Great store, but just LOTS more “yes we can” positive customer service experience training needed for a variety of departments, and sorry to say but especially the older female staff members 50+. So many times when I’ve gone with friends/family members the change room lady is extremely grumpy and almost discouraging for people to try on clothes. Also the older lady who is sometimes at the laybuy/returns desk will say she can’t refund an online order unless you have the email with the easy scan barcode because she’s too lazy to type in the order number. It’s ridiculous to be honest – you’re in the business of generating positive sales experiences and CS, not the other way around where the customer has to cater to staff preferences. Have lots more examples but the two above are a good place for the Team/Store Manager to start.

Amazing selection of homewares that rival higher end stores. Service has also improved substantially in recent months. Young staff very helpful and lovely. Click and collect was ready in 20 minutes with a number of items ordered. Minus a star as agree with other reviews about the one older staff’s manners needs to improve.

Many good books, toys and fine clothing. Not many things in stock. Don’t to manga, anime and other non English books. Don’t recommend to get anything from Asian countries here, books are of pretty high quality, recommend buying, very worth your time. Clothing is clean, new and good variety and all sizes. Good product range, non-existent customer service. Was picking up a click and collect, and buying a couple of extra bits. While our click and collect was being fetched another member of staff came up to the terminal, told us she was serving someone else and that we had to leave. We explained the situation to her and she ignored us and continued serving the other customers, even once our member of staff returned. Ended up being delayed so long we just went to the self service. Pretty disgusting, particularly when we’re pushing around a newborn on top of everything.

Management and Staff at Tuggeranong are great. Part of the centre lost power and Target was unfortunately affected. The staff quickly evacuated all shoppers and put aside my shopping so that I could collect the following day. When I returned all staff from the day before greeted me with a smile and hello. When I went to check out my one pass wasn’t scanning and the staff at the front counter went above and beyond to try and get it to work. They called the manager to the front when their efforts were unsuccessful and he was able to put it through successfully. I really appreciate the warm welcome to the store and customer service.

DO NOT USE CLICK AND COLLECT you have to go into the store in the middle of the shopping centre and then the area you go to is at the back of the store which means basically your walking past the items you asked to collect so just a waste of time.Click and Collect is supposed to save you time but it’s like going normal shopping what a joke

Siam retreat (Rundle st) accepted a last minute booking (an hour before), has a clean and relaxing vibe and venue, and friendly polite staff. However my massge was very underwhelming. My masseuse seemed very tentative and unsure of what she was doing which made the whole thing feel uncomfortable. I’m a slim woman in my 30s so a pretty straight forward client. I get thai massages once a month or so and this was very unlike other experiences. Possibly the masseuse was a trainee which is fine but this should be reflected in the price. Room was very cold but admittedly I didn’t raise this. Disappointed.

Had 60 minutes deep tissue massage at 7pm worst experience ever.
The masseuse had absolutely no idea what she was doing.She did not ask which part of the body I would like her to focus on or what kind of pressure I preferred, and literally just rubbed the oil softly all over my body . I tried to communicate with her about the pressure level and spot I was feeling uncomfortable with, She just completed ignore me and left the room for good couple of minutes without saying anything to me ( she went to get hot towels) I definitely won’t go back or recommend this place to anyone.

An amazing experience right from when I spoke to the friendly employee on the phone when I booked my appointment until after my treatment. The whole experience was perfect.
A warm welcome at reception with the offer of tea or water, followed by invitation upstairs to the treatment room by the massage therapist. The therapist was polite, respectful and informative.
The 90 minute massage was AMAZING! The therapist checked which area of the body I wanted to focus on then checked if the pressure was OK.
The atmosphere was inviting, warm and peaceful.
An awesome experience and would recommend Sensu as a great place to go for a treatment. Thank you.

Went here for a 2 1/2 hour massage and facial package after looking for a spa that wouldn’t absolutely gauge me on pricing, and my goodness it was just incredible. The energy was so beautiful and calming, tea and mochi were offered, and the staff were so kind and gentle in their approach. They provided a quality experience that is definitely memorable! Not to mention the pricing was so reasonable compared to other spas that are just outrageous in their pricing. Will definitely be recommending Sensu Spa to my friends.

Went last Friday and had the best experience. I was treated by Yujiro and he was very polite and experienced. I got the perfect harmony package which had a foot massage, choice of shiatsu/hot stone/aromatherapy etc, and a scalp massage. I wouldn’t recommend the Japanese shiatsu if you don’t have high tolerance to pain it digs into your tissues and muscles deeply. The scalp massage was very relaxing to finish off and I dozed off a couple of times whilst being treated. Definitely recommend this and I would bring my friends and family here next time!

It was a last minute booking this morning that I booked this morning for 12:15 but online booking system said it was available. The staff who were very lovely did call me to see if I could do a later time which I could not but assured me it would be fine and to still come for my 12:15 appointment. I arrived early and wait (no tea or water offered to me but was offered to two girls who came in after myself) and about 5 minutes to my appointment time ( while very apologetic) the receptionist informs they don’t actually have anyone coming in to do my treatment. Again offered me later which I couldn’t do so accepted my refund. I just think they should adjust their online booking system and not have availability out when there isn’t actually a therapist rostered for that time

I have been coming to this store for 42yrs, in that time there have been many changes of business, all have been the corner store though. I love this store, the prices are better than the big supermarket. The staff are wonderful and they go out if their way to please, unlike the bigger supermarkets. Been my local shops for years.
Seen it change ownership heaps of times.
But still the same opens late for the last minute hot food. Also open for the ice cream etc when its Xmas, Easter when everything else is closed.
Go late enough then the hot food is discounted ?

Nice mix of Western and Asian groceries. Excellent location. The two biggest issues I have with this store is the meat section and the staff. There are some very strange and off putting looking steaks when I visited (see 1st picture), yet they haven’t reached their expiration date which means I would question the quality control at this store. The second issue I have with this store is the checkout staff. They look disinterested and unhappy. I shouldn’t have to ask for a receipt every time I shop. A simple smile and greeting would go a long way.

Was here on Thursday 28th /12 , the girl staff member not wearing uniform needs to learn how to pack a shopping bag, throwing our items in with no care at all , myself and my wife both said to her can you pack it properly, and she didn’t reply anything. After paying I had to unpack the back and then pack it properly myself.
Very poor attitude from that worker , it’s usually pretty good here when I come , but this worker had a terrible attitude.
She needs training in basic customer service

One of the worst Supermarkets ever!!! Without being racist, they mostly cater for Asian food and not a variety of food and products that “Footworks” is known for! They are extremely overpriced then any other Supermarket in the area unless its a sale price…
Also the Isles are that narrow that a trolley will have difficulty going down and also especially when the supermarket is always messy and sock always on the floor every time I have been! Quite disappointing for a supermarket…

Now that it’s called star or whatever the hell it is, you must keep a close eye on the cashiers as they enter your goods. Three times now (that I know of) I have been charged multiple times for the same item. Staff cannot be trusted and the prices are barely better then a Woolworths metro. My advice, go elsewhere

Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, I saw someone complaining that they stocked mainly asian foods so sadly looks like redferns full of racists. I’ve always had the staff greet me and be very polite. Decent selection of food with pretty good prices when items are on sale.

Great location with close parking.
The staff are incredible and the manager always has a good chat with me.
You can find most things here to fill the fridge and pantry with your shopping needs.
The price is pretty standard for a convenience store but the have there own branded items that are just as good as the name branded stuff. Difference is that the SPAR brand is sometime less than half price of the common name brand stuff.
Overall Great place, very convenient and wonderful service.

the small Iga type shop named Spar! This store is truly a hidden gem and I’m so glad I stumbled upon it.
First of all, the parking is absolutely amazing. It’s rare to find a small shop that has ample parking space, but Spar definitely delivers in that department. You don’t have to worry about circling around the block for a spot or dealing with meters – the parking is spacious, convenient and just a few steps from the entrance.
The selection of food and drinks is also impressive. Whether you’re looking for fresh produce, meats, or snacks, you’ll find everything you need here. They have a great variety of drinks as well, from sodas to juices and even some more unique options. It’s definitely a one-stop shop for all your grocery needs.
But what really sets this store apart is the exceptional customer service provided by a worker named Quinn Duvall. Quinn is always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He goes out of his way to ensure that every customer is taken care of and satisfied with their experience. He’s knowledgeable about the products and always happy to answer any questions you may have. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers.

Boycotting this place. Didn’t realise abuse of teenagers working was still a thing. I always wondered why the workers were sad and sheepish, now I know why.
