I strongly advise against click and collect here unless you don’t mind waiting 15 minutes just to collect your order because you’re waiting for them to serve the two customers in the store before you. Phone calls and emails to customer support were useless. Still haven’t been refunded after a month…8 months agoWent in on Saturday the 03/06/2023 after 3:40pm and was instantly greeted by a staff member. He was quick to help me find the car polish and accessories I needed and was polite the whole time. I wish I had of got his name so I could mention his good work here.
