      Praise to Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Center! We had a birthday party there today and it was brilliant! Thanks to Sharnee who helped with the booking, the catering from the Cafe and a massive thanks to Hannah who was our party post! You were full of energy, helpful, and went above and beyond for the kids! Would definitely recommend for a kids Birthday Party!

      I went to enquire about using it. So many people coming in and out eg school groups and individual people Appeared very busy and popular spot in Goulburn Is a big facility with a heated rehab pool Staff are friendly and helpful It has a fitness gym within the complex as well! Wow! Looking forward to using it

      Passed through the gym when travelling, and it’s acceptable. The machines feel a little cheap, and the atmosphere is a bit weird with absolutely no music. Saying that, though, it did what it needed to, and I got my workout in.

      Friendly and helpful staff. Great new facility. Miss the outdoor pool during winter, but the indoor lap pool is not so hot that its too hot to swim laps. It’s baby bear ??

      I didn’t have a phone number for Club Motel so had to search for businesses nearby that I remembered. I eventually found it and had to book online hoping I really did have the right place. I did, and it was worth it for my second stay there. Armidale New year Eve fireworks were at the back of the motel on the oval. So much fun to be so close to all the celebrations! Motel service was great, rooms clean and comfortable, manager friendly and helpful.

      Cannot thank Craig enough for his kindness and flexibility! Woke up to our car not starting and he was nothing but kind and accommodating! Offered up his own place to house us whilst we waited for roadside assist! The motel itself is perfectly located and rooms clean! We checked in and found our room had been pleasantly cooled down for our arrival! Cannot recommend this place or the service enough!

      Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms with full amenities, comfy beds and quality pillows. Only negative would be the paint peeling off the tiles in the bathroom. I will stay again and recommend this motel to my friends and family.

      Spotlessly clean, well maintained, and quiet motel. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. Very well run. Both the Owner (Craig), and the Customer Service Cat (Oliver) were friendly and welcoming. Close to the centre of town, so a short walk to a supermarket, pubs, and various food options. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Armidale, hopefully for more than just one night.

      Comfy clean bed, all we needed and a lounge to sit on instead of the bed. Bonus of buckets and squeegee to wash windscreen. Craig ensured we were settling in. Recommend this motel, stay and meet Oliver the cat.

      I’ve started taking my bub here this year and it’s the best decision I’ve made. The centre is amazing and very well set out especially for the little ones. I love how the owners have even put play pens in to keep your little ones occupied while you get changed and also while waiting for their turn to get into the pool. The viewing area is spacious and has plenty of seating. The staff are amazing and all super friendly, I don’t have a single bad thing to say. They explain what your child is about to do and why and spend time with each and every child. They also understand with the little ones that every day is different and they are not forced to do anything they’re not comfortable with. Apologies for the long review but this is the best place around to take your baby to learn to swim!

      Our children have been learning to swim there for about 2 years now. All the teachers are fantastic. Michelle and Brian are also great. Our children have advanced so much since swimming there and they look forward to it every week. A special thank you to their teachers Duffy and Catlin who are caring and full of encouragement.

      Horrible, the instructor mocked me for being slow (I pulled a muscle) and gripped me so hard it hurt. Didn’t do this to anyone else, I had no hatred or bad history of the guy and he hated my guts. Also, something about ‘only paying customers can use the change rooms’? We paid! I figure they’re just to lazy to clean it. My whole class was somewhat miserable after the trip and was not worth the $60 fee. They make fake promises to get kids’ hopes up; my friend overheard her instructor talking REALLY loud (so she could her them) about some bs like ‘we’ll move her up a group’. They moved her DOWN a group. If -20 stars were an option i’d have clicked it. Please, for the love of all things good DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN THERE. Not your students, not your children, not anyone.

      With 24 hr access its a convenient venue to suit anybody. Diverse selection of Weight and exercise machines or traditional bench press equipment.       The staff support is absolutely shocking. I went to the gym couple times to try to cancel my gym membership during the week. The worker always not there, and I’m still not be able to cancel the gym membership. Even when I call the phone number, there are nobody picking up the call.

      Beware hidden lock in fees. Poor and frustrating communication with management. Gym itself is average.

      I came to Mt Gambier for a couple of short term contract jobs (couple of weeks each) and was recommended to sign up for full gym membership and to freeze membership in between.       Caboolture Community Action Group is a not-for-profit association made up entirely of volunteers. They provide food hampers for those doing it tough, twice-weekly dinners for those in the community who are at risk from being socially isolated. These dinners allow an easy access feeling for people to connect with others in their neighborhood. If you have (still in usable condition) spare clothing, shoes, bedding, non perishable foods etc please consider CCA as your recipient. I’m also sure they could use some volunteer time from those who have some time to spare.

      Recommend to anyone homeless (or if you need to escape from somewhere unsafe), adult or child!!

      Plus, there’s food, clothes, a shower, a TV, you can relax, have a tea or coffee … a place to feel “normal”, without being judged.

      Not long became a member here love the gym. People at the gym seem to let you do your thing and willing to help if asked. I even signed the whole family up for memberships. Spa and steam room are awesome

      Lovely place to hang out with grandkids on a hot day they have a slide that is only open 15 minutes each hour,inside and outside pools, small park area and a Cafe but too few toilets for a complex of this size unless they are hiding somewhere else

      The facilities at this aquatic centre are great and well maintained. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for their swim school. If you want a different swim teacher every week, problems with assessing a childs swimming ability and a swim school coordinator that tells you one thing one week and something completely different the next because they can’t remember then this is the place for you. If you want a well run swim school with competent staff in their leadership roles then definitely look elsewhere. There are much more professionally run organisations in the Hawkesbury that we have found far better than this place. Stay well clear of this swim school!

      Due to growth in adjourning areas, they have become quite busy and populated. Washrooms are under maintenance for 2 months, entry system is old fashioned manual supervised and frequent cancellation and rescheduling of lessons. There is a lot for them to improve on.

      I lost my bag yesterday as somebody else took it while i went for my swimming class. It had my car keys and house keys. The manager was never there to solve the issue. They declined the access to security footage as well. Somebody called them to tell them that they took the bag and will return it on their next class. The reception said ok, didnt know about my case and didnt even bother to take this lady’s telephone number.

      A big lack in action from manager’s side. She isnt even there in the morning. Im calling and trying to get in touch with her. No calls from her yet.

      I feel like the management is really week and they dont have any empathy or desire to help.
