      Friendly customer service, fresh delicious food that I cannot fault. Ordered a gluten-free toast with mushroom. I can’t remember what it was called but check out the photo below. Go check out this place for yourself. Perfect place for a weekend breakfast/ brunch or a lazy lunch or even an afternoon tea.

      I ordered a Croque Monsieur, a Lemon meringue tart and a flat white with an extra shot for lunch. I would have probably given the food 3 1/2 stars because it came out cold and it had to go back to be reheated. The bottom was untoasted and slightly doughy.

      The tart was soggy and all meringue with not much lemon curd. In saying that the coffee was decent and the service was friendly. I would return to try an eclair or baguette.

      A nice patissiere cafe with good coffee and baked goods, but the English of the staff member working there seemed a bit limited. The macarons are very good. It would be nice if they offered to heat the croissants, but perhaps they are unable to do so. It would also be nice if tomato sauce or relish were offered with the beef pie, but perhaps that is not an option either. I do like the coffee and food there so I will be back to sample some of their other items.

      Not what I was expecting. Coffee was good but almond croissant was leathery perhaps yesterday’s stock. Shop is quite dirty and floors have not been washed with soap in ages. Even the display cabinets have dirty glass. Manager needs a kick up the bum.

      Really enjoyed macarons there ! Fav were passion fruit, lemon merengue, and pistachios. Ended up getting 2 more dozens next day after I tried it. Croissant are okay. Almond croissant did not impressed me at all! But small cakes were great ! There are few tables outside which nice to sit down to have a coffee and enjoy little sweets. Place has sandwiches but have not tried any so can’t tell.

      My suggestion to the cafe is maybe to change glasses for tall drink for something more suitable because it is almost impossible to hold that glass with a hot drink. By the time the glass will get to a manageable temperature, your drink is too cold. Maybe have a large cup for that option.

      I came in early so they didn’t have many options prepared so I ordered the strawberry and raspberry cake. Both were very tasty! I have preference towards the strawberry cake more though, and I think you would too if you liked cheesecake or similar deserts. Service was very nice and polite, I highly recommend this place.

      This cozy canteen is full of amazing desserts!!!! Located in driver Ln, in Melbourne cbd.

      ?hearty tiramisu cake ? egg tart (best Portuguese tart I ever had) ? strawberry shortcake was so good. ? dacquoise pistachio and rasberry. So delicious nutty custard with lightly whipped cream and love the balanced with raspberry and lemon curd.

      We went to this lovely cake shop inside an alley opposite to one exits of the H&M flagship store. The shop assistant was very attentive and explained to us in detail about the sweetness and flavors of the cakes. We chose a version of the Strawberry Cake and it was scrumptious!

      Went there for my partners birthday and tried 4 different cakes. ❣️Strawberry shortcake ❣️Tiramisu ❣️Dacquoise pistachio and raspberry ❣️Mille Feuile

      They were all so good it was hard to choose which one was my favourite. But I will definitely recommend the last two since they blew my mind when I tasted them. Looking forward to going back and trying different cakes with some coffee?

      Flower and Stone Bakery is absolutely amazing! Their cakes are divine and will satisfy any sweet tooth. While it would be great if they offered alternatives to pork gelatin for their other desserts, their overall selection is still impressive. Jackie provided excellent service and made our day off to a fantastic start! ??

      My favourite was Mango & Coconut Bundt. I wish they made it in a cake, would love to get it for my birthday.

      I’ve been eager to visit Flour and Stone for a while, and during my unplanned visit to Darlinghurst, I couldn’t resist walking past it. The bakery has two adjacent locations – The Pantry for sit-down and The Annex for takeout. Opting for the latter, I enjoyed a delightful plain croissant and apple tart, accompanied by refreshing iced coffees. Despite the challenge of choosing from their extensive menu on a full stomach, I sticked to my pastry plan, trying the simple yet elegant plain croissant. It turned out to be a flaky, golden delight – light, buttery, and perfection. The apple tart was equally delightful. I look forward to returning to explore more tempting options. They also have other cakes and patisserie and pastries. Coffee was also great. I really enjoyed it.

      Best lamington in town!! I love that it wasn’t too sweet, and the cake was really moist inside, albeit it served cold. Pastries were good and flaky. Toast was well-toasted and it came with a scrumptious raspberry (or cranberry?) home-made jam.

      Staffs were so friendly and helpful, especially when you try to decide what to order lol. Everything was delicious. Coffee was good too.

      Location is really convenient because it’s literally in front of the bus stop.

      We got here a bit later in the day so there was not a big selection left. We got a slice of the family chocolate cake and the panna cotta lammington. Both were amazing! They have two locations, a small sit down one with fewer items and just two or so stores over a bigger selection one that is take out only.

      We had wanted to try Flour and Stone for a while and were finally here on Saturday morning. We were like kids going to a candy store and wanted to get all the pastries and cakes that were on the display 🙂

      It was a really hard decision, but we settled on: i) Panna Cotta Lamington – 5 * (absolutely delicious) ii) Pistachio and Orange Kouign Amann – 5 * (the combination of pistachio and orange enhanced the flavour and texture of Kouign Amann so well, this is the best Kouign Amann I ever had). iii) Spanakopita iv) Almond Croissant – 5 * (buttery, flakey and just the right sweetness, love it)

      It was a beautiful sunny day with a blue sky so we decided to take a short stroll to Woolloomooloo Wharf and had some of these pastries there outside of the Finger Wharf

      Delicious pastries over a nice water view over Finger Wharf = an awesome day!

      We will be back to try more delicious pastries!

      Probably the most unique jetty in South Australia. The new Whyalla jetty looks awesome. Unlike the ugly new Victor Harbor causeway, Whyally does their job well. It looks stylish and modern. It’s long and round shape gives plenty of room for fishing without bothering other people. There are ample shade sails on the jetty. Nice for fishing and squidding, I’ve got 7 squid within 2 hours. It was also good to watch dolphins swimming around the marina. There are plenty of facilities near the jetty such as toilets, pop up food trucks, etc. The only issue may be its height. It is quite higher than other usual jetty, so it will be dangerous if someone tries to dive.

      Really nice (and unique, in case you weren’t told enough) jetty to walk around or fish from. It’s quite new and clean and there’s a swimming spot very close by as well as a fantastic cuttlefish mosaic statue. There’s also undercover areas which is handy, and it might be lit up at night by the looks of it. No ladders/stairs or lower platforms and the short length combined with the average scenery make it less than excellent, though.
