in the last weekGood range of products with competitive prices. Prescriptions often take much longer than they should given the amount of staff behind the counter. So it’s a choice of pricing over efficiency really…a month agoLong waits for prescription meds doesn’t help with the low price. Staff inside are taking 20 mins just to get one prescription meds out to the customer’s. Long line and anxious customer doesn’t do much to keep them. 1hour plush wait time..2 months agoThe team has great service they are always willing to go above and beyond to help ! They always have the medication or floor stock that I’m looking for. Would definitely recommend!3 months agoI urge you to go somewhere else , the service is appalling. I have 1 prescription every month yes that’s 1 item , it takes on average and hour to get it dispensed with the last 7/6/2023 it took 1:15 mins , at the 1 hour mark their were people that had put their prescriptions in after me and they were getting dispensed . I approached the girl who then asked everyone behind the counter where mine was , it took 3 mins for them looking to say they found it , then another 12 mins to dispense it. I have taken my prescription away from them and i will be using another chemist.a month agoEnormous range. Most staff are very helpful. Good prices.

7 months agoGreat place for medical needs, Gloria the receptionist is marvelous goes above & beyond too accommodate your needs & arranges appointment’s asap if none are available she’ll arrange Tele health appointment for re:scripts & things that can be done over phone. Was a GREAT GP service before they moved, but now the casual GP are more focused on script renewal & moving you on rather then caring for your medical wellbeing.7 months agoI appreciate Bawrunga and the team in Dubbo. Gloria is so good at her job, friendly and always has a smile. One very dedicated lady. The surgery is in a good spot in town and I appreciate the professionalism shown from all that work there.
