I just ran in to pickup an online order. This location is huge, seems much larger than the one my husband and I normally shop at. The store looked exceptionally clean. And very well organized. They have lots and lots of items to choose from also. The employees are really nice and extremely helpful. They all looked happy too. The store also has some awesome Halloween decorations, and Christmas decorations too. I really like this store!

I haven’t had the best track record with Lowe’s, so I’ve been doing business with their competition. However, I found myself needing something and was close to this store. I decided to give them a chance. I’ve been remiss in writing a review, so here we go.
I was in the Garden Center and was looking for a specific plant and had questions. Kristy was available and friendly with me. She answered all my questions and got me to the plant I was interested in. I greatly appreciated that.
Also, last spring, a gentleman named David, who was arranging plants, helped me find better plants for my needs, and gave me good education for tending to them to thrive in my environment.
These two employees have changed my opinion of shopping at Lowe’s.

They don’t answer the phones when calling in for customer service support. Phone was ringing for 20 minutes and then they picked up the receiver and hung up. Twice this occurred. Finally got someone to answer and the guy said they don’t do delivery support so he gave me a number to call. Delivery service guys are a hit and a miss, one out of four delivery orders did they get it right. Easy deliveries of washer and dryer install and haul off. Then their group doesn’t answer the phones as well, as the call rolls over to a disconnected sound tone. No luck with a manger’s support unless you go into the store and try to get face to face with a manage and even then the team responds reluctantly when you ask to speak to a manager. Terrible customer service and do not recommend.
I tried to connect with your repsonse phone number, but the wait time was 30+ minutes and no call back feature, so I am not waiting on the line another 30 minutes.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this Lowe’s. We’ve been trying to buy exterior doors from them for weeks at this point. I’ve gone into the store on three separate occasions and each time there is no one in that department AND no one in the store that knows millwork and had the ability to build a quote. All three times we left our contact information and project details. After not receiving a call, I decided to call them a week and a half ago. Yet again, no one was available to help in millwork at that time, so customer support transferred me to a manager who they said would be able to help. The manager took my contact information, said they had someone coming in in a few hours that could build quotes for this department, and assured me I’d receive a call back by end of day (though didn’t offer an apology for the frustrating experience we’d had up to that point). The outcome: I did not receive a phone call. I tried hard to spend money here but in fear of delaying my project, I PLACED AN ORDER WITH HOME DEPOT TODAY for exterior doors (they quickly built and processed a quote same-day). Lowe’s HQ should really spend some time at this location as they are leaving money on the table and it’s going right to their competitors. Next time I’m going to save myself time and start with Home Depot.

Great Lowes location. Had placed a special order through the website. Not only did it arrive 10 days early (which was awesome) but the staff at customer service were incredibly professional. They even had someone from receiving bring it to the front of the store, wait for me to bring my car around, and then assist with loading as it was a number of fairly heavy items. The store has a good selection, but it is the staff that make it great in my experience. And this location delivers.

We went to buy water filtration system for our house and found all the products we were looking for. Associates were super helpful in bringing it down the rack and loading it onto our vehicle (although we had to wait for sometime before an associate could help us with loading). This is purchase we made after a very long time at Lowe’s. If Lowe’s could offer better prices (much more competitive to other vendors in the market), I am sure many will enjoy shopping at Lowe’s.

Joey in the Pro Center is a great guy, employee, and human. He helped us with our trailer purchase today with aplomb and a minimum of fluff or fuss. I was worried about buying a trailer from a big-box hardware store, but Lowe’s and Lowe’s employees consistently acted with grace and confidence, even when they struggled to help me. The biggest reassurance to me was always having an employee able to help me within earshot, every time I’ve visited over the past two weeks preparing for my trailer build. If Lowe’s can get me ready for a big Labor Day weekend event, then I’m confident they can help you with a DIY project! Fantastic service and great attitude define my experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement.

I love the friendly staff at Lowe’s. About noon today I took my four legged fur baby nephew Floyd. He loves riding in the cart. Today in the garden center Floyd was gifted a Maytag Lowe’s bandana, we put it on right away and he has not let me take it off he loves it. Thank you Lowe’s

Nice Lowe’s! We went late at night so it was not crowded. I appreciate that they are open late until 10 pm also. No lines and no wait at the self checkout. Also, because I do go late, I prefer it be in an area that is safe, which it indeed is. They even have these two large camera towers (or whatever they are called) watching over the parking lot. Made my mom feel safer. They had a good selection and the store was pleasantly organized. We went for paint products and they seem to carry everything their competitors carry if not more. Customer service was good as well and was able to find someone quick when questions came up during the visit. Recommend going here when you need to.

I am a new resident to Austin looking to buy furniture, I stopped by this location after passing by accident and told myself I would only window shop for about 10 minutes. Once I walked through the doors I was instantly mesmerized by not only the options but the staff as well. Marc, the DOF (or director of fun) provided a wonderful first impression and offered us an increased couch on wheels to tour the store along with refreshments after coming from the heat. He then lead us to Alicia who provided much help and knowledge about different furniture and bedding options that I was looking for. 10 minutes of window shopping turned into an hour with a purchase due to their great deals going on. I would recommend this place to those looking to change up their homes or those moving into new spaces looking for quality pieces.

Furniture pieces come with a high price tag, but they offer customization in terms of color and material. On the downside, the delivery fees seem steep, starting at $200 even for just a single recliner chair.

Marc, the director of fun, is the best! I’m 13 and in every store I’m always bored, but in this one I had so much fun! Marc helped us to find the bicycle, and it’s the first store that I was able to ride a bicycle in the store! My cousins and I played for 25 minutes while my aunt was buying stuff for the house. The furniture was so good and beautiful, and even the adults had fun too. There was even a eletrical sofa for adults, it was really fun ?.

There’s so many options you literally could spend all day in there. No pressure to buy anything, and they have plenty of staff on hand to assist you with any questions you have. This is a place for all price ranges! Go check it out and ask for Javi!

Recently purchased a sectional couch from Rooms To Go after having a horrible experience from Ashley’s down the street. Our salesperson Geoff, helped us find our perfect couch for our new home. Not only did I receive excellent service in store, but our couch was also delivered on time, as promised. So glad that we cancelled our order from Ashley’s and went to Rooms To Go. We love our new sectional!!

Javier, made our shopping experience amazing! We were in and out within the hour. He was very respectful yet informative and allowed us space to explore the store which was very much appreciated. We came in already knowing what we wanted. As they did not have the full set he showed us the type of couch set it would be with fabric and color etc. We also left with a dining table which was exactly what we were looking for. The payment process was such a breeze. Make sure to see Javier when shopping for furniture you won’t regret it!

Furniture Store in Austin TX: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know
When shopping at a furniture store, it is important to keep in mind certain rules and guidelines to ensure a successful and satisfactory experience. These rules will help you make informed decisions, get the best value for your money, and avoid any potential pitfalls.
Here are some rules to follow when shopping at a furniture store:
Measurements: Always take accurate measurements of the space where the furniture will be placed. This will help you determine the appropriate size and avoid buying items that are either too big or too small.
Quality: Check the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture pieces. Look for sturdy construction, durable materials, and finishes that will stand the test of time.
Comfort: Sit on the furniture to test its comfort level. This is especially important for sofas, chairs, and mattresses. Don’t be afraid to spend some time trying out different pieces to find the most comfortable option.
Style: Consider your personal style and the overall aesthetic of your home. Choose furniture that complements your existing decor and reflects your taste. Don’t be swayed by trendy designs if they don’t align with your preferences.
Budget: Set a budget before you start shopping and stick to it. It’s easy to get carried away when browsing beautiful furniture, but it’s important to stay within your financial limits.
Delivery and Assembly: Inquire about delivery options and costs. If the furniture requires assembly, ask if it will be done by the store or if you need to do it yourself. Clarify any additional fees or requirements for delivery and assembly services.
Warranty and Return Policy: Understand the warranty and return policy of the furniture store. This will give you peace of mind and protection in case of any issues or dissatisfaction with your purchase.
While these rules will help guide you through your furniture shopping experience, it is equally important to know what not to do:
Don’t rush: Take your time to browse and compare different options. Buying furniture is an investment, so it’s essential to make an informed decision.
Don’t overlook comfort: While the appearance of furniture is important, don’t ignore the comfort factor. Prioritize your comfort and that of your family members.
Don’t disregard durability: Make sure the furniture is made from high-quality materials and has durable construction. Investing in furniture that will last for years is a wise decision.
Don’t ignore maintenance requirements: Some furniture pieces require regular maintenance, such as cleaning or polishing. Make sure you are willing to put in the effort required to keep your furniture in good condition.
Don’t overlook customer reviews: Before making a purchase, read customer reviews and ratings of the furniture and the store. This will give you valuable insights into the quality and customer satisfaction of the products.
By following these rules and guidelines, you can ensure a successful and enjoyable furniture shopping experience, resulting in a home that is stylish, comfortable, and functional.

Ok, this place is pretty cool to walk around it. It honestly made me feel like I was in a hoarder’s paradise. The prices are RIDICULOUS. Y’all there was a plastic flashlight that looked like it was found in an old shed they were selling for $65. Y’all I can get a 20,000 luminous flashlight at academy for the same price. And it WAS NOT AN ANTIQUE. It was a plastic piece of JUNK. I honestly have no idea how this place is still open! If you honestly want to know what it is like to walk through a hoarders place, check out Austin Antique Mall!

There is a great selection and variety here in general, but don’t expect to get any good deals here. This pair of boots was a particularly egregious example I found. Buying from a local non-profit that is meant to help feed and clothe struggling families and marking up over 400% is not a practice I would imagine many antiquers would support. This was found in vendor #916, and I’m sure they will remove the tag if/when they see this (although they were too lazy to remove the sticker the first time around so who knows). There is a good selection here, but I would proceed with caution when thinking about the kind of vendors you are supporting when shopping here.

I’ve been coming here for years and have spent a lot of money here but this has been the worst visit yet. I took my parents here, as they were in town visiting, and I found something really rare. It was a vintage wood cheese box from Pennsylvania, but what made it rare is it featured a hand-painted Dutch Hex symbol. The box itself was a little wobbly, but the hand painted hex symbol as in perfect condition so I decided to take it. My father grabbed an old metal beer sign he wanted. Both of these were taken up to the counter to be held until it was time for us to go. The lady making the announcements made it very clear that the time to leave was in 15 minutes, as the store was closing, so we made our way back to the front counter. When we were checking out, the same lady making the announcements was checking us out, but stopped in the middle of the transaction and handed it over to another lady to check us out. Not sure why, didn’t make any sense at the time. She had already handed my dad his metal sign which they had not wrapped up in paper, something very out of character for this place. Expensive or no, an antique is an antique and it should be treated as such. The new lady checking us out takes the sign back from my dad to ring it up then rings up the cheese box. She then handed the cheese box over to my dad and slid the medal sign on top of the box. My dad, now with his arms full couldn’t continue the transaction, so I decided to help him. I carefully take the sigh of the top of my beautiful hand painted box (which I couldn’t believe they had done considering it’s hand painted on top) and it is scratched! Not only is it scratched, she scratched the exact area that was hand painted. These hand painted hex signs are so rare, I couldn’t believe they mishandled this! When I confronted the lady who scratched it she pointed us to the original lady who was checking us out and said “well you are going to have to talk to her” so I guess she’s the owner. She overhead the entire conversation and said “well did you give them the 10% discount?” To which the lady said she had not. So the owner says “well you should have given them 10%”. The lady realizes her mistake, hands us a couple of dollars and says “sorry about that”. So not only did she NOT wrap our items, or give us the original discount, but she used that 10% we were already due as an excuse for her negligence. I was so irate I hade to leave. I am a shop owner myself and I would NEVER treat a customer this way. I literally bought a $700 Dutch chest from this same vendor I found the cheese box from and I can’t imagine how they would feel knowing this place mishandles their beautiful antiques. I will NEVER come here again!

You know that tingly feeling you get when you go into a Goodwill or a thrift store? Like that feeling of, I might find some hidden treasure for a couple of bucks to take home? You’ll get that feeling walking in here only to get it squashed to dust once you see that mason jars sell for like $60.
God bless the people who can afford the things here because I sure can’t. The things here are beautiful but think ANTIQUE prices and not THRIFT prices.
Staff was super friendly and talkative. The booths are very eclectic, some are complete landfills and others are pristine. The place is massive, I got turned around several times. It’s stuffy in there but they’re trying to cool the space as best they can with lots of fans, which is appreciated. I spent three hours in there, bought one thing, and saw endless things that I picked up only to put back down upon seeing their price.

This was a very packed but well organized, vintage thrift store. They had the standard items, but one thing that was unique was their vintage fabric that you could buy. It was a little overcrowded for my taste, but they had great walk-throughs, and you could actually see most of the merchandise.

This picture was taken at 1:36pm on 5/8/23. While I was standing there the employee unlocked the door, dumped her red drink out on the sidewalk (right in front of the door), and then re-locked the door. I asked, “What’s going on?” and she replied, “We’re closed.” No explanation. I recommend this store if you don’t really care if you are allowed to come in and shop. Otherwise, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Manager was rude and they charged me extra but claimed my card was declined, more than likely think there is some kind of skimmer or scam going on. Do not tap to pay only cash.

There’s a woman who works here with horrible ugly green teeth who has an ugly attitude she has curly black hair and she’s Hispanic. She needs better training or needs to be fired Period! I did not like how she treated me and my mom the last time we visited this location. And this store used to be my favorite. Either get it together or get rid of her.

Dollar tree has a good variety of items from: kitchen, snacks, toys, decorations, cleaning supplies, and hygiene products. This location is located in the Capitol Plaza area. The staff is friendly the store can be a little disorganized at times but that’s due to the high traffic this dollar tree receives.

Very rude and disrespectful employees telling me I couldn’t come in with my purse saying no back packs allowed. I clearly didn’t have a backpack and there was no sign up stating that as a policy. Very discriminating and incriminating

Yay!!! They have pool noodles!!! $1.25.
I just went on a wild pool noodle hunt and this is the last place that I thought would have pool noodles. No one else in the Anderson Mill Area has them …well at least where I looked. Walmart and Dollar General.

This store was down right trashed, dirty and scary. The manager was there and did not care about how dirty it was. I went in to buy affordable party supplies and would of rather paid more somewhere else just for a better experience. I could not wait to get out of there!

Dollar Tree is a Proud Member of The Lake Creek Festival Shopping Center and of Anderson Mill.
Cherie, Operations Manager, Dollar-Tree, Inc. is Excellent with a keen eye out for the safety and security of Dollar Tree’s Patrons and of Dollar Tree’s interest’s in that order.
We Patrons are numero uno, no question.
Everything in the store is a dollar.
The “Dollar” in the name —
IS NOT A LURE, DRAWING PATRONS TO FIND
ITEMS PRICED OVER WHAT’S SUGGESTED.
Truthfully, I’ve avoided these dollar outlets because of the price gimmicks of some thinking they’re all the same. I found my thinking had been incorrectly applied to Dollar-Tree.
Thank you Manager Cherie during my photo shoot of the “… Festival” Saturday, 17 July 2021, prompting this review.
Thank you also Manager Cherie for your assistance, your discussion & knowledge and for ensuring I’m a Google Local Guide Level 7 as stated. Your eye for Security is mucho appreciated and needed.

Ross Stores in Austin TX: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know
Shopping at Ross Stores can be an exciting and rewarding experience, allowing you to find great deals on a wide range of products. However, it’s important to be aware of certain rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping trip. Here are some dos and don’ts to keep in mind when shopping at Ross Stores:
Do come prepared: Before heading to a Ross Store, make sure to bring along a shopping list and measurements for any items you plan to buy. This will help you stay focused and ensure that the items you purchase will fit in your home or wardrobe.
Do check for quality: While Ross Stores offer discounted prices, it’s still essential to inspect items for any defects or damage. Examine clothing for loose threads, stains, or missing buttons, and check home decor items for chips or cracks.
Do explore different departments: Ross Stores carry a wide variety of products, from clothing and shoes to home goods and accessories. Take the time to browse through different departments to discover hidden gems and find unexpected deals.
Do take advantage of Ross Dress for Less: Ross Stores often have a section called “Ross Dress for Less,” which offers even further discounted prices. This section features clearance items and overstocked merchandise, presenting an opportunity to score fantastic deals.
Don’t expect consistent inventory: Ross Stores receive new merchandise regularly, but the inventory can vary greatly from one visit to another. If you see an item you love, it’s best to purchase it then and there, as it may not be available during your next trip.
Don’t expect high-end brands: While Ross Stores offer great value and affordable prices, they typically do not carry luxury or high-end brands. If you’re looking for premium products, it’s advisable to explore other retailers or department stores.
Don’t expect a seamless shopping experience: Ross Stores can be crowded and disorganized at times, especially during busy periods. It’s important to be patient and prepared for a potentially chaotic shopping environment.
Don’t forget to check return policies: Before making a purchase, be sure to familiarize yourself with Ross Stores’ return policy. While they generally accept returns with tags and a receipt within 30 days, it’s essential to double-check in case there are any specific rules or restrictions.
By following these dos and don’ts, you can maximize your shopping experience at Ross Stores and discover great bargains on a wide range of products.

Nice place, great staff and inventory! If I had one complaint, perhaps it’s that some items were just placed in odd locations (I spent a bit too much time looking for a certain brand of cookies where all the other cookies were). Still a nice store!

This was a VERY busy location. My biggest complaint is the lines wrapped a long way through the front of the store. It made getting through that traffic jam very hard. Minimal registers open, and self checkout was very slow. The reason for 4 stars is that an employee opened a register and made my experience enjoyable, and shortened that hour wait in line, to just a few minutes, so thank you for that!
Suggestion for the store and shift manager is if the lines end on either end of the store, you should have opened up a few extra registers to keep the lines from looking like black Friday on a weeknight before that happened. You created a nice fire and escape hazzard for everyone shopping there. This is not a small-town store that only services a thousand people that you can get away with 3 registers open at all times.

I have never been to a Walmart with so much garbage everywhere. The parking lot was filled with debris, the entry way, full of debris and the check out aisles had people’s half eaten food and beverages just dropped on the shelves. It was gross.

I don’t shop at Walmart much but I can say this store was very clean. I did notice music playing in the store was in Spanish and thought that was a little unusual, but it really didn’t matter to me. This store has many different items, but they did not have the picture hangers I was looking for. I did find someone fishing line with the help of an associate and other than that it was a non eventful morning.

Been there multiple times. It is always hard to find things. It takes longtime to get help. The battery and car department closes before their closing time. They made excuses like short hand, material outage. They have returned me 3 times even I was there on time. I bought 6 tires and every time I go there they want receipt even it is in the system. Walmart such a big company but it’s management is poor and inefficient. I would like to Sam club they never ask for receipt because it is in their system for ever.

Walmart has comparatively low price among other stores I visited here. Produce freshness is good. Great Value products seems economical and having good quality. Self checkout is good but most of the time the assisted checkout should be closed which might be difficult for customers.

The curbside pick up team doesn’t even deserve one star. They are used to mark groceries as picked before they even head to your car, and they have been doing that for quite a while. I scheduled a pick up for yesterday at 8pm. I checked in at 7:45pm as soon as I was notified groceries were ready. The weather got pretty bad in a matter of minutes and I got a weather alert that there might be hail. I rushed home, after multiple attempts to reach out to them using the phone posted outside and the main line. Not one soul picked up. As soon as I arrived home, I called the curbside 1-800 line and they promised they would message the store to change the status of the order from picked to ready so I could pick my groceries the next day. Around noon the following day (today) I called the curbside number because the status of the order had not changed. Again no one answered and the voicemail was still full. I was able to reach out to curbside through the main line this time. The employee that took the call indicated that they never got any message about my groceries, but that they were there and that I could pick them up later. I told him that I was sending my husband but that he doesn’t have the app and no one picks up the curbside number and the VM is full. The employee promised to clear the curbside phone from messages and ensure staff carries the phone. Guess what? My husband showed up and had to return without the groceries because no one was able to assist him and the groceries staff didn’t have a clue. I tried to call the main line this evening and this time the operator kept trying to get someone from curbside or a manager to assist: no one picked the call and the call kept bouncing back to the operator. If you are a customer do yourself a favor. Stay away from Walmart. I’ve given many chances to this and 7 out of 10 interactions are bad, and the most recent experience always top the previous one. One time they left all of my frozen items behind. There is bad, there is worse, there is worst, and there’s Walmart. There are so many substitutions out there. There is HEB, Amazon, Target, you name it. Give your heart a break and stay away from Walmart. I’ll disable my app after deleting my cc information and will go a step further and request the cancellation of my profile. This was the last drop.

Walmart is pretty consistent in the way they have their stores setup. However, you can always tell the best stores by looking at their produce, bakery and deli section, and they were excellent. One thing I’ve noticed is that they start charging for plastic bags. Not much, but it doesn’t really fit the Walmart brand. I know it might be to encourage people to bring reusable bags, but it really doesn’t work that way for busy individuals. If it’s for the sake of climate, they can be more creative. I mean I can think of couple of ideas of the top of my head. I’m sure they can too.

Walmart is one of the largest retail chains in the United States, known for its wide range of products and affordable prices. If you are planning to visit a Walmart store, it is important to know their active hours to ensure you don’t miss out on the convenience they offer. Here is some common information about Walmart active hours in the United States:
Most Walmart stores in the United States are open seven days a week.
The exact active hours of Walmart may vary from store to store, depending on their location and local regulations.
On weekdays, Walmart stores usually open between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
In many locations, Walmart stores remain open until 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM on weekdays.
On weekends, Walmart stores often open at the same time as weekdays but may close earlier, around 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM.
Some Walmart stores may have extended active hours, opening earlier and closing later, especially during holiday seasons and special events.
Walmart Supercenters, which are larger stores that offer a wide variety of groceries in addition to general merchandise, often have longer active hours compared to regular Walmart stores.
It is always recommended to check the specific active hours of your nearest Walmart store using their official website or by calling the store directly. This will ensure that you have the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding their opening and closing times. Whether you need to shop early in the morning or late at night, Walmart’s active hours are designed to accommodate a wide range of customer needs.
