      Dr Janitha has been wonderful ever since I needed to see a different doctor as my previous one was on holidays. I have enjoyed her ability to talk me through what is happening with either myself or my girls. I also enjoyed the kindness and friendliness of all the practice staff and nurses. In saying this I now consider Dr Janitha and Pioneer Medical our family doctors so thank you and please keep doing amazing work. We appreciate everything you do.

      Whilst on a 2 month holiday from the UK travelling Australia I unfortunately needed to see a Dr . I was extremely fortunate to find Dr Rachel Bidgood! She was so caring, kind, thorough, professional and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt totally as ease. I had a MRI scan the next day and results within a couple of days. I was then able to enjoy the rest of my trip. I can’t thank her enough. It was certainly the best consultation I have ever had! I would move to Australia just to have her as my Dr!       Great service. I have been there twice. Once with a cat I was minding for a friend, and a second time with an injured bird I found. They were great to deal with both times. With the cat, their costs were really reasonable and were really understanding of the fact the owner was overseas and not involved. With the bird, even though it was a pigeon, they were eager to assist and it didn’t appear to be a drama for them.

      I switched to this vet because you can tell that they all genuinely love animals. The staff are informative, patient and hilarious. Parking is easy, there is heaps of waiting room space and they run on time. They actually take the time to read your pet’s history before the appointment starts and keep detailed notes.

      Deserving of Five Plus Stars As pet owners, we have had the opportunity to deal with many veterinarians over the years. Dr. Tim Reed is without a doubt the best. We have never met a veterinarian as caring and gentle as Tim. We found him to be attentive, honest, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and compassionate to the decision we had to make, which was not easy to make. His advice was complemented by his unwavering support. There is no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this clinic. This clinic’s entire team is just outstanding.

      Attended the ED yesterday (4/9/23) with mild chest pains. Got excellent, thorough attention and tests to prove that it was not heart related. All of the staff I saw during a long day were friendly and professional. Yes, I was there for over seven hours, mostly waiting for the next phase in the tests, but the reality is that there were a lot of other patients to attend to, many of them with worse conditions than mine. Top marks for their triaging efforts.

      We have a lot of people from our church have to go here and every time I have visited the staff have been incredibly helpful. The ladies at the front seat are exceptional as they deal with every different sort of person imaginable. I was there tonight and the office lady was helping someone find a left home – going over and above their call. The pink ladies here are amazing and all the volunteers deserve much recognition. Well done everyone in a very trying environment. Keep it up!

      Not impressed at all! emergency room 5.30am, obviously no doctors as know one was seen until 7am hubby being the first even though others were there first extremely heavy cold can’t breath very well heavy cough and flem and couldn’t even get a prescription for a decent cold & flu. Time waster and he was left in the room for 30 mins took 1 hour for nothing. Holidaying

      I was sent here in ambulance because I went into alcohol induced psychosis.

      From what I can remember during that night, the staff were very careful, handled me very carefully and ensured that they were safe and I was not going to hurt myself.

      The staff were extremely friendly. I spoke to multiple nurses, and security guards throughout my stay thanking them continually for taking care of me. They are genuinely nice people who want to help others.

      While nobody wants to be at a hospital my interactions with the nurses and security guards I believe has left a long lasting good impression.

      I was treated with such sincerity and care and cannot thank them enough.

      Well not many institutions deserve five stars except Geraldton Regional Hospital. Pre-pandemic “Our Hospital “was in many areas administered without a lot of efficiency nor caring . I had an operation then …and yesterday I had another similar procedure. What’s changed ? …well just about everything. The efficiency from all staff , the level of caring, procedures, transparencies of processes, security. How did all this happen ? Why are the staff so friendly, happy and always ready to help and assist patents ? Usually it occurs with good management that will set down a process that will clearly outline……”If you don’t want to help …. then get out of the way “ . Whatever… I personally just want to say …Thank you .??

      Its amazing how the admin staff treat foreigners in here! I’ve been living in WA for 5 years and they wanted to put my address from my home country??? (Thats where theyre gonna send the bill) I have private health insurance, I was in severe pain and vomiting and they couldn’t care less and let me wait and sit there like its nothing..

      However the doctors and nurses were very good and helped with the issue… admin staff unfortunately you guys are shocking! Shame.

      I would like to say thanks to MidWest whole team. All of the member are work very hard. The receptionist was very helpful. Even they are fully book. They still ask my puppy any problems, when they knew it’s in emergency. They helped me to fill my puppy in.

      Especially, the nurse who’s called ‘ Hannah ‘ She is only one take care of my puppy. She always worked over time. Because she reported me my puppy situation daily and always after working hours. I remember that I told her I miss my puppy so much, then she took a photo to show me immediately.

      I come from Meekatharra, it’s 6 hours drive to geraldton. However, they can give confidence I highly recommend MidWest Veterinary Centre to everyone.

      The attachment is my mind would like to praise yours. It should come on this week.

      I had the privilege of meeting Dr Khan at the Village Medical Centre, Dr Khan is OUTSTANDING in every way. She has the ability to connect and you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. Has got to be the best doctor I have ever seen and I have seen a few. Dr Khan is truly amazing, before I finish speaking she already has the answer. Seriously, if you are looking for outstanding quality of medical care Dr Khan is your answer.       The worse ever experience with Doctor Mathew, talk over you, does not listen.Very hard time to transfer my wife’s health records from him to other GP. When i asked to transfer my transfer health record, he said he can’t do it on working hours, are you kidding me.??Transferring records take up to 3 months. Could be cheap options as bulk billing, but his advice not even worth it.He should be career not trouble maker. After that experience does even deserve 1 star.

      Won’t be back. Rude, too busy on his phone. Refused repeat scripts. Shrugged his shoulders. Spoke loudly, over me and contradicted himself. He shouldn’t be practising. And to top it off he has marked my scripts as Brand Substitution not permitted. This means that I can’t get a non generic substitute and has ended up costing me a lot more money. Why should this be his choice? Non generic medicines have the same active ingredients. I am so disappointed that a Dr like this is able to practice. He is nasty.

      I have been a patient with Agaphy Medical Centre for almost 10yrs and have always found the staff and Dr’s to be professional, friendly and caring. Dr Nan is amazing and always treats me with the utmost care and respect. I am a very nervous patient but I am always put at ease and listened too, which I appreciate immensely. My family and I are grateful for all the clinic provides. Shout out to Nurse Dee for being so calming and lovely in any situation, she is wonderful. I highly recommend this medical centre!

      This practice was kind enough to fit me in on Friday evening when all of my other local clinics I normally go to were booked out. The doctor I saw addressed all concerns I presented to him. Contrary to other reviews I’ve seen, the receptionists I spoke with were very pleasant and welcoming. Although I went at a time that is less representative of the usual chaos I often see staff have to go through at many clinics, I left feeling like a valued patient and received successful treatment. Very happy with my experience here so far.

Being the first point of contact at a place where people are looking for care and compassion she definitely does not show that in the slightest, and going off previous reviews regarding a terrible receptionist, I think it can be narrowed down to who it may be.       So apparently if you haven’t been to this doctors practise in 12 months you’re classed as a new patient. They don’t value mental health what so ever. The receptionists are angry women who need to learn some manners and etiquette. They have changed hands with management and are completely incompetent, they don’t know how to manage people and its embarrassing. Avoid this place, the way I got treated is horrible.

      We have been patients with my family of this clinic for the past 10 years and we were very happy seeing Dr Diddi who left last month. It used to be a very nice place. But this past year we have seen how this clinic has gone down the hill very quickly. Starting for the reception staff , some of them are not very nice and lack of customer service and charging $1 for a mask which they must pay $0.01 each is pure greed. My husband asked for an appointment which he asked to be confirmed via email but he never got a confirmation. He went today, they told him he lost his appointment that he was late, no way to confirm because they stopped sending messages. But more than anything is the attitude, certainly not a pleasant place anymore. We will be looking for another place

      This place is great. Online booking system is so easy. They are good at managing their appointment schedule so they are on time. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10 min. Ladies at the front are lovely and welcoming. And importantly, all the doctors I’ve seen have been incredibly helpful ?

      Have been coming here for nearly 20 years for everything ranging from travel medicine through to regular check ups. All of the staff are lovely and the GPs genuinely care about their patients. They get busy just like any clinic but will always try to get you in with your GP as soon as they can. Couldn’t recommend Globe highly enough.

      What a group of dedicated, caring and pleasant professionals! From the moment I arrived there on the 1st Floor, I was warmly greeted and made to feel I mattered. The doctor, Dr Elaine Powell who attended to me and the whole team made sure I received ALL the correct immunisations appropriate for the countries I’d be visiting, that I had the correct paperwork information and records of my immunisation history etc etc. In short, they were awesome! Why aren’t all medical practices this caring and respectful? I can’t recommend GLOBE MEDICAL ADELAIDE (Hindmarsh Square) highly enough! Thank you very much guys ?? Keep up your good work. Dorinda

      The reception area is a hit and miss. Unfortunately, these ladies are not always the most polite. They can be very abrupt at times (e.g. not letting you finish what you are saying) and uncaring. It’s sad when you get good doctors who have a front desk that scares patients away. Receptionist ladies, the patients pay your salary.

      Took my 4 y.o Grandson who complained of a sore ear. The Doctor was friendly, informative and thorough in examing his ears, throat, chest and temperature in addition to helpful advice. Front desk Staff were very pleasant. Appreciated being able to book an appointment short notice online. A blessing these days to get one quickly.

      Today I visited doctor Ali for my 10 year old daughter , while I was talking with doctor, my 1 1/2 year old son pulled away the piece of paper on the doctor’s door and accidentally ripped it open. Because I was facing away from my son and was looking at the doctor at that time( as I was talking with the doctor), I couldn’t stop him. The doctor straight away looked at me and said rudely “you have to pay for it, it’s very expensive”. I agreed to pay but the way the doctor reacted was very unprofessional and rude. How much that piece of paper might have cost the doctor that the doctor reacted that much. In this field as a doctor , He see the families everyday with little children and as parents we can’t leave a young child at home by himself . So accidents do happen especially when toddlers are learning about their surroundings. I did ask the doctor about the payment at the end of the appointment and he asked me to follow him to the receptionist . He asked the receptionist about the charges but the receptionist was very kind and professional she handled the situation very well and after talking with the doctor ,she asked me not to worry about the payment. I assume, the piece of paper that my son ripped off was a guideline provided by certain acne treatment company and free of cost to doctor because it was an advertisement as well for the company but the doctor pretended to show that piece of paper was very expensive. It might have cost the medical centre but the doctor could have asked me nicely for the payment. I was happy for the payment but was not happy with his behaviour. I understand that as patient we do need to respect the property of the medical centre but it was an accident that caused by a toddler. Even if my son has caused a problem that may have caused him money, he could have been calm and asked me nicely which I was happy to pay and if I would have denied for the payment then he could have been upset but he straight away was upset and reacted as the whole situation was intentional. I took the photo of the ripped paper so that I could print out a new one for the doctor but the receptionist said that they will print a new one. I have uploaded the photo of ripped paper so someone could tell me about the cost or help me to find it online so that I can buy a new one for the doctor. I wish I could give 5 star for the receptionist only.

      Loved my doctors therefore 5 stars, but not happy with receptionists. There was 3 of them and oh my god, discussing private love stories while patients are waiting- not good enough. And then afterwards all 3 of them stand up and went to office across from reception desk to loudly discussing their job.. Patients were turning around and wondering what is going on. Very unprofessional. There was 3 of them today, and they obviously had enough time, while I was there two weeks ago and young girl was working there by herself on Saturday and place was PACKED. She was absolutely lovely! Wish I knew her name. But yeah,those 3 from today….. no thank you.

      I really wanted to rate this place well but I feel like the doctor I have seen here twice could have done better. It feels impossible to find a permanent GP in this day and age. I was hoping to get a referral for a psychiatrist with knowledge on certain issues and I was referred to a psychiatrist with limited to zero knowledge on the issues I need support with.

      I’ve had great experiences with the doctors here. But the receptionists are absolutely disgraceful. They’re rude, completely unhelpful and quite frankly should not be working in an industry dealing with sick people. The reception team needs a massive overhaul – their demeanor towards patients is beyond disgusting. Not to mention having sick patients waiting on hold for over 30 minutes just to make an appointment.

      I wish I could give zero stars for the service at the reception. It’s a medical centre where people come for help, you would hope they would show some empathy and actually care. The wait wasn’t long which was nice but hearing the lady repeatedly be rude to each patient and not listening and would send people away because she couldn’t “hear them” was actually something I couldn’t bare to listen to. Once patients left they would gossip and not say very nice things which was sickening. If you want a medical centre that shows remorse and actually cares about your health then don’t come here.

      Big thankyou to dr Kelly and dr Melnick. Our mum was seeing dr Melnick for over 10 years, Who helped her so much in keeping her health condition under control. Due to her health condition in the last 3 years we had to see dr Kelly. Dr Kelly has been amazing. We are so great full to have Dr Kelly as a doctor who genuinely cares for the patient welfare, even though this is a after hours surgery. Both these doctors have saved my mum’s life and for that I will be for ever great full. These doctors deserve a metal for what they have to put up with. (MG BG)

      Some of the doctors are good. HOWEVER, in my view, a very dangerous doctor (Dr Kelly Laurance) works there as well. He takes an hour with you where he talks about things that are completely irrelevant, when you only need a script. while people are waiting desperately. In one occasion he was falling asleep a few times in front of my eyes. He touched me when he didn’t need to inappropriately in my eyes. And the worse thing – he recommended and prescribed a drug that has caused me great damage without warning about how to safely take it. The other doctors in this are actually pretty good in my eyes, but DO NOT agree to sit there and wait for Dr Laurance (if you end up there, make sure you don’t see him!). If you find yourself needing a doctor afterhours, there are other places and the hospital, and ER might actually see you faster (I have waited a few hours sometimes in this after hours doctors southport).

      I guess no one really wants to go to hospital or enjoys going to hospital but at the Darwin private hospital you have many facilities that make your stay a little bit more pleasant. There are many dedicated professionals who will help you all the way through. The theatre staff are very professional and thorough in the work they do. The old saying “hospital food is terrible” is definitely wrong. You have a few choices for every meal

      Darwin private hospital is a well kept and maintained facility from the grounds to the wards – although not as large as you would find in most other states, it is still reasonably modern and well equipped with fantastic service and support staff. Just note that the public car park requires payment if intending on staying longer than one hour. Free parking is offered for up to an hour – but remember to still obtain a ticket from the car park ticket vending machines which are located through out the car park. Tickets must be displayed on your vehicle dashboard otherwise you may be in for a nasty surprise upon returning to your vehicle. Upon admission there was a slight delay in the wait time to get processed due to a number of people attempting to get admitted at the same time, with only one person at reception to handle the influx there was a slight delay. Allow yourself ample time to get processed and admitted upon your arrival. The experience I had in dealing with the medical staff, the doctors the nurses and all – I found professional and well mannered and provide an exceptional level of service. The rooms and selves look a little dated and tired however the cleanliness and maintenance is off a very high standard. Being a private hospital you do you have the option of a single or shared room however, each case I guess would be different depending on your level of private health cover and what your preferred option would be. Check the costs and your excess with your health fund to get an accurate figure of what your costs of staying in hospital will be. In the times that we are in, there is a quick Covid-19 testing station setup in the entrance where by your temperature is taken and a series of questions need to be answered to satisfy the criteria to allow you to enter.

      I recently had an unfortunate allergic reaction and had to undergo 2 surgeries on my right hand by Dr. Ravi Mahajani. I am really grateful to the manager, team leaders, clinical as well as non clinical staff members of Corella ward for accommodating me and my 4 months old bub for 11 days. Thank you for understanding that I was still breastfeeding and making arrangement for a cot in my room. Even on my worst days, your amazing hospital food comforted my soul. It was something I always looked forward to. I even had days when I received extra food for overnight on request as I would get hungry after breastfeeding my bub. I also had the opportunity to meet new grad nurses on various shifts. Even though, they were new to the profession, they already had the right caring attitude, empathy and patience needed for this noble job. A special thanks to Shree and Precious for all my dressings. Thank you Glory for getting access to an almost impossible vein. That cannula actually lasted the longest and was the most convenient one. At last but not the least, I am forever grateful to Dr. Ravi and Dr. Vijay for providing such an amazing care!

      I am due to have surgery at DPH this week and their communication has been abysmal. They don’t answer the phone in the admissions area, don’t reply to messages or emails and put you on hold EVERY time you ring their main number and then don’t return to your call. Previous admissions have been better and the staff in the operational areas are great.

      If you want a taste of the American health system, come here. Family went for an emergency surgery, had the bill before they had even found a surgeon, this is despite having top level cover with a good insurance. Had more bills in the mail before the patient was even discharged…

      Tried calling to see how it went, no answer for multiple times.

      I have been seeing the same GP here for over 10 years he is always on time efficient and some one you can trust to be thorough, always makes the time to listen. The receptionists are friendly and go the extra mile to help patients, you can tell they make a good team from the Aura in the office. A lot of Doctors surgery’s today you are just a number.       This is the first time I went to see doctor for myself .The doctor was sheikh Hossain. I must say he was very thorough and showed his patience to listen my problem and treated me. Next day I took my two daughters to get the flu vaccine done and was done nicely as well. Definitely will be going there if needed.

      Thought I’d give this Medical Centre a try after getting fed up with The Market Place. I’m really happy how nice and polite the reception was to deal with here, the Doctor I had was great to deal with and made me feel like he genuinely wants to help people and not just there for the money. Definitely recommend going here.

      Doctor Awosolu has been so great every time! So kind and friendly and efficient and helpful! People need to get over it that it’s a long wait it’s a free appointment and it’s healthcare they are doing their best!! Very helpful every time I go (no matter how long the wait maybe if you were paying you could have an opinion) it’s free! Very grateful.

      Dr Karam Jallo must be the dumbest pretend doctor in Australia. This guy has never heard of Lead being detrimental to human health! Had no idea it used to be in paint and petrol, no idea what it does or why i would be concerned. Even though i have definite high exposure and symptoms, and the Vic Health Gov site says- “See your doctor to request a blood test for lead if you are concerned. ” This clown flatly refused and took great joy in it. He actually said “you look ok to me”. What!!!! I’m a pensioner just asking for a blood test for a legitimate health concern known and documented world wide for half a century and he’s never heard of the idea! How does somebody like this get qualified? Don’t go anywhere near this place if you care about your health. All this joker cares about is the cash register. Just saw my real doctor who is intelligent and naturally he referred me for the test immediately.

      Rude, dismissive, rushed in and out simply about sucking every dollar away from Medicare.

      Have lodged official complaint with Medical Board.
