      We stopped here for coffee & breakfast & both were 5/5. Very popular little cafe in a residential area. Cars parked all the way along the street was the first sign of a great little spot. Well done to all the staff.

      Prob one of the best crepes I’ve ever had. Food and coffee was def a 5/5. The place was really really busy on a Saturday morning and pretty chaotic and overwhelming with a smell of burned oil!

      There are times when you just find the best breakfast in town or maybe ever. It was certainly a great idea to get here at 8am, by 8.08, it was packed. Friendly service, amazing food, and coffee. The owner, Nathan, took the time to talk to us about the business. We even got into discussing smoked bacon, plus he gave me a small cryovaced sample to take home. If you ever pass thru Armidale, this is the place to stop. 12/10. ????

      Really negligent business with alot of non English speaking customer service and opening parcels before collection. Tampered parcels, post man not delivering parcels and abrupt ignorant customer service. Always passing the buck for responsibility. Waiting at home for times given by SMS with no delivery and no attempt to call. Not even a knock on the door. Which would have been heard.       I didn’t have a phone number for Club Motel so had to search for businesses nearby that I remembered. I eventually found it and had to book online hoping I really did have the right place. I did, and it was worth it for my second stay there. Armidale New year Eve fireworks were at the back of the motel on the oval. So much fun to be so close to all the celebrations! Motel service was great, rooms clean and comfortable, manager friendly and helpful.

      Cannot thank Craig enough for his kindness and flexibility! Woke up to our car not starting and he was nothing but kind and accommodating! Offered up his own place to house us whilst we waited for roadside assist! The motel itself is perfectly located and rooms clean! We checked in and found our room had been pleasantly cooled down for our arrival! Cannot recommend this place or the service enough!

      Spotlessly clean, well maintained, and quiet motel. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. Very well run. Both the Owner (Craig), and the Customer Service Cat (Oliver) were friendly and welcoming. Close to the centre of town, so a short walk to a supermarket, pubs, and various food options. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Armidale, hopefully for more than just one night.

      Comfy clean bed, all we needed and a lounge to sit on instead of the bed. Bonus of buckets and squeegee to wash windscreen. Craig ensured we were settling in. Recommend this motel, stay and meet Oliver the cat.

      When we booked our accommodation for the Royal Hotel it didn’t state it was shared bathroom amenities not ensuite in rooms.
      Bathroom was clean but no floor mat to use and one of the lights didn’t work.
      The room was large and clean but there was no where to hang or put your clothes.
      There was no air conditioning for the room and a very small fan high up on the wall and did very little, hardly moved the air around and the remote didn’t work.
      The small table and chairs were so wobbly I’m surprised they didn’t break when sat on.
      The windows opened but no fly screens.
      There was no lamp in the room .
      Luckily they had a small common area with aircon, tv, lounge ,microwave ,fridge and coffee/tea area.
      If I didn’t sit there I would have broiled in the room.
      The pub was nice and the food was good.
      We’ll set up for winter not great for hot weather.

      Room was small but very clean, as were the common room and the bathrooms. Service was great, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Good budget accommodation in the centre of town. Would stay here again.

      Great place, the food is amazing. The pies and other baked goods aren’t the same-ol pie you get everywhere else. Really friendly people too. Don’t miss this place. Here’s some loaded popcorn chicken fries with gravy. Look at that weight!

      Great little corner shop & takeaway… they sell milk, bread & other products. It has a huge lollies shop. Sells Guyra bread, pies & sausage rolls… but you have to be fast as it sells out quite quickly. But they can also give cold pies to heat yourself. They make a great almond latte or mocha & have a little collection of cakes & pastries. The takeaway is really delicious & they have a good range.. garden salad & sandwiches. I would love to be able to get a Grilled barramundi or salmon… but really that’s about my only issue. I highly recommend this very handy store. The workers are hard working, helpful & polite. It tends to be quite a popular & busy little place. Oh & they have newspapers & magazines. (Just a few). The prices are good… very handy convenience store! Council needs to fix the bump in the zebra crossing. If your staying in Armidale or new to the area this is a awesome little shop, highly recommend… great for kids too. I’m dying to try their soft serve icecream & they do school lunches. The takeaway is on Menulog & there is a app you can also download. It’s obviously popular because you often see the Menulog drivers picking up food for delivery! Great little shop!

      2 out last 4 orders messed up. $48 worth of steak burgers can’t be eaten due to being smothered in sauce when we said no sauce!! This recent order paid for steak works burgers, got plain burgers and AGAIN got sauce!!

      I love this place and I don’t say that lightly. It is very fairly priced and the food always comes out with more than enough. You find all the classic Indian dishes here in a basic fast food style setting. I appreciate how simple it is especially considering the price point. The meal deals they have are great value and really good if you have a hectic workday and just need some quick food and then go hang out in the park.
