Great store, good prices and friendly staff. Shame they take forever. I strongly advise against click and collect here unless you don’t mind waiting 15 minutes just to collect your order because you’re waiting for them to serve the two customers in the store before you. Otherwise would be five stars guaranteed!

My experience at Repco Joondalup was somewhat disappointing. We visited in search of panel clips but unfortunately, they didn’t have what we needed, so we had to go to Bunnings instead. It would have been more convenient if they had a better selection of parts in stock.

Placed an online order for an item “in-stock” only to have it mysteriously cancelled with no email or phone notification. Phone calls and emails to customer support were useless. Still haven’t been refunded after a month…

New owners seemingly have no idea unfortunately….

Went to pick up a spring onion and a bunch were soft and seemingly going off. Boxes of drinks just laying around everywhere still in cardboard and plastic.

The girl on the counter asked me if I knew what the vegetable was to put it through for her…

Not the same store anymore so if you need food late in the night look elsewhere for sure.

      The new owners are terrible!

      Rude, offensive and lack integrity.

Advertise one price on the specials docket and then when I go to checkout say “Sorry it’s not that price anymore. That’s expired!”

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away now!!!

This has been my local and go to last minute place for about 5 years or so. The shop size, although small stocks everything that I’ve always needed. The staff are good and the manager is always willing to have a chat. The shop is always clean. No, it’s not like a Coles or a woolworths, doesn’t have the capacity, but if you missed an item or two and don’t want the the hassle I come here. Best sandwiches I’ve ever had and at a really good price, made fresh daily. As for expired food, I’ve never come across anything I’ve bought here being expired unless it’s in the specials basket, I always check the expiry on products anyways.

I have been going to this store for almost a year now spending $100+ a week but I won’t be going back. The old lady in the morning was rude to many times and the manager backed his staff when I was correct. So my money and loyalty is going to a place more deserving. This probably should have happened sooner about 2 months ago I also saw the owner ask an indigenous lady to leave her kids outside the store unattended so they didn’t come in. Nothing Racist..

Purchased couple of items today. Only went in there because more convenient. Paid for items then the rude woman that served me didn’t even tell me what price was, or acknowledge me. She just turned her back and starting talking to her dim-witted work colleagues. The handful of times I’ve gone in there, they’ve always been rude anyway. I Don’t recommend. They will not have the pleasure of my business, my money or my beautiful face EVER again.

Walking past popped in to get Fin Review which they didn’t have but had a look around and what a great selection of fresh takeaway food they have! Brought Falafel wrap, spinach roll, sausage roll, cauliflower salad, pesto pasta salad, quinoa and pumpkin salad and soy latte. Coffee delicious and was given sweet little treat to accompany it which went into my mouth as soon as I was given it. Yum! Also have sandwiches, muffins, etc. Can sit outside or even a little area inside to enjoy your coffee and snack. Supermarket section has everything you’d want in a Foodworks including corn chips marketed as the hottest corn chips you will ever have, look forward to checking that out (with trepidation of course). Note the Falafel wrap was delicious and will be going back to get again! 10.2.23 nearby and literally popped in to get 1 thing and came out with 10! I tell you what they had baklava and I can’t pass up baklava! I even ignored the jam donut so I could buy.

Not many cafes around in this area and this one, which I often visit when in the area, is pretty good. The coffee, breakfasts, lunches and snacks are good. As you can see from the photos you can also pickup bread, grocery items, milk and liquor. On a nice day it’s quite plesnt sitting out the front sipping your coffee.

Was here on Thursday 28th /12 , the girl staff member not wearing uniform needs to learn how to pack a shopping bag, throwing our items in with no care at all , myself and my wife both said to her can you pack it properly, and she didn’t reply anything. After paying I had to unpack the back and then pack it properly myself. Very poor attitude from that worker , it’s usually pretty good here when I come , but this worker had a terrible attitude. She needs training in basic customer service

Now that it’s called star or whatever the hell it is, you must keep a close eye on the cashiers as they enter your goods. Three times now (that I know of) I have been charged multiple times for the same item. Staff cannot be trusted and the prices are barely better then a Woolworths metro. My advice, go elsewhere

Nice mix of Western and Asian groceries. Excellent location. The two biggest issues I have with this store is the meat section and the staff. There are some very strange and off putting looking steaks when I visited (see 1st picture), yet they haven’t reached their expiration date which means I would question the quality control at this store. The second issue I have with this store is the checkout staff. They look disinterested and unhappy. I shouldn’t have to ask for a receipt every time I shop. A simple smile and greeting would go a long way.

One of the worst Supermarkets ever!!! Without being racist, they mostly cater for Asian food and not a variety of food and products that “Footworks” is known for! They are extremely overpriced then any other Supermarket in the area unless its a sale price… Also the Isles are that narrow that a trolley will have difficulty going down and also especially when the supermarket is always messy and sock always on the floor every time I have been! Quite disappointing for a supermarket…

Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, I saw someone complaining that they stocked mainly asian foods so sadly looks like redferns full of racists. I’ve always had the staff greet me and be very polite. Decent selection of food with pretty good prices when items are on sale.

Used to be good, but has new owners now.

Main negative is the store closing before the signed times. Numerous times we have shown up, when it says they should be open, & we have gotten there & they have been closed.

Prices are fairly high for some items, but this is to be somewhat expected from an independent grocery store.

Prices are a bit hefty with pretty much nothing marked down or on special. Very hit and miss in terms of what stock they hold. Nice store and decent location. Stock management in the grocery section and prices is what let them down.

Barely anybody sitting in there, the employee at the register was very quite and possibly a trainee, they couldn’t count the total properly and seemed to be under the influence of something. Does this roll look appetising to you? I don’t think so. The whole sized chicken (no photo included) is practically the size of a pigeon.

We got takeaway, but wonder how their chicken is so crisp and crunchy. From the delicious moist tenders to the mouth watering pieces, you will delight in your meal. We don’t usually get Red Rooster as outlets are limited in Adelaide, but definitely recommend if you can.

Had some time to spare, so thought I’d give them a try. More than pleasantly surprised. Service was great and the burger was well proportioned and cooked to perfection. Not oily or soggy, but crisp and crunchy. Chips were great and not smothered in salt. In all excellent, all round.

Food was nice. Had a Tropicana pack with a wing, Cheesy Nuggets and Red Burger. All the food was tasty. Best chips ever. But the chicken portion was tiny. I have pigeons land on my house roof with bigger wing portions. Photo of my hand against wing below. My hands are not big either. They need to let the chicken grow for another week or two.

This has become one of our new regulars after not having it in years. We were tired of the oil sodden KFC in every local KFC outlet near to us, so we decided to try Red Rooster. We got the Fryer pack with potato and gravy and slaw. How refreshing to see them scoop out the potato and ladle the hot gravy over it and it tasted just like you’d make at home but can’t be bothered. The slaw, yum again just like you’d make at home but too lazy, none of the finely diced overly sweetened stuff you get from you know who. The fried chicken has crunch to it and is moist inside. If they sold a bucket of legs, I would be in heaven! Do they have 11 herbs and spices? No but they have crunchy yummy chicken, not weighed down by oil overdose. The staff have been friendly everytime we go there.

The service here was really good. They have given their menu a bit more variety and the fried chicken now really does rival that other big chain fried chicken place. But this chicken is significantly less greasy. As always the Ripper subs and Flayva’s are great too. Chips still solid as well.2

Food is typical red rooster quality, decent for the price. However The team working in the evening are extremely rude. They will leave you waiting at the counter and then glare at you while trying to order. Ive literally never been treated so rudely just for existing.

Very old established takeaway chicken restaurant. The building is well , showing its age, the toilets, and floors showing the endless tradie traffic on walls and floors, dirt and gease in the toilets, furniture basic and robust metal/ laminate tables marked. The food was comparable to other Rooster venues, tasty but average. ok, for a quick meal on the go.

Went to buy fried crispy chicken via drive thru., only to be told to come in instead and wait for 15 mins. Not really hungry so i didnt mind waiting. Went inside and ordered my fried chicken. After minutes of waiting and already past 15 mins. Lady said here’s your 6 chicken wings. I said those are not mine. Then she realized she gave my fried chicken to someone else by mistake. Waited again. No sorry whatsoever.
