Ordered on the app, says 3-8 mins, waited for 11 mins, saw something I didn’t want to see, probably won’t go back again.

      Here is what I saw.

Staff Eve or Evie(girl with brown hair, nose ring and purple nails) was making some yellow coloured drink(mango something, maybe), she made a batch and was trying to split into three cups. When she finished pouring the third cup she realised it was not enough so she used the blender as a spoon to get some from cup number two. No success. This time she poured some from cup 2 then split it into cup 2 and 3.

Probably not a health issue, but makes me feel sick.

      Dear owner

What I did was just sharing what I saw, people can make their decisions regarding how they feel about it. I don’t think I want to email you to discuss further.

But I do believe if you hire someone, no matter how old the person is, following correct procedures is necessary.

A halal snack pack is an Australian fast food dish, which consists of halal-certified doner kebab meat (lamb, chicken, or beef) and chips. It also includes different kinds of sauces, usually chilli, garlic, and barbecue, whilst yoghurt or yoghurt sauce, cheese, jalapeño peppers and tabbouleh are common additions. While the snack pack was traditionally served in a styrofoam container, it is now most commonly served in moulded pulp or cardboard containers, as most Australian states have banned single-use plastic packaging. The snack pack has been described as a staple takeaway dish of kebab shops in Australia. Some Australian restaurant menus refer to the dish as a "snack pack", "snack box" or "mixed plate". The name of the dish was chosen by the Macquarie Dictionary as the "People's Choice Word of the Year" for 2016. In Western Australia, the dish is often called a "meat box", and in Adelaide it is known as an "AB".

This is my first visit to a laundromat here in Australia, so my ratings are based on comparing this to those in the US. Machines are clean and functioning well; steady wifi; customers are considerate (most of them didn’t leave their clothes in the machine for too long); the place is clean -not immaculate but good enough for a laundromat, only some clothes lying on the floor; not sure about if it’s fairly priced but I’m happy with it.

I recently visited a fantastic laundromat in my neighborhood, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere. The machines were top-notch, efficient, and easy to use, which made my laundry experience a breeze. The prices were reasonable, and the facility was well-maintained, giving me confidence in the cleanliness of my clothes. Overall, I highly recommend this laundromat for its exceptional service, modern equipment, and welcoming environment.

A bit more on the expensive side and there are no locks on machines but on the contrary machines are relatively quick and there are plenty of dryers.

Most enthusiastic and genuine welcome I have ever had at check-in anywhere. Reception staff are helpful and happy to advise on all sorts of things.

They have a large well equipped kitchen, huge lounge, a TV room, & a quiet room for those who may need to work.

The whole place is well maintained and clean. Plenty showers with hot water and good pressure. Showers have a small “ante-room” with hooks and a bench to put your dry things. There is also a place to put your soap, shampoo, etc. in the shower. They do not provide shower gels etc. in the dispenser bottles (some backpackers do provide), so remember to supply your own soap & shampoo.

Dorms all have electronic locks with key card operation, and mine had an aircon which was fantastic. The beds are comfortable with good condition clean linen. They are metal framed so they creak when you move, but otherwise good. The pillows are very thin in use.

The only weakness is that the beds have no shelf for devices and no power socket to charge them. Strangely, there is a double socket inside the locker, which does not help if you try to use your device while it’s charging.

I can really recommend this hostel, especially for this price. Very nice staff, clean rooms and good facilities. It has a big and well-equipped kitchen, as well as many different places to chill. Located in a quite area and nonetheless not far from the city centre, I would say the location is perfect.

Have stayed at this YHA a few times! In 2021, and twice in 2023. Enjoyed it every time! Great open spacious kitchen including cooking amenities & area to chill out. Good walking distance to the city. Staff are all very friendly. Manager Will is awesome; he goes above and beyond! Recommend hostel in Adelaide.

Great place, very sociable people, and really wonderful staff. The place is neat and clean, and the rooms are quiet at night. Not sure I would recommend buying the breakfast. Either make it cheaper or add more variety like eggs and some kind of meat. Fortunately the kitchen is nice, and you can make your own meals

Adelaide Central YHA is a great place to stay. I booked a dormitory in this hostel for the first time. The premises are very clean and well-maintained. They have a large common area, kitchen, gaming area, storage room, and reading room. The dormitory has lockers, air conditioner, a fan, and a dustbin. I was delighted to find a charging point inside my locker, which allowed me to leave my mobile phone charging while I went outside. Overall, the hostel is a fantastic place to stay. Gorgeous place. Really enjoyed walking through the gardens, looking for statues, the sun dial and other little bits throughout the property. I had two youngsters with me (2.5yrs & 5yrs) and they loved it. We didn’t go inside the house, best to do without children I assume. We did the story book trail and it was fantastic! It’s fun searching for all the little characters and the little cubbys are fun and well maintained.

A truly stunning garden and courtyard to visit. We loved it. It is beautifully maintained and a great spot to relax, have a picnic and admire the gardens. The outdoor area is free to visit however if you’d like to give an optional donation you can. We didn’t go inside (which does cost money) but I have no doubts it would be beautiful inside too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an outdoor experience – to walk around at a blissful place and admire different types of plants and flowers.

A nice place with lot of fruit trees(lot of Pears Tree) Good for a 2 hour trip. Mansion was looking good. We didn’t go inside because there was an entry fee. Not crowded. Lot of parking available.

I read about Carrick Hill having an exhibition of Mid Century Moderns paintings in the Review, so decided to pop along to meet friends there at the Cafe and take in the exhibition afterwards. What a pleasant surprise it was. Gorgeous gardens, perfect for picnicking, and great views over the city, and an amazingly decorated mansion. House is not a good enough word for this splendid building. And the permanent collection of works on display was impressive. The exhibition was good too.

This place was an interesting visit. Alot of antiques items with stories behind them which you can learn in depth about by buying it’s story book from the gift shop in the castle. The entrance ticket can be bought at the place at $17 for adults $13 for students (just bring your ID card). The garden is vast with large garden and trees surrounding the place but during the summer there’s a lot of bugs, so prepare for flies and mosquitoes. This castle has a cafe at the location and there’s several trail around the castle garden you can explore with a map that you can get at the ticket area in the castle. There’s a surprising gallery on the top floor too that rotate different art (not sure about the interval). Very cool ?

Mount Lofty Botanic Garden is an absolute treasure in the heart of South Australia. If you’re a nature lover or simply seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, this garden is a must-visit.

The moment you step foot inside, you’re greeted by a stunning array of native and exotic plants meticulously organized in beautiful landscapes. The well-maintained trails and pathways make it easy to explore the garden, and each turn reveals a new surprise of colors and scents.

The views from the top of the garden are breathtaking, especially when you visit during spring when the flowers are in full bloom. It’s a photographer’s dream, and every snapshot captures the natural beauty of this place.

The educational displays and signage are informative, providing insights into the unique flora of the region. It’s not only a visual feast but also a learning experience for all ages.

Whether you’re an avid gardener, a hiking enthusiast, or simply someone who appreciates the tranquility of nature, Mount Lofty Botanic Garden offers a serene and rejuvenating experience. I could spend hours here, and I plan to return many times in the future. Highly recommended!

Don’t miss the chance to visit this botanical haven—it’s a true gem of South Australia.

It’s a pretty and peaceful garden to explore. Very spacious with large variety of plants. Nice spot for weddings or picnics. Saw a number of kangaroos roaming about. Admission is free. I would recommend parking in the lower carpark as the upper one is quite steep to get to and is a long way from the main sights.

Lovely park! Easy parking with toilets. Stunning views. An abundance of flowers, bushes and trees. If one starts at the upper carpark all trails lead downhill. They are steep! Getting back to your vehicle will take considerably longer time, then it took leaving it. Still well worth the treck.

The leafy seadragon (Phycodurus eques) or Glauert's seadragon, is a marine fish. It is the only member of the genus Phycodurus in the family Syngnathidae, which includes seadragons, pipefish, and seahorses.
It is found along the southern and western coasts of Australia. The name is derived from their appearance, with long leaf-like protrusions coming from all over the body. These protrusions are not used for propulsion; they serve only as camouflage. The leafy seadragon propels itself by means of a pectoral fin on the ridge of its neck and a dorsal fin on its back closer to the tail end. These small fins are almost completely transparent and difficult to see as they undulate minutely to move the creature sedately through the water, completing the illusion of floating seaweed.
Popularly known as "leafies", they are the marine emblem of the state of South Australia and a focus for local marine conservation.

Great Wildlife park off the main touristy track. Easy access from the main road with parking available on the street leading up to the park. The staff were very friendly. Arrive early if you want to get pictures holding a Koala as the spots fill up quickly. Fairly steep incline in some areas which involve a bit of climbing/descending. A great selection of animals given the smaller size of the park. Very well maintained and excellent value for money given the price of other similar sized wildlife parks. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

One of the best place I’ve ever been. Animals are very well taken care of and are very well relaxed!

We didn’t book the hug the koala in advance so we missed out. However there is a photo opportunity with the koala for the public so it’s not too bad.

Absolutely love this place. The new upgrades look amazing, and the staff are super friendly, patient and welcoming! (Thanks for your wonderful customer service Sam)

If you want a reasonably priced day out , then head to this place. Cost $90 for 2 Adults and 4 kids aged over 3, we took our own lunch/snacks and drinks and spent a good 3.5hrs. Lots of picnic spots, and places to sit along the way for tired legs to take a break or shady spots for a mum to BF. Toilets were clean, enclosures look beautifully kept.

Only down side is the koala holds sell out quick, so book ahead, but the bonus is you can still have a photo and pat for free.

Can’t wait to come back, we saw a mum & son doing a meerkat experience, which is something we would love to do next time.

Adelaide ( AD-il-ayd, locally [ˈædɜlæɪ̯d]; Kaurna: Tarntanya, pronounced [ˈd̪̥aɳɖaɲa]) is the capital city of South Australia, the state's largest city and the fifth-most populous city in Australia. "Adelaide" may refer to either Greater Adelaide (including the Adelaide Hills) or the Adelaide city centre. The demonym Adelaidean is used to denote the city and the residents of Adelaide. The Traditional Owners of the Adelaide region are the Kaurna. The area of the city centre and surrounding Park Lands is called Tarndanya in the Kaurna language.Adelaide is situated on the Adelaide Plains north of the Fleurieu Peninsula, between the Gulf St Vincent in the west and the Mount Lofty Ranges in the east. Its metropolitan area extends 20 km (12 mi) from the coast to the foothills of the Mount Lofty Ranges, and stretches 96 km (60 mi) from Gawler in the north to Sellicks Beach in the south.
Named in honour of Queen Adelaide of Saxe-Meiningen, wife of King William IV, the city was founded in 1836 as the planned capital for the only freely-settled British province in Australia. Colonel William Light, one of Adelaide's founding fathers, designed the city centre and chose its location close to the River Torrens. Light's design, now listed as national heritage, set out the city centre in a grid layout known as "Light's Vision", interspaced by wide boulevards and large public squares, and entirely surrounded by park lands.
Early colonial Adelaide was shaped by the diversity and wealth of its free settlers, in contrast to the convict history of other Australian cities. It was Australia's third most populated city until the post-war era. It has been noted for its leading examples of religious freedom and progressive political reforms, and became known as the "City of Churches" due to its diversity of faiths. Today, Adelaide is known by its many festivals and sporting events, its food and wine, its coastline and hills, its large defence and manufacturing sectors and its emerging space sector, including the Australian Space Agency being headquartered here. Adelaide's quality of life has ranked consistently highly in various measures through the 21st century, at one stage being named Australia's most liveable city.As South Australia's government and commercial centre, Adelaide is the site of many governmental and financial institutions. Most of these are concentrated in the city centre along the cultural boulevards of North Terrace and King William Street.

Very nice and clean farmers market. There’s so many food stalls, bakeries, cakes, drinks, etc in the indoor area. You can listen to music since there’s a few ladies playing the violin. The outdoor area also has some stalls selling drinks, sourdough, honey, etc. There’s a number of covered seating area for you to dine and have your breakfast or brunch. There’s a few vegetable stalls, fruit stall and one stall selling fish. Many people at the farmers market but not to worry as there are plenty of parking spaces. I think the flower stall is the best seller since so many people bought beautiful flowers from them and the price is reasonable.

One of the best markets I’ve been to in Australia. The open air section has so many farmer’s stalls to do your groceries and they are all spread out, making for a comfortable stroll in the open space. Then you have all the eateries and stalls underneath the Lancelot Stirling Hall, which has so much variety, you’ll be overwhelmed by the options. There are even free cooking classes available there too. My friend grabbed something from the Dutch food stall, whilst I tried something from the vegetarian bakery and the dolmades/sarma stand. The food was as delicious is it looked.
