      She was very skilled at cutting and my hair was a complete long mess and now it looks fabulous.

      “I’m always nervous when I try out a new barber, but Garry put me at ease right away. He’s a great listener and communicator, and he really knows his craft. He gave me the exact cut I wanted, and even suggested a style that would work well for my hair type. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

      Went here today after receiving a great cut from Gary on Friday, however walked out of there today with chemical burns to my entire scalp and forehead after getting my hair dyed by Sarah. This was after almost 4 hours of bleach sitting on my scalp and two rounds of highlights being applied despite me firmly saying ‘this really really hurts’ TWICE. The first time this statement was simply laughed off and she continued and the 2nd time she just went ‘yeah…’ and continued. Sarah’s English isn’t good at all and while I don’t mind this in general the fact that she didn’t understand that I was in pain despite me saying it twice and me being visibly upset is unacceptable. If you’re working with chemicals that could hurt someone as badly as they hurt me you should be able to understand when someone is in pain. Then she wanted me to come in again in a few days so she could fix up the colour she did on my hair, which had patches of yellow in the front despite me asking for silver. There was also a big blonde line on my undercut which I luckily don’t mind. A friend of mine also received a redye of her blonde which ended up looking very dead and lifeless, almost being one flat colour. Very disappointed.

      Had a worst haircut experience ever in my life. There was a guy who cut my hair and he literally didn’t know what he was doing. I saw him photo few time that I want may hair like this but he cut my hair exactly opposite. Usually other barber takes 20-30 mins to cut my hair but for the same cut he took over 1 hour and it was a very simple hair cut. I will never recommend anyone to this place where the business owner keep such an unexperienced staff to serve customers. So disappointed by the service today and it was a total waste of a time and money.

      If I could give a higher rating I would! Honestly from the start I felt so welcomed and looked after. They explained everything very thoroughly before even starting my hair. I had lovely conversations throughout the time I spent there and lots of laughs. I didn’t feel like a hassle to them. I 100% recommend for anyone who wants to learn about there own hair, what to do, what not to and what products you could use etc as well as get an amazing colour and cut.       I’ve been coming here for years now and I can’t recommend C&K strongly enough. I had a pretty bad experience with my previous hairdresser and the next day I was in literal tears with clumps of hair in my hands. I walked into C&K and was immediately comforted by Mel and her dad. And it was was not only professional, but personal too. I’ll never forget that day. Fast forward 5 years and my hair is not only flawless and healthy but it’s grown back longer and I feel like I have my identity back. From the bottom of my heart, I’m so greatful for the day I walked in there, because they changed my life. And the tailored care they give me for my journey, is like no other. They don’t give you a “one size fits all” approach. They consider everything and how your hair changes over time and apply it to you personally.

      I have just had my second hair cut at Charli & Kate in Wollongong with Jamie. It is the best haircut I think I’ve ever had! I love making a change to my style and it’s hard to find a hairdresser with the same enthusiasm for making big changes. Jamie has made both of my experiences such positive ones and I love that she had no fear in taking on the challenge of my copious amounts of hair. I also loved that she called on a team mate to look over the cut to get advice and input. They both showed a passion for cutting that I’ve struggled to find in years. That made sure I comfortable throughout my visit and was kept updated with my colour correction from black box colour to my future goal of silver!       Abbie is my go to person when I get my hair cut. She is professional and takes pride in her art/work. Abbie created a wonderful transformation of my hair to a stylish look. The whole team at Sharp N Stylish Hair Spa was amazing. They communicated well between team members and worked out an efficient system. The service was impeccable. If you’re after some pampering, hair wash and a head massage before a stylish hair cut, then this is the place to go. And the drink of your choice from their menu is a nice addition to the whole experience.

      After reading all the awesome reviews, I decided to give it a go because I can’t get a spot for my usual hairdresser in other salon. After the hair cut, I literally want to cry! I’ve been comunicating through out the whole process but the hairdresser doesn’t seem to listen but insists that he is right, what I request is wrong. I just wish my hair could grow faster and go back to my usual hairdresser to fix up. I hate give bad reviews, but I want to let other people know my feeling.

      Jina and Joy are absolutely amazing and very talented! I have got my hair done by Jina over the years and I was never disappointed.

      Jina is absolutely fantastic with a straightening perm, various hair treatments, colouring, including tricky ones like Balayage or Ombre, and amazing hair cut!

      As I started to have so much gray hair, Jina dyed my hair in a way which not only covers the gray hair, but also to blend in the newly growing gray hair! (See photo with a short hair.)

      She will also tell you honestly and directly if your hair is too damaged for perm or colour so that you won’t waste your money. The staff is well trained, professional and super nice too.

      The best Canberra hair salon by far and I highly recommend it!

      I visited the Cranbourne store on Sunday and I was so impressed with Filiz and Chloe. They both went above and beyond as customer service employees.       I came into the store to pick up a click and collect and asked if there was any chance there was availability to have my highlights re-toned. The girls managed to fit me in immediately and from the get go were the friendliest, most welcoming group of hairdressers I’ve ever encountered. I picked out a colour and after consultation with Filiz I ended up changing the colour I chose and I’m so glad I did because her suggestion was perfect. Both Charlie and Filiz toned my hair, and just watching how they interacted with each other and with me made me feel like they were a close knit, positive team. This created such a great vibe within the salon and it actually just felt really nice to be there. I was offered a beverage twice, the second time I accepted as Filiz convinced me she made a great coffee (she did!). Charlie then meticulously washed my hair, both girls blow waved it together, which saved so much time as I have a lot of thick hair, and Charlie gave me a much needed trim. I could not be happier with the service and the results of my visit today. I can honestly say that I couldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done now, the girls at Cranbourne Park have won me over for life. They were kind, compassionate and their customer service could not be matched. I walked into that salon a tired, worn out, faded haired mum and walked out a new woman. I felt a million times better, not just because my hair looked great, but because the energy and atmosphere in the salon was so positive and uplifting. That’s something that I believe can’t be taught and is purely a direct result of the genuinely wonderful personalities of the staff at the salon.

      I can’t express how happy I am with my hair and this Salon. Originally researching google reviews for salons that were good with blondes, I stumbled across Neons reviews. Very nervously I booked a appointment, asking for a senior stylist. After getting my hair done at various salons on the coast for 15+ years, and never completely satisfied, I was thinking it might be time for me to cut off my long thick locks. I was happy with my first initial appointment leaving with a fresh colour and being able to run my fingers through my hair. I think the second or third appointment I met the salon Manager Nicole. I asked if we could have a honest chat about my hair. She was open and friendly. I told her while I was happy, I still felt like I wanted more from my hair. When you have really long thick hair that takes some 5 hours you really want it just so. I began to list all the problems I’ve had at other salons, even ones I was loyal to for many many years. Things like the Colour never being quite what I wanted, to ashy or just bland, and always leaving with a dry and damaged mattered mess. The fact that I’d never left previous salons being able to run my fingers through my hair, always feeling like I needed to go straight home and wash it. I expressed that I was already a million times happier with her salon, but still wanted more from the Colour. I showed Nicole a picture of the blonde I was trying to achieve. And she explained to me how we were going to achieve that and what time frame without damaging my hair. She assured me we would get there and I didn’t need to cut off my long locks. Well yesterday I had my hair done again by Nicole and is such a gorgeous bright blonde. Another client walked in for her appointment and couldn’t stop staring and complementing me on it. She was totally mesmerized! So much so I heard her asking Nicole about my hair as I was leaving. I’m so thrilled to be the new ‘bench mark’ that people are trying to achieve with their blonde!       So happy with my hair and the service! as soon as I walked in there was lovely staff there to welcome me. The experience of the salon made me love my hair even more! I have been trying to get this color for 2 years and the first time Kerolin got it effortlessly! Will definitely come again ☺️
