      Just watch a woman service a chap at the counter, mask around her chin, rubbing her mouth with her hand. She then grabs a pie (I think) bags it and hands it to the chap, no gloves, didn’t wash her hands. Any wonder people get sick!!!!

      *Warning* do not give this company your money for express shipping, they are the most unreliable and down right useless company in Australia. My express post parcels will sit in the delivery centre for over a week until the decide theyre ready to deliver it. I have never once had a parcel delivered on time. Delivery days will continually change so status remains “on time”. Shipping takes 12 days from Adelaide to Alice. What a joke.

      After waiting for 45 minutes to collect my parcel, was told that I could pick it up because i select to be delivered. So….to be able to collect has be done an online form and apply to be collected, it might take 24 hours!!!!! This is my parcel, I have my ID with me and I can’t collect.

      The parcel collection line often takes 45 minutes and stretches to the footpath. Had been happening at least a year, with no improvement in that time. The parcel lockers are good but many parcels are not put in them for no good reason. Tracking indicates it takes up to a week after a parcel arrives in Alice springs to be sorted for delivery/collection. Delivery drivers seem to make no effort to actually deliver parcels.

      Definitely stop off on your drive in and run up the sand dune to get a view of Uluru and kata-juta. Wouldn’t recommend camping here unless absolutely necessary.

      It is a nice spot for a night with tables, bin and non drinkable water. But I would pay the same price to stay at the Ayers Rock Campground as for the fuel for both ways.
      Just to it before entering the park and after leaving. Use the caravan park when you stay more then one day in the National Park. It’s worthy.

      Like everything in the Northern Territory, this service station has a claim to fame, Amazingly its the worlds slowest air hose.

      Stop, revive, survive, its almost worthy of rolling out the swag. Specially if you have multiple tyres to inflate.

      The Staff are friendly, the fuel makes my car go and the bathrooms are clean.

      They even have refreshments while you wait for your tyres to inflate.

      Absolutely wasn’t what I expected ? from the outside the place looks like an office. It was really hard to find with the tiny sign in the door hidden in the corner of the building amongst several other buildings. When I went inside I was surprised how clean and chic it is. The beauty therapist was very nice and professional. The staff are friendly. I’d definitely go back for more services. Good prices in the services too

      While the food was full of flavour and beautifully cooked, the waitress clearly had no hospitality training. She was very friendly though and asked for help when she didn’t understand a request. Recommend it as take away.

      Food was average, best thing on our order was the salted lassi, rest of food was average.

      Service was poor, the wait staff was rude and was talking down at us, it seemed from her attitude when we walked into the restaurant that us being there was like inconvenience to them!! This was for dinner on Saturday night, the restaurant wasn’t set up and she rudely asked us to wait for 15 mins when she sets up, like 15 mins to set up a table for 4? And while we waited she called us in after 2 mins, it almost seemed like she was staying to shoo us away by asking to wait 15 mins.

      When serving the entrees she again rudely asks if they can start preparing our mains as they have lots of phone orders to prepare (I was never asked this before when dining out) I also noted she didn’t ask this to other tables.

      We were visiting the town and were tourists, left a very bad impression on us. A day prior we dined at another Indian restaurant in the town and the food and the service both were great which we didn’t get from this restaurant

      Great food with authentic flavours. Generous servings with reasonable prices. Dhal Makhani is an unusual menu item. This one reminded me of growing up in India many years ago. Highly recommended as a dinner venue.

      Rude Customer Service and charged for an item which I never received.

      I did a menulog Pickup order. After collecting the order and got back to my car, I found out that two items were missing (mango lassi and gulab jamun). I went back to let them know, however the server spoke arrogantly and said all items must be in the bag and that she doesn’t know where the order was from. She handed one lassi but denied upfront to give gulab jamun (which was already paid for ). This attitude from the server and being talked in condescending way , made me leave the place. Ridiculous behavior. Never ordering again.
