is yet to be heard from. I honestly can’t beleive how hard this has been to just buy a chair.

I am disappointed and angry. I placed an order of 6 greeting cards with their self-serve machines. I asked a staff member (I believe their name was Julie) if it would be shiny or matte, and they said matte. I picked up the order today and it was 1. shiny, 2. not even a greeting card. The 6 prints were on shiny photo paper, and rather than a blank back for writing, it looked like this (picture attached). If this is a greeting card, shouldn’t I be able to write on it? So I went back to the counter and asked about these concerns. The person on the register said “yeah, sorry, the size you selected is photo paper only.” I asked for them to be re-done and she said I’d have to edit them at home and come back. I know this isn’t true, because Officeworks staff have the software to quickly edit these and reprint them, as I did a few days ago with another order. However, the girl at the register could only say “sorry, the size you selected is photo paper.” …so why did Julie say they were matte? And why did the ordering system not prevent me from ordering this size if photo paper was the only option? And why are they advertised as “greeting cards” if you cannot even write on the back?
I might have to buy some white card and stick these on with glue, so I can write on the back. But I’ll go to the post office for that because hopefully they’ll have better service.

Been to this place many times, always value for money . The place isn’t fancy , and the food is good and it’s a great institution. Dishes are full of flavour and sauces are thick and plentiful. Lots of dietary options , and plenty of choices for vegetarians , as well as for those who don’t like their food too spicy . The staff are always cooking , so food is warm and fresh . Kids always love the Naan bread , and there are a few choices for those as well .

This place has delicious curry food, it wasn’t spicy but the flavours was good, big & generous portions. I like the butter chicken & love the lamb korma nice and tender, not so much on the chicken masala flavour here. The cheese & garlic Nan bread wasn’t flavourful & not good. The mango lassi was really good & tasty?just right.

My car came back like this after paying $99 including a so called upgrade from $85 (see pics below of a so-called premium wash from this Flufferz service). I’m still regretting why I have to take my car to this car wash service.
I have called to let them know and they have asked that I take the car back for them to re-do. But the thing is I’m afraid it can only get worse.
Definitely I do not recommend especially if your vehicle is relatively brand new like mine. I agree with a previous review that says they might do older models better, but not new ones.

Manager or owner is good, accommodating. Buuuttt… doesn’t know how to take care of new car. I specifically told then not to use any chemical when wiping the interior, but they did. The matt effect of the interior become shiny like used cars now. If you have new car, dont bring it with them.. better do it yourself. Also paid to clean the engine bay, wiping only.. but did not do it well. Anyway, I did regret bringing mine to them..
If your car is used car, i think will be perfect with them..

Have been going to this car wash for several years. The previous owner was thorough and did an immaculate job.
New owner is only interested in a fast turn around and its all about the quick dollar..
Car went in and 10 minutes later it was all finished ! You could still see where the bugs had been on the front. The car was dull and for $75.00 it was a waste of money.
My advice do not go there..
Former owner was terrific..sad that they have gone.
Not returning here to have my car done.
