Gotta hand it to the entire Will Ride team, who’ve all made our first e-bike purchases so seamless. They kitted up our Levo & Tero beautifully & even delivered our two black e-stallions to our ‘stable’ today!! We can’t wait to get out and ride our trusty steeds soon! Love your work guys!

Booked a last minute test ride for the weekend a month ago and the guys accommodated me on short notice. Had a blast.

Came back the next week and bought an Ebike and the guys did me a great deal (I just had to have one!)

Knowledgeable, friendly staff who have the time to make sure you’re set up right.

If you’re shopping for an Emtb, these guys are the ones to buy from. After sales service has been on point and they’re always down for a chat. Cheers guys

Rolled up to Will Ride last minute on the way to a TDU stage after a crankset mechanical & the guys dropped everything, fixed it asap & got me rolling back out to the TDU stage without charge or fuss. Great customer service & attitude. Highly recommend this team at Will Ride

Super happy with the service and friendlyness of everybody in the shop! Chill vibe and thanks Nathan for getting an awesome deal on my Levo! He was happy to listen to me about bike setup too which was a great help. Can’t recommend enough. And letting me not only sit on different sizes but take them for a ride was a great help!

Located in the heart of Adelaide, not too far from Victoria Square, it’s one of the bigger Goodlife Health Clubs around. If you’re looking for a super modern new facility with state of the art equipment, you might be disappointed, but hey, if you’re looking for a HUGE variety of equipment and are just wanting an awesome pump or workout (in a historical/architectural building), they’ve definitely got everything you need. The gym is split across multiple floors (see map breakdown in the photos) and everything is kept pretty neat and tidy. The photos should also help you work out if there’s something available for you. The staff were very friendly when I visited.

This Goodlife venue is the most classy I’ve seen so far. It’s located on CBD’s heart, very handy for a walk or public transport. Nice equipment. But I must say that my higher admiration is for the incredible historic building where it’s placed. A piece of architectural work, where you find comfortable and spacious areas, high ceilings, luminous, gorgeous! Women facilities are clean and with lots of showers and toilets. Friendly and helpful staff.

Would not recommend. I signed up originally not realising it wasn’t a 24/7 gym, but cancelled under their cooling off period, which allows me to cancel within 7 days to receive a full refund. We’re now 7 weeks down the track. They’re still taking my money, and won’t issue a refund (even though they agreed to do so originally as I cancelled in due time). I’ve followed-up 7 times: in person, via email, and via phone. I don’t actually think they’re malicious, I think it’s just extremely unorganised.

Happily used Goodlife in Glenelg for a good year, but moved into the city and started using this gym and am extremely disappointed. Old, rundown, dirty, HOT inside. To add the instructor doesn’t even show up for the group class with no prior warning. Considering cancelling membership.

Many shops and selling a lot of branded goods. Few cafes and small food stalls. A lot of sales item. The prices are rather affordable compare to Singapore. Good to buy in Adelaide. Harbour Town Adelaide is the largest outlet shopping destination in Adelaide. It offers a one-stop shopping experience where you can find everything from clothing and bedding to everyday essentials, as well as pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. The center also boasts a variety of restaurants and cafes, making it a perfect place to spend your weekends. One of the biggest advantages of Harbour Town is its large and free parking area, although it can still be challenging to find parking during busy weekends. I would recommend applying for a free VIP card at the Management Centre, as it allows you to enjoy additional discounts and benefits at the stores.

A huge shopping complex. Has plenty of branded shops and food stores. It’s a great place to spend time and do shopping at. The food store has a great view of the airport. It’s a calming and soothing place to sit and enjoy food. The complex is open till 9.00pm on Thursdays. There’s plenty of spots to park your vehicle. The car park is huge. One side has 4 hours free parking while the other side has 6 hours. The parking has license plate recognition (they say so) so better adhere to the parking limits.

The 10 Largest Movie Theater in Adelaide, Australia

Adelaide, the vibrant capital of South Australia, Australia, boasts an impressive array of movie theaters, each offering a unique cinematic experience. These venues showcase the latest blockbusters, independent films, and classic favorites, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. From grand heritage theaters to state-of-the-art multiplexes, Adelaide’s movie theaters provide a memorable and immersive movie-going experience.

Whether you prefer the charm of an old-world cinema, the convenience of a multiplex, or the intimacy of a boutique theater, Adelaide has something to offer. With comfortable seating, advanced audio-visual technology, and a wide selection of concessions, these movie theaters ensure that every visit is an enjoyable one. Let’s embark on a journey to discover the 10 best movie theaters in Adelaide, Australia.

Top Movie Theater in Adelaide, Australia

A multiplex is a movie theater complex with multiple screens within a single complex. They are usually housed in a specially designed building. Sometimes, an existing venue undergoes a renovation where the existing auditoriums are split into smaller ones, or more auditoriums are added in an extension or expansion of the building. The largest of these complexes can sit thousands of people and are sometimes referred to as a megaplex.
The difference between a multiplex and a megaplex is related to the number of screens, but the dividing line is not well-defined. Some say that 16 screens and stadium seating make a megaplex, while others say that at least 24 screens are required. Megaplex theaters may have stadium seating or normal seating, and may have other amenities often not found at smaller movie theaters; multiplex theatres often feature regular seating. The Kinepolis-Madrid Ciudad de la Imagen megaplex in Spain, owned by the Belgian Kinepolis Group, is the largest movie theater in the world, with 25 screens and a seating capacity of 9,200, including one 996-seat auditorium.

It’s a great venue close to home. The only annoying thing is their pricing. It is different every time you go. We got charged full price and not offered seniors. We are hoyts club members.

Great place to go see a movie. Always have plenty of snacks & drinks to choose from. Plenty Toilets available. Only downside is its so popular when you go get your ticket its packed. So getting tickets online might prove quicker. But it is always great to recline back to wait your movie

Went here to watch the new Barbie movie. What an experience. Comfortable seating. Surround sound. Relaxed environment. I be going back for another movie. However I do think popcorn was way to salty. Paper straws, to thin, break of in your drink, making it hard to drink without spilling all over yourself. Hope they fix these issues.

Very RUDE staff at the info centre. People coming there do not know something is why they are there to inquire. We do not need unnecessary attitude from the staff for not knowing something, that is literally what they are there for. I’d rather use the machine than talk to a person at Adelaide railway station.

Top Hiking Trail in Adelaide, Australia

The Yurrebilla Trail is a walking trail passing through the Mount Lofty Ranges in the Adelaide hills area of Adelaide, South Australia, to the east of the Adelaide city centre.
The name probably derives from the Kaurna name Yuridla, meaning "two ears", which refers to the peaks of Mount Lofty and Mount Bonython; the same word which gave rise to the naming of Uraidla. The trail is 54 km (34 mi) long and runs from Belair railway station (at Belair National Park) in the south to the River Torrens at Ambers Gully in the north. Mostly traversing the hills face, it also passes through Cleland National Park and the upper section of Horsnell Gully Conservation Park, as well as Giles, Morialta, and Black Hill conservation parks, and scales the summit of Mount Lofty. Much of the trail consists of old footpads, fire tracks, road reserves, and roads rebadged, with the trail marked along them, linking to form a coherent trail from north to south along with newly-created sections. Panoramic views of the city and Adelaide Plains are to be had from every section. It was officially opened on 2 September 2003.The trail is divided into one full-day and four half-day sections:
Belair Railway Station to Eagle On The Hill (17.5 km)
Eagle-on-the-Hill to Summertown (7 km)
Summertown to Norton Summit (9 km)
Norton Summit to Morialta (7.5 km)
Morialta to Ambers Gully (River Torrens) (13 km)

It was an autumn afternoon, I walked between the rain and the sun, between the sunshine on the treetops and at the same time the soft raindrops fell on the way back. This is a quiet place for you to relax with family and friends in peace because everything here is extremely simple. If you are a lover of unspoiled nature, this place can give you a gentle sense of harmony. It’s a feeling that comes from deep inside when we escape from bustling city life. Right here, I let my bare feet touch the ground and felt the love and breath of mother nature.

The Adelaide Park Lands comprise the figure-eight configuration of land, spanning both banks of the River Torrens between Hackney and Thebarton, which encloses and separates the City of Adelaide area (including both the Adelaide city centre and North Adelaide) from the surrounding suburbia of greater metropolitan Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia. They were laid out by Colonel William Light in his design for the city, and originally consisted of 2,300 acres (930 ha) "exclusive of 32 acres (13 ha) for a public cemetery". One copy of Light's plan shows areas for a cemetery and a Post and Telegraph Store on West Terrace, a small Government Domain and Barracks on the central part of North Terrace, a hospital on East Terrace, a Botanical Garden on the River Torrens west of North Adelaide, and a school and a storehouse south-west of North Adelaide.Over the years there has been constant encroachment on the Park Lands by the state government and others. Soon after their declaration in 1837, 370 acres (150 ha) "were lost to 'Government Reserves'". In 1902, The Herald noted that a total area of 489 acres (198 ha) had been taken from park lands. In 2018, the loss is about 568 acres (230 ha).The part of the Park Lands not in the "Government Reserves" have been managed and maintained by the Adelaide City Council since 1852, and since February 2007, the Adelaide Park Lands Authority has advised council and government. On 7 November 2008 the Federal Minister for Environment, Heritage and the Arts, Peter Garrett, announced that the Adelaide Park Lands had been entered in the Australian National Heritage List as "an enduring treasure for the people of South Australia and the nation as a whole". In fact, large areas of the Adelaide Park Lands along the north side of the complete length of North Tce, and along the north side of Port Road from West Terrace to the Thebarton Police Barracks, (in Parks 11, 12, 26 and 27), and also the rail reserves, (in Parks 25, 26 and 27), were excluded from the "Adelaide Park Lands and City Layout National Heritage Place" listing.

Great Hiking trails for all levels with lots of Koala spotting! First Falls is pram friendly!

I hiked up Third Falls and was pleasantly surprised with the height of the trail. I loved the fact that you could see across to the other side and see other people walking along too. The trails are easily labelled and colour coded with an abundance to cross over to other trails very easily.

Travelled from CBD via public transport which was very easy. Stops right at the start of the park. Walks are well marked and a number of different walks so can find something that fills your needs. I did three falls hike which was nice. Good views, and even looking as far back as Adelaide city. Reasonable standard of fitness required for that walk. Isn’t a long walk but some steep sections and the ground is quite rocky. First time seeing Koalas in the wild. They are amazingly close to the track.

Video of Koala ? in this review, along with epic birds and ducks ???

The fact that Morialta is a 10 minute drive from the CBD is one of many reasons why Adelaide is one of the best city’s to live in on planet earth.

The photos and videos in this review really don’t do it justice as this is really the family friendly (most common) walk you can take. It’s a beautiful walk where you can see a cave and waterfall. That being said, it’s really really good and always memorable. You can’t fault the location and the experience.

But!!! And a big massive but, if you don’t have a 4 year old with you like I did today, the walking trails are absolutely amazing. There are multiple skills / fitness levels and I would recommend every single one of them.

I have taken multiple 2-3 hr hikes here is it’s like you experience a lot of Australia ?? in one awesome hike ?

Absolutely incredible and it’s a reminder of how diverse the landscape is in South Australia.

Parking is good. Facilities like toilets / restrooms is good. Today there was a coffee ☕️/ food cart there. Safety is good. The natives and I’m touched wilderness is the best a conservation park could possibly offer.

The main trail from the car park to the first falls is all paved and great for walks with young children in strollers! Make sure to take the steps up to the giants cave on this trail!

The other dirt trails are quite rocky meaning that for most of the hike you’ll be looking down at the path before you and it can’t be accessed by those with prams/strollers etc but overall a great place for weekend hikes.

As an artist on Bluethumb I can only say positive things about them. They got my art all around Australia and even a few overseas sales. When an artwork sells I am supported through the process the whole way. Bluethumb arranges the courier for overseas sales so there’s no drama there. For small works in Australia I just drop at my local post office and larger works are couriered. We are guided in wrapping safely to reach buyers in top condition. Any artist not on Bluethumb is missing out on a wider market.
