      Located within Westpoint shopping centre in Blacktown. Reasonable collection of daily consumables, food items, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat products and many more. Offers available on select items on a daily basis. The Deli section is very good.

      Coles Blacktown would be a much better shop if the shelves were regularly restocked. Every time I shop there, items I want are missing. It would also be helpful if the trolleys were maintained regularly.

      Don’t order click and collect at this place, ordered the day before for the next morning and when my order said ready to collect the next day I went there to pick it up, then the moody order picker told me I had to wait until she picked the other orders before I could collect mine which was done. They made me wait around for hours honestly it’s utterly pathetic. Tried to click and collect and save time but ended up wasting hours because of some moody order picker with poor attitude. Would of been better and quicker to just go in and do it myself. Going back to Woolworths not worth the problems at Coles.

      The store closes at 22:00, I called at 21:44 & 21:46, the person at Coles picked up the receiver and cut the line without even talking, tried third time again @ 21:48, and it seems he/she put the receiver down so it was kept on ringing for 4 min without any activity and same at 4th time… really? it seems your staff is so focused on closing the door and Coles don’t have time to listen to its customers that why someone is even bothering at closing time…

      A large store and all your needs satisfied here, it got a enough choices on bakery section too. Deals are too good every week and most of the deals repeats here and if we miss one deal which can be avail after couple of circles. Well manage and stacked so it easy to find what we need.

      While the in-store service and the staff are outstanding, there are rarely any small trolleys available. I understand that it is a contract company that provides this service and not Coles. Anyway, the people who pick the trolleys are simply a lazy bunch of time wasters, except for a single red head and bearded elderly Aussie guy who seems to be the only one working from the group of mostly young overseas workers. I have 38 photos taken on different days to support my comment. Something must be done.

      Coles is a well stocked shop, there fruits and vegetables and meat small goods display are eye catching and awesome.

      Coles overall is still quite expensive compared to Woolworths and Aldi, but in most cases if you can t get a specific item from one, the others will have it.

      I may go back, but you have to think of your bang for your dollar. They have all the regular products as the other stores do…

      It was a good store and the staff were helpful.

      Normally I am very pleased with this store, however, can you please train management on how to not assault and be rude to customers walking off with a grocery basket only to return it later like at any other normal supermarket with no signage about baskets. I am very sure that they would appreciate that you approach them instead of embroiling half the store in your dispute about a red plastic grocery basket.

      Just did the brunch with a soul with some girlfriends yesterday and it was amazing! I thought the rooftop bar might be a bit cold in winter but it was perfect ?The cocktails and food were also great and we couldn’t ask for better service. Great vegetarian options. Super aesthetic and the live music is makes for such a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place ? ?

      My friends and I went to Untied for the winter wonderland thing they had going on and It was soo so lovely and cute.

      Really wanted to thank Lochy for going above and beyond with the service ? the way he brought warmth to every interaction with us – his service was amazing, bringing my friend hot water and lemon for her sore throat and giving my friend a “birthday” cocktail with a little candle on the glass. These things may seem little but Lou and I have worked/are working in hospo – we know how much effort may go into the smallest of things. Kindness and thoughtfulness goes a long way.

      Brunch was amazing, drinks were sooooo good – service was our favourite part ?

      Thank you as well Lewis for being a really chill bartender and for the really yummy Bellinis.

      Me and my friend went to the bottomless lunch with soul. The two singers were unreal, so much fun and such great energies. The food was great, the cocktails were great and all the staff were wonderful and so sweet to the birthday girl. Shoutout to Imala!!!!!!! She was amazing!! PS!!! The frosé is not included anymore in the bottomless brunch even if they still advertise it like it is… you have to purchase them separately but definitely recommend a glass for the novelty of it. Definitely recommend this place xx

      Their 2hr Bottomless Frosé + unlimited lollies is fun. I’ve tried all flavours & my fave were Strawberry & Passionfruit. Food were good too, especially Parmesan Truffle Fries, Popcorn Chicken & Donut Fries (wish the sauce was thicker so easier to dip, as the butterscotch sauce was drippy). Love this rooftop bar, the vibe & music = ?

      Plenty of Gluten Free & Vegan options, Great for groups & Order can be conveniently placed via QR code.

      Nice experience trying out a bottomless brunch. My main criticism is the menu had pretty limited options but the unlimited froze was fun for a one time thing.. got pretty boring quick to be honest – the few things they did have were okay, the steak tacos are probably the best – the rest was a bit bland.. A $4 roti, two bits of toast or some vegan nachos… I think the set menu is probably the best bet but didn’t try it. The decor is pretty – lots of flowers and summery things and a sneaky view of the water if you sit in the right spot. The staff were attentive and very friendly which I appreciated.

      What a miserable hotel room. I believe this is supposed to be a suite but bed sheets not tucked in so it was essentially a mattress with a sheet thrown on top, haphazardly. Dust in all areas, especially behind curtains.

      Drab. Dark. 1990s furniture from a shameful B-movie.

      Multiple times no towels after cleaning.

      Fridge is hot, assumed to be broken.

      Shower is at chest level and I’m only average height.

      Why did I make the mistake of booking this hotel for multiple nights.

      I booked for a short stay not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, I would say the rooms are standard quality, nothing special. But our room we clean, refreshed daily with new sheets and towels. Room service available if needed. We had a tv, ironing board and hair dryer which is so useful to know if you’re packing light and are trying to bring limited items. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well. The room was just the start though, we had such good experience with the service of the hotel staff, our flight home was cancelled last minute requiring us to book an extra night, the staff were able to book us in for another night for the exact same room. Check in/out is 24/7 which is so helpful for late/early travellers. The location is also so convenient, we walked to everywhere we needed to go, loads to do locally and public transport close by if needed. So happy!

      Booked this Hotel due to convenience of it being across the road from the Capitol Theatre as that’s why we’re in Sydney for, room was okay about from the shower curtain having mould on it looks at least 3 years old, but upon leaving for our first day out we were approached by housekeeping to be asked if wanted new towels etc… when we got back later in the afternoon no new towels bed made and our spare key card had been taken from out power outlet so had to get a second one so we didn’t get charged for a lost key card. The next morning we went to buffet and we’re 5 mins late but the lady let us have some breakfast anyways so that was nice. We checking out no hope you enjoyed your stay etc was very bland.

      I stayed with my family in a junior suite. The hotel itself is outmoded so you can’t expect 100% beauty in it, however, I strongly believe the thing that makes it a 4-star hotel is its staff predominantly the reception/front desk. As I recollect, his name is Abuel, I appreciate how he asked anything if we needed some things before he send us up to our room. He also delivered a few things we requested, ASAP. It’s such a great experience to spend some time in the hotel with this kind of people. Cheers!

      We stayed at a triple room on 3rd floor. Room 321. Room is averaged and obvious that is old already. Old rooms are okay as long as it is kept clean and tidy. Ours have obviously been surfaced clean only. My lip balm cap rolled under the bed and the accumulation of dust was unspeakable. The bottom part of the shower curtain was moldy. And there was one time that our towels were just folded and with that we can’t remember which towel is whose. They would come in everyday to make the bed, replenish the amenities but that’s it. The trash on the floor are still there. The tiles on the bathroom can use a serious deep cleaning. Location wise it’s very good since it’s just walking distance from central station and chinatown tram station. Staff is also approachable and nice enough. Its only the room state that I cannot give compliment to.

      Took the 4+5yo kids here on a rainy day in the school holidays. The session was one of the first in the morning around 9-10ish and had plenty freedom if wanting to more allocated time slots. We got 3x10min sessions, in which we were allowed to combine to last 2 sessions for 20mins which was great after the initial 10mins turn as it gave the kids a lot of confidence on the track.

      The track is only short but it also allows you to watch all of it from the side. The karts could be remotely speed controlled which after a couple of laps was turned up to allow the kids to spin out, drift in some parts and really get a good feel for the track. They had an absolute blast and were super hyped up after coming off the track when the time was done They had about 8-10 kids karts on offer each with a cartoon theme signed onto them, pretty cool

      The whole place is undercover so would be ideal for anytime even if raining Will happily take them back so they can challenge each other again

      I had a good time at the indoor go-karting place. The map was fun and challenging. However, the petro smell was quite strong and unpleasant. It was so strong that it made me feel dizzy and nauseous. I had to take breaks in between races to get some fresh air. Also, it was quite expensive. I think the price could be lower for the experience that was offered.

      Helpful and enthusiastic staff. Fully receive their care and help.

      The Check In system is very fast, and the price of snacks sold in stores is not expensive.

      The track has an uphill bridge which is very interesting and characteristic.

      But I still think the corners of this circuit are too narrow. The steering wheel is a bit hard and requires a lot of effort to complete the turn. So it is not suitable for high-speed driving. I think this track is suitable for slow-driving people.

      Good experience. They are not very high on process and protocols.. people were wearing their own helmets and they were not checking, same with sitting on the karts, they don’t check every kart only if they see someone struggling.

      Secondly the crowd there is rowdy, they were banging karts like dodgem cars.. even when coming back in the pit lane they were banging n stopping and got up without a signal. I saw none of the staff police it or enforce it.

      Age n height are asked but not checked, if you are ready and other places won’t let you in.. you can go here.. Lol

      Karts are fast, even the junior karts are faster than other places. Infact they allow 6yr Olds on them which I thought is too young to be on their own. Make your judgements on what I’ve written here. But if you’re capable and old enough you’ll be okay to keep up.

      I Only use the vacuum cleaner, $1 for about 90 seconds or under, so if I’m quick and get everything out of the car before I start and i can vacuum the whole car for $4. Isn’t not the best clean but its amazing when the car is vacuumed it looks so much cleaner ( even if it’s not).       GPS took us on a wet dirt road near Bonville so we decided to go to a brushless car wash. The 2 gentlemen at Jetty Car Wash opted to soap the car before entering the car wash using wash mops. Now the sides and back of the car look like they have been rubbed with a scouring pad. Deeply scratched through what was shiny duco. Do not use this car wash if you value your paint job – or wash it yourself. We will need to get the car assessed to determine the best remedial action.

No contact or updates in between about when to expect installation despite leaving messages to ask and the past week have been told the shutter will be installed on 2 different days each with no one showing up.       Very disappointing with the installation, we ordered 13 blinds. However 1 blind did not fit.. the installer told us it would be replaced ASAP, we did not hear anything for two weeks, tried to contact Apollo four times with promise to call us back with an ETA installation and it never happened. How hard is it to call a customer back? not to mention how hard it is to measure the length of a window? See photos regarding the poor workmanship/”finishing”… We still haven’t heard from Apollo and we are left with no blind in our bedroom. Pricing comes at a cost, which is no customer service at all.

I went to the Apollo Silverwater showroom a few times, sat down with the consultant to give the detailed requirement plans, then followed up via multiple emails and phone calls. They didn’t even care to respond after multiple follow ups. Stay away from this place if you need good blinds or curtains installed on time. There are much better options elsewhere…

      DO NOT USE… worst company and people i have ever dealt with. Got these guys to install few roller shutters costing thousands, stopped working just over a year. Called back and forth for over a week. Finally they said its gonna cost $145 everytime there is a fault with them, and they have 5 years warranty. Will be contacting fair trading for sure and make a formal complaint. This was not told when installing the products or when paying for them.

      I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the flyscreens that were installed by Sydney Blinds. I had given your company the opportunity to install a sliding door and window flyscreens for a total of $1440. However, within just a couple of months (~7 months), the flyscreen quality started deteriorating. When I reported the issue, I was informed that this was general wear and tear and that the warranty wouldn’t cover it.

      I believe that this reflects the inferior quality of the product that was used and the lack of customer service in accepting the issue as a problem to be resolved within the warranty period. As a customer, I paid double the price, not expecting this kind of service and response on my hard-earned money.

      I regret to inform you that I won’t be able to recommend Sydney Blinds to anyone in my whole apartment block, going forward. This has been the WORST experience that I have ever had with a service provider.

      I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve this ISSUE at earliest. I would appreciate a response from your end regarding this issue.

      What have you done!! You’ve ruined the best quality car wash we had and made it some mediocre wash that we can get anywhere.
      It didn’t even clean the bugs off my car… but you know what would’ve.. if you still did the hand prep!!

      Normally pretty good, especially for dog wash, but the card reader there has been increasingly dodgy and finally just flat out didn’t work today.

      Update: We were using a VISA card, which given the reply from the owner makes sense around the difficulties using the EFTPOS feature. Dog wash still worked great with coins, was just a little frustrating – very happy with the facilities in general.

      I use this car wash on the weekend in the wash yourself bay. Put my money in rinsed then went to use soap there was nothing just water. Very disappointed this has happened twice now. Maybe you could attend to your equipment more often and keep your customers happy cause my wallet not.

      I’ve been coming to this carwash for a few years now and I’m always recommending it to everyone. If you want a carwash that actually cleans ur car, doesn’t scratch the paint and has never disappointed on how clean it gets the car I would highly recommend this out of any of the car washes on the northern side of Brisbane

      During the day there’s some great staff there who give ur car a good pre wash before going into the automated machine where the water is that powerful it rocks ur car from side to side ( can be very loud no noise sensitive ppl might not like) …. All over great value for money and actually gets the car clean unlike many others

      Stayed 1 night for a wedding. Valet were very friendly and helpful. However the restaurant is weirdly placed in the middle of the lobby/reception area, so we did not feel comfortable eating in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The rooms were average but clean. Valet MUST be organised prior as the location of the hotel is on a busy road. My husband had to circle 3 times just for a space for Valet to unload bags & take our car.

      I had a lovely experience here. It was a bit tricky finding the place as it was a bit discreet. But when I arrived, I was greeted by the warm smile of the friendly concierge, Mahdi. It was a breath of fresh air to the city that I was unfamiliar to. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but I guess it was because it was in the city. The lounge area of the hotel was lovely and had wide spaces and was filled with beautiful sunlight coming from the large windows. It was the highlight of the hotel. It was very close to all the main shopping areas which was very convenient for me as I had injured my ankle recently. It was a pleasant stay.

      This is the only 5 star hotel I have ever given a bad review to and will never recommend to anyone or book again. when checking in I was told to come back at 11pm with my kids and suitcase because I didn’t have my credit card (as my husband had an 11pm flight to Sydney) even though I had already paid for 7 days. When I said I needed to speak to the manager, she very rudely said she was. Over the next few days I repeatedly checked with the receptionist and the manager and was told that my room included a breakfast buffet. When it came to the final checkout another manager at the front desk told me that there was a problem with their system and that my room did not include breakfast. Even though I had a recording of the breakfast confirmation with the front desk, it did not help! My complaint about the check in staff on the first day was not responded to until the last day. There is no cleaning service for the hotel room after 4pm and if you call to request it, they only give you clean bath towels and empty the bin. My arm was injured in the previous car accident and I needed help from the luggage attendant to take my suitcase from the 8th floor lobby to the ground floor on check out day. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, but no one was there to help, so I had to struggle with my child to push it with my left hand to the lift and carry this heavy suitcase to the taxi. I can’t believe this is five star hotel service, except for the location. Very disappointing!!!

      Absolutely beautiful, perfectly clean and awesome hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms? Spacious, fabulous view, amazing comfortable huge bed, mini bar, perfect bathroom, I loved the whole design.. Not only rooms but the whole hotel. Really perfect service, breakfast was amazing, big selection of fresh food, delicious! And I’m picky, something good for everyone. Swimming pool – perfect. One of the best hotels with best service I have ever visited around the world. I highly recommend, thank you and I will be happy to come back.

      Broken Bed, Don’t bother getting Club Lounge extremely disappointing. No food for breakfast and evening canapes and drinks definitely not worth it. Do not get valet service smashed our car. Broken bed! No sleep! a total waste of money. Advised reception of issues and all I got was an apology. This hotel has undergone renovations in loby/reception area but they have let down their guard in regards to rooms and service. At breakfast had to ask for a coffee 4 tines as waitress forgot our order. I would recommend management look at overall hotel and service. Rate it a 3 to 4 star at the moment.
