6 months agoCannot thank the team (Tyson, Emily, Ana) for helping me out today and solving issues caused by another store. I walked in after an awful experience at flight centre Marion and expressed my concern over an upcoming trip. The team worked together to solve some issues with my booking (booking a ferry that should have already been confirmed /adding baggage which I was previously told couldn’t do) and really made me feel like a valued customer. They were compassionate and caring and reassured me that they would sort everything out. Take my hats off to the team for being patient with me and talking me through the errors that were made. Goes to show that they go above and beyond even for a customer who didn’t have an original booking with them. Thanks again team you have made my trip that bit more stress free. She has helped me with a few trips over the years and am always so impressed with how helpful and professional she has been! Also answering all my silly questions over countless emails – she is the best!5 months agoSam gave us Excellent service and promptly got back to us when we had any questions. We got friendly and honest advice and will definitely use Flight Center again for our next flight! 😀11 months agoInitially I left a 5 star review due to the exceptional service I received from Lisa in booking my holiday which still stands, however on trying to contact you to extend my holiday when no consultant answered the phone after I left 2 messages also no contact to date. So I phoned emergency number where Joe sorted everything out for me, he was great. Apart from Lisa and reading your reviews it seems like you have a systemic culture of poor customer service I will not be engaging your services in the future. A day later still trying to contact Rundle Mall branch to alter travel insurance still no answer. Absolute joke.o
3 months agoReally really ignorant staff. She gave me a price which was $700 higher than their online one with her poker face no emotion ???

![Adelaide ( AD-il-ayd, locally [ˈædɜlæɪ̯d]; Kaurna: Tarntanya, pronounced [ˈd̪̥aɳɖaɲa]) is the capital city of South Australia, the state's largest city and the fifth-most populous city in Australia. "Adelaide" may refer to either Greater Adelaide (including the Adelaide Hills) or the Adelaide city centre. The demonym Adelaidean is used to denote the city and the residents of Adelaide. The Traditional Owners of the Adelaide region are the Kaurna. The area of the city centre and surrounding Park Lands is called Tarndanya in the Kaurna language.Adelaide is situated on the Adelaide Plains north of the Fleurieu Peninsula, between the Gulf St Vincent in the west and the Mount Lofty Ranges in the east. Its metropolitan area extends 20 km (12 mi) from the coast to the foothills of the Mount Lofty Ranges, and stretches 96 km (60 mi) from Gawler in the north to Sellicks Beach in the south.
Named in honour of Queen Adelaide of Saxe-Meiningen, wife of King William IV, the city was founded in 1836 as the planned capital for the only freely-settled British province in Australia. Colonel William Light, one of Adelaide's founding fathers, designed the city centre and chose its location close to the River Torrens. Light's design, now listed as national heritage, set out the city centre in a grid layout known as "Light's Vision", interspaced by wide boulevards and large public squares, and entirely surrounded by park lands.
Early colonial Adelaide was shaped by the diversity and wealth of its free settlers, in contrast to the convict history of other Australian cities. It was Australia's third most populated city until the post-war era. It has been noted for its leading examples of religious freedom and progressive political reforms, and became known as the "City of Churches" due to its diversity of faiths. Today, Adelaide is known by its many festivals and sporting events, its food and wine, its coastline and hills, its large defence and manufacturing sectors and its emerging space sector, including the Australian Space Agency being headquartered here. Adelaide's quality of life has ranked consistently highly in various measures through the 21st century, at one stage being named Australia's most liveable city.As South Australia's government and commercial centre, Adelaide is the site of many governmental and financial institutions. Most of these are concentrated in the city centre along the cultural boulevards of North Terrace and King William Street.](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8e/Adelaide_skyline%2C_December_2022.jpg)
