Whilst in Coles I found a lot of raspberries with mold on them. Being a decent person I thought I should report it. I went to Customer Service and spoke to the supervisor and she told meshe was busy and to go and find the fresh produce manager. I was reporting this to the customer service. I am the customer. It was not my place to go running around the store looking for department managers. I feel this treatment is totally unacceptable and Coles need to discipline this lazy person who couldn’t be bothered to do her job.

They actually had the cat food I was after and I got service at a checkout with a Coles employee. I refuse to use the self-serve checkouts! I want to keep employees employed, plus I don’t get paid to put my own groceries through the checkout. I would rather not have to do this myself after having a long busy day at work anyway.

Adequate Food Center with Diverse Options. The venue offers a wide range of cuisines, from Japanese and Korean to Vietnamese and local dishes. The food meets expectations. A small playground and simple games like tic-tac-toe and chess add to the family-friendly environment. Seating is abundant and the atmosphere is relatively relaxed. A fruit stall and ample parking are added conveniences, and the toilets are clean.

Lots of great shops and food at the venue. Nice set up for kids to play and they host events like birthdays. The events are catered by the local shops as well and everything is delicious and run very smoothly. Kids were thoroughly entertained for 2 hours with colourings, cookie decorations, a treasure hunt of sorts and lots of food. Prices were very reasonable too.

I was amazed by the products at the children’s clothing shop called Gangster Gran. I was told that all the children’s dresses were Busselton made by a grandmother. The dresses are so beautiful and are better and more beautiful than the big department stores. So I bought 2 beautiful dresses for my granddaughters. This Grandmother should be awarded by the WA state and Australia.
Well done grandma.

A must-visit if you’re in Busselton. There are lots of food stalls, adorable local shops, wine tasting, honey bees, and a bar. Plenty of seating. This would be a great place to come with a group for lunch since everyone can pick food that appeals to them and sit together. It’s located not far from town and there is lots of parking available. Not open every day – currently open Thurs to Sun.

This review is strictly for the Restaurant. My family have been coming here for years, through ownership changes etc. The menu has come a long way with more options but the food has gone up in price a lot. The food is good. The fish is fresh and the salads are nice. Well worth it if you are in Rouse Hill Town Centre looking for a healthy lunch or dinner.

Worst fish and chips experience I ever had. Took over 20 minutes to serve and no sauce, you had to go back to the counter and buy it. I had salmon chips and Greek salad costed $22.50 wasn’t worth it. Chips were flavourless and no chicken salt on it not did they asked if we wanted any. I saw a couple cleaning their own table to sit. Salmon wasn’t crispy skin so couldn’t eat it. What a waste of beautiful lunch time should have gone to food court. The portion size was so small. Won’t be going back there.

Pros:
Perfect location. Fresh fish and seafood always. Pricewise it’s better than other costs somehow. The staffs are agile and good. The salads available are filling and always fresh. The sitting arrangement is airy and overlooks the road. So, overall my Togo place for fish of all types.
Cons:
Nothing

This is a retail seafood store and a takeaway shop combined. You can get fresh seafood to take home and prepare or order of the extensive menu board. Everything in the takeaway shop is cooked to order so you might have to wait a while at peak times. I had to wait about 20 minutes, despite not seeing many people waiting for food ahead of me. It’s best to take food bought from here out of the shop. They don’t keep the tables outside the restaurant very tidy and they often need a wipe. The bins tend to get to overflowing before they are taken away. However, the food is outstanding. The fish burger is worth writing home about! The battered fish is light and delicate. It’s not soggy at all. They put on just enough salt and sauce to make the perfect combination of sweet, salty and fatty. Best fish burger in the west. The wait time and the lack of clean places to sit are a bit of a bummer though.

Bought marinated seafood from the display cabinet that was off, returned it and requested a refund of the $10.17 that I paid. I know when food is on the turn, especially seafood. The manager, Anna refunded $6.40 and said she would only refund the amount that I returned. Obnoxious Co worker, who proclaimed to be a chef, who originally served me said there was nothing wrong with it. I beg to differ.
Customer service sense should prevail and a full refund should have been given. It was the point, not the $$ side of it.
I told them if I get food poisoning, they’ll be certainly hearing from me.
They certainly don’t look after the locals who are their bread and butter, and I certainly won’t go back, and know many locals who feel the same.
There are plenty of other options for fresh seafood in Coffs.

Pleasantly surprised by this little gem! We had the calamari entree (yum!) and I had the macadamia salmon whilst my husband had the Cajun salmon. The Maca salmon was the highlight! Wonderful service from the young waitress also. Highly recommend this spot! Shame we live in Brisbane and can’t dine here regularly 🙂

Came here in the recommendation of a local. The chowder was amazing, but the bun was disappointing. The fish was pretty tasteless, as were the chips, so I’d recommend only getting the chowder. Ice cream looked good, I’ll try it next time I come here
