The Front Desk at YMCA, Penrith have to be trained to speak to customers appropriately,.
* also they have a age limit at the Play area mentioned as 2 to 6yrs and there were 12 or 13 yr old boys being playing and rough, as our 5yr old daughter got scared to step into the play area.
When informed this to the front staff, they were very rude and ignorant.
This is a very poor quality behaviour on their behalf.
They need to improve their behaviour.

It all starts well but soon you realise your input and concerns mean nothing. It’s all about the money and not the kids happiness. They do the whole PR thing with the token customer service lines, but it’s all fake.

YMCA is great for the family. My daughter does gymnastics there. Most of the casual classes suffer thanks to the more advanced classes get to use most of the equipment before any others. Seating needs to be improved as watching your child can be very hard as the vision is blocked by equipment. Great for parties. Rock climbing and a gym there makes it a little better.

This restaurant was suggested to me by a local guy whom I’m thankful for.. ?
– Great location…
– excellent staff – always smiling and welcoming
– delicious food.. must try Goat Curry ? The pot in which the goat curry was served should be a bit bigger so that the food doesn’t fall while serving to your dish..
– the plain wholemeal roti was good too..
– rates are not bad..
– 4-5 parking lots reserved just next to this restaurant… Otherwise free street parking is available..
– toilets are clean..
– The whole restaurant is kept pretty clean and presentable
Highly recommend if you’re around Whyalla..

So friendly,
I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a friendly and good place to have a Indian food. I’ll be back for sure. The prices are fair for the quality and services. I ordered Mater Panner ,Paratha Naan and the Lassi for dessert.
The staff was lovely and greeting me with a smile.

Not sure about this place. Waitress told me to pick a seat, I just pick a stool in front of the window, as I didn’t see any other table available. Maybe she should mention it was a second room on the second floor with tables you are not able to see from entry. She abandon me, so after 5+plus minutes of waiting, I decide to be proactive and approch to counter to order (venue was bussy. But not enought to abandon a costumer). I seat in front of the window, but sun make it difficult so move to 2nd floor (a sun screen film need to be installed on front window, otherwise, you are loosing that space on mornings). The signature dish was not as amazing as I was expecting. Toaster broke so I receive two slides of sourdough cold with no melted butter (the bread was keep on the fridge). The plate was huge but the presentation really straight foward. Chef, remember! 1/3 of the experience is visual. I was curious about the miso mushrooms, were indeed a nice add. Salt and pepper missing on table. Not sauce offered. Cappucino was good quality, but for the prices I will expect better presentation on the venue and dishes. I miss the little complementary mashmellow on side (in my way in I saw a jar full of them). The only table available in second floor give me a not welcoming view of a empty second kitchen (staff keep that door open, no idea why). If they put money to have a marzocco coffee machine, please, spend time and little bit money to improve the glassware and coffee mug (not nice to go to the best rate caffee place in town and receive a cappu in a woolworths cup). Maybe try with the op-shops, for sure different cool coffee mug will elevate the vibe of the place. In the meanwhile, give some spray paint to the staff to fill that empty hugly door with any crazy colorfull draw. Kuddos to the restroom decor. I will give a second chance.

Food was ok, nothing groundbreaking. Bacon and egg roll was ok, should have asked for the bacon to be cooked a bit more so that’s on me, but the double espresso was bitter, which was disappointing as place had great reviews.
Staff super friendly and super young, good vibe although they didn’t know what a ristretto was, which I didn’t want to be “that Sydney guy”, so just got double espresso instead. Which was sadly bitter.
Parking wasn’t too much of a pain, there’s a few free spots too.
This place would be an average mall cafe in Sydney; Not great, not terrible.

Royal Hotel
Address: 107 Beardy St, Armidale NSW 2350, Australia
When we booked our accommodation for the Royal Hotel it didn’t state it was shared bathroom amenities not ensuite in rooms.
Bathroom was clean but no floor mat to use and one of the lights didn’t work.
The room was large and clean but there was no where to hang or put your clothes.
There was no air conditioning for the room and a very small fan high up on the wall and did very little, hardly moved the air around and the remote didn’t work.
The small table and chairs were so wobbly I’m surprised they didn’t break when sat on.
The windows opened but no fly screens.
There was no lamp in the room .
Luckily they had a small common area with aircon, tv, lounge ,microwave ,fridge and coffee/tea area.
If I didn’t sit there I would have broiled in the room.
The pub was nice and the food was good.
We’ll set up for winter not great for hot weather.
Staff were very friendly and efficient.

It is a nice spot for a night with tables, bin and non drinkable water. But I would pay the same price to stay at the Ayers Rock Campground as for the fuel for both ways.

I really like the meaty flavour of the patty. It’s savoury, slightly sweet, and flavours are really nice. Initially I thought the flavour wasn’t as strong as what I like, but towards the end of the meal, I found it to be just right for the portion as any stronger and I probably won’t be able to finish it. The chips are good too, crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, though it was a bit plain and not really seasoned.
Overall it’s pretty good, would try again next time.

Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside beautifully cooked inside. Great “secret” Momo sauce whatever that was. Not so big you couldn’t eat it but not so small as if you didn’t feel you got what you paid for. Also had the fried chicken here which was equally delicious. Service was stupidly prompt and efficient. Meals came really fast. Only criticism and it’s such a small one. Way too much Ice in the makers mark. Watered it down badly. Other than that 10/10 visit.
