      Thank goodness I gave the salon another chance because Lauren and Layla are amazing! Gave me my dream hairstyle. Listened to everything I said, and kept checking in with me. I am so happy this time around. I wouldn’t recommend Jo as a stylist, she tried to talk me out of both the color and cut that I asked for at my previous appointment. And I walked away very disappointed. I insisted that I wanted it lighter and shorter and she insisted I keep it darker and longer.

      I have tried sooo many hair salons and stylists over many years and cannot speak more highly of hype all around experience…however when it comes to cut,styling and especially expertise in colour whether it be highlights, whatever, Claudia is my girl! Will never allow anyone other tha Claudia to cut or colour my hair. Absolutely perfect job every single time. Also you cannot argue that for whatever you have done with your hair the prices are decisively the best in Bendigo and surrounding areas. Really amazingly low cost for such expertise and quality. All staff are very friendly, polite and accommodating, but for me it’s Claudia every time. Awsome hair salon! 5star rating and I’m extremely fussy about my hair.

      Worst skin fade I have had in a very long time. The lady cutting my hair don’t know what she’s doing ending up with a crooked haircut. Very disappointed as I didn’t ask for a difficult cut, basically a skin fade and tidy up and thinned out on top. The lady did a poor job and I won’t be going back.. First and last time at that place. I would give zero star if there was an option for it $39 for 13 minutes hair cut she was in a such rush to do to the job within 13 min. Result – the worse haircut I have ever had. Even right and left sides are not the same level let alone cut style. Now I need to fix it with other barber

I’m new to Ballarat so needed to find a new hairdresser. I am very particular about my colour and I wanted to say that I am SO HAPPY with the colour and condition of my hair after my appointment today.       The owner called the police to have me removed when I went in to complain about the shoddy workmanship of how my hair extensions were put in. I asked them to fix my hair and was treated like I was neurotic for complaining. There is no working phone for this business so I had to drive 40km to go there only to be removed by police when I refused to leave until my $1800 hair extensions were put in properly. The owner will not have the need to take out a restraining order and I am not a liar as she seems to tell all her customers with any issues. I will not be back. This place is dirty and they rush to get as many people through the door as possible. And when the police are called on a customer for complaining about a service rather than fixing the issue I wonder how this salon is still in business. Carla Lawson, stands by her hair, it is beautiful and exactly as promoted it’s such a pity the only place in Ballarat that provides this hair are completely unprofessional and unreasonable. Carla Lawson will be fixing my hair but I will now have to drive over 200klm to have them lifted. I highly recommend Carla Lawson hair however I do not recommend Eve Salon at all. Terrible customer service.

      I came in on Monday 3rd December and saw Manny for a trim and tidy up of my hair and left with almost a bob and choppy framing around the face, the cut itself is uneven in some spots and alot shorter than anticipated. Then there is Manny, who seemed more interested in up selling hair products than the actual cut itself and was fairly blunt and unhelpful. It’s really disappointing because going by the reviews he was meant to be one of the best there (I’m not sure if he was having a rough day or what) but the whole experience was just rushed and uncomfortable, to the point I didn’t feel like I could voice my concerns there and then. I waited a couple of days to see if this style would grow on me, however this has just mutilated my confidence and I will think twice before going to any hairdressers again.

      Please ask him to take more care in the future, a girls hair is important.

      Making an appointment on Lavya Hair Design’s website was very easy and Ruby gave me a fantastic, very detailed, haircut. This wasn’t just some 15-minute clipper job. Instead, Ruby spent a lot of time making sure that the cut worked with the shape of my head and exactly what I wanted. Ruby was really great and I highly recommend Lavya Hair Design at Kmart Plaza.

      Best hair shop ever in Darwin. I had straightening and treatment, cut same time. It took more then 5 hrs, she did amazing services and has wonderful skills to covered up my hair problem ( damaged hair and dryness with crazy natural curling). Now got shainy and smoothly straighted hair. I would recommend to visit here if you got any hair problem.

      Emi is honestly the best nail tech I have found across 4 states in Australia! Every single time I have been to Emi, my nails have been minimum 4 weeks between appointments (sometimes 6wks) and nothing is ever lifted or broken (unless of course I have done something stupid to get it stuck somewhere ?) Not to mention I could watch you paint nails with your art skills forever. Pretty sure everytime I leave I say that design is my favorite ?       I couldn’t fault anything! Everyone was very welcoming and it was a fabulous vibe. It was a lovely first time experience and I am really looking forward to returning. The colour is gorgeous!
